  • ཨིམ་ཆི་ Doctor
    བླ་གནས་སྐད་ཆ་ཟེར་ན་ད་ལྟ་བླ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ་ཁྱབ་ཡིན་ཟེར་ཡག་ཅིག་ཡོག་རེད་པཱ།
    When we talk about the term lané (life-supporting talismans), we say like, one pervades like la (life-force).
  • འདིའི་ནང་ལ་ཡཱ་ད་ལྟ་ཚེ་ཡི་རྩ་གསུམ་འདུག་ག གཅིག་ནི་མགོ་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱབ་པ་ཡིན། གཅིག་ནི་དབུགས་འགྲོགས་ནས་རྒྱུ་བ་ཡིན། གཅིག་ནི་བླ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ་འཁྱམ་པ་ཡིན།
    There are three subtle channels: one pervades the entire body, one move with breath, and one roams like a la.
  • བླ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ་འཁྱམ་ཟེར་དུས་ལྟ་འདི། གང་ཟེར་དགོས་ཀྱི་རེད། ལྟ་མིག་གིས་མཐོང་རྒྱུ་མེད་པ་བླ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ་འཁྱམ། ལྟ་འཁྱམ་པོ་ཟེར་ཡག་ཟེར་དུས་ལྟ་དངོས་སུ་མིག་གིས་མཐོང་ཡག་མེད་པའི་སྐད་ཆ།
    One roams like la means something that moves around constantly. It is invisible, or we can't see it with our eyes.
  • ཚེ་ཡི་རྩ་གསུམ་པོ་དེ་ནི་གཅིག་ནི་དབུགས་འགྲོགས་ནས་རྒྱུ་གྱི་ཡོད་ཟེར། གཅིག་ནི་བླ་དང་ལུས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ་བསྡད་ཡོད་ཟེར།
    From the three subtle channels, one move with the breath, and one pervades both la and body.
  • དཔེར་ན་ལུས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ་པ་དང་དེ་ཚོ་ཡིན་ན་ལྟ་ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོ་བླ་གནས་དེ། བླ་གནས་དེ་ནི་གཅིག་ཡིན་ན་རྩ་རྩའི་བླ་གནས་དེ་ཡིན།
    So one pervades the entire body. Firstly, that lané is channel lané.
  • གཉིས་ནས་ཡིན་ན་བླ་གནས་དེ་འདི་འདྲས་སེ་བཤད་སྲོལ་ཡོག་རེད་པ། ཟླ་བ་རེ་རེ་ཉིན་མ་རེར། ལྟ་ཞག་མ་རེ་རེར་བླ་གནས་དེ་འཕོས་འགྲོ་གི་ཡོག་རེད་པཱ་རྩ་དེ།
    Secondly, for that lané, we say that that channel keep moving around everyday.
  • དེ་འདྲས་ཀྱི་སྐབས་ལ་ཡིན་ན་ཨཱ་ནི་དཔེར་ན་ང་ཚོ་ད་ལྟ་འདི་སྨན་གཞུང་ནང་ལ་བརྟག་བསྲེས་དང་དེ་འདྲས་བྱེད་དུས་ཡང་བླ་གནས་དང་འབྲེལ་བ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།
    At such moment, for example, according to our medical text, we relate it with practice like taksé and others.
  • དེ་ཡིན་ན་ཕོ་དང་ཕོ་མོ་གཡས་གཡོན་བརྒྱུད་བྱས་ཉིན་མ་རེ་རེ་ལ་བླ་གནས་དེ་འཕོས་བྱས་ཨཱ་ནི་འདུག་སེ་སྐོར་ར་བརྒྱབ་བྱས་ཡོང་དུས་སྒང་ལ་ཨཱ་ནི་བླ་གནས་འཁེལ་ས་དེ་ལྟ་གང་ལྟར་གཏན་གཏན་ཡོག་མ་རེད། ཉིན་མ་རེ་ལ་འདི་འདྲས་སེ་འཕོས་ཏེ་འགྲོ་གི་ཡོག་རེད།
    That lané will go through male and female, left and right, and is constantly on the move. It does not have a fixe place, and we can't pinpoint its location.
  • ལྟ་དེའི་སྐབས་འདའི་ཡིན་ན་བླ་གནས་འཁེལ་ས་འདའི་ཡཱ་ཨཱ་ནི་གང་ཟེར་དགོས་ཀྱི་རེད་གྲི་དང་མདུང་བཤག་བཅོས་ཙམ་མ་རེད། མེ་བཀྲག་ཙམ་མ་རེད། ཁྱེད་རང་ལ་ཡཱ་བརྡབ་ཆབ་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ནའི་འདྲ། འོ་ལྟ་དེ་ཚོ་ཡང་གཉེན་པའི་གནས་ཁུངས་བྱས་བྱས་ཡང་འདི་འདྲས་ག་དུས་འདའི་བླ་གནས་འཕོས་ས་འདིའི་སྒང་འདའི་རྨ་དང་ཨེ་འདྲས་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ན་ཉེན་ཁ་ལྗིད་པོ་ཞེ་དྲགས་ཡོག་རེད།
    At the moment, where the la is located, how should I put it? If say a knife or spear hit it, or when you heat, or you suffered a fracture where the la is coincidently located at the moment, then the result is going be fetal.
  • འོ་འདི་བླ་གནས་དེ་ཞིབ་ཕྲའི་ལྟ་བེེཌཱུརྱ་སྔོན་པོའི་ནང་ལ་འགྲེལ་བཤད་ལྟ་འགྲེལ་པ། རྒྱུད་བཞི་འགྲེལ་པ་ཁག་མང་པོ་ཡོག་རེད་པ།
    In medical treatises like the Blue Beryl Treatise and the Four Medical Tantras, one can find detail explanation.
  • འདའི་བཞེད་པ་མི་འདྲ་བ་བྱས་འགྲེལ་པ་བསྐྱོན་པ་མ་གཞི་གཞུང་ནང་ལ་ཡིན་ན། རྒྱུད་ནང་ལ་གཙོ་བོ་རྩ་ཚིག་སོང་ཙང་ད་ག་ཚིག་འདི་གས་གསུམ་རང་རེད། མི་ལ་ཚེ་ཡི་རྩ་གསུམ་ཡོད་དུས་གཅིག་ནི་དབུགས་འགྲོགས་བྱས་རྒྱུགས། གཅིག་ནི་བླ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། གཅིག་ནི་མགོ་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱབ་པ་ཡིན། འདི་གས་གསུམ་རྩ་ཚིག་འདི་གས་གསུམ་གསུང་ཆོག་པ་རེད།
    Although there are different explanations, as far as the letters of the treatise are concerned, there are three subtle channels that I have mentioned before; namely, one pervades the entire body, one move with breath, and one roams like a la.
