- SABt̪eremeri saptɕi t̪a: kinri kṳntsɛजे पनि जे किने नि महंगो छ।Everything was unreasonably expensive.
- SABŋine atɕʰjojetse ka̤ŋkon miriजान सकेन बुढि मान्छे।I couldn't travel because of my age.
- SABt̪a̤re kalpɛ kjopɛ t̪a̤ɹe kal tso kʰatsẽयसपाली जस्तो पीडा पाएको, यता आयो।We came to Kathmandu to make things easy.
- SABt̪i̤pɛ tsoji saŋle jaŋkʰɛ t̪i̤m tze̤keफेरी यता पनि भुकम्प नै आयो, घरहरु..But the earthquake struck after that.
- SABt̪apɛ a̤t̪apɛ ŋajẽ t̪a̤re kalri kjoperi akʰɛहुने नहुने भएपछि, म यसपाली जस्तो पीडा भयो।It was a tough time.

- SABŋise kʰana ŋine atɕʰjøtsopoगएर कहिँ जान पनि सकेन।We couldn't go anywhere.
- SABkepɛ pṳʈu tʑɛke t̪ṳ t̪ʰor t̪ʰor la̤lɛ korijare moबच्चाहरु पनि मल छरेको जस्तो कुनै कोरीयामा छ।One of my kids was in Korea.
- SABla̤le l̥ekɛ l̥ot̪ɛ mo t̪ɛ̤̃कुनै पढिरहेछ।Some were studying.
- SABt̪a t̪en t̪o̤ne akʰatɕɛ oकोहि सँग पनि भेट्न पाएन,I couldn't meet anyone.
- SABo ʈo̤mse je̤mpɛri t̪ṳktse ɣja̤lamre kʰatseसोचेर एकदमै दुख लाग्यो, बाटोमा आएँ।I was sad.
- SABkja̤lamre muju namrune lɛबाटोमा पानी पर्यो, रात पर्न लाग्यो।It started raining.
- SABlaɕeलागेर..It was getting dark.
- SABṳnt̪ɛ̤raŋ nemruहुन्देमै रात पर्यो।It got dark in Hundai.
