- >>དེ་བས་དགོན་པའི་ལས་གཉེར་དོ་དམ་གྱི་ཐབས་ལམ་འདི་ནི་>>Operating and managing method in this,>>那么它这个里头的经营管理的方式,
- >>ང་རང་གིས་བསམ་ན་ཁེ་ལས་སུའང་སྤྱོད་ཆོག་པར་འདོད།>>I personally think business can learn from it.>>我个人认为企业是可以借鉴。／

- >>གསོན་པའི་རིན་ཐང་དང་ཡང་སྙིང་ཁྱང་འཚོལ་ཐུབ།>>more wise, live more valuable.>>更明智、活得更有价值。／
- >>དེ་བས་རིན་ཐང་དང་དོན་སྙིང་འདི་ནི་>>So this value and meaning,>>所以这种价值和意义呢,
- >>མི་རིགས་གཞན་དང་མི་གཞན་དག་སུས་ཀྱང་ལོངས་སུ་སྤྱོད་ཆོག>>can be shared with many other people.>>可以跟其他的民族和更多的人进行分享。／
- >>ང་ཚོས་བོད་ཀྱི་རིག་གནས་ཐད་དུ་ཞིབ་འཇུག་བྱས་པ་ནས་བཟུང་།>>We do research about Tibetan culture,>>我们从事藏文化这方面的研究,

- >>བོད་ཀྱི་རིག་གནས་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་བསམ་གཞིག་ཅིག་གནང་པ་ནི།>>Tibetan culture makes us reflect>>藏文化让我们反省
- >>ངཚོས་ཡང་དག་པར་བསམ་པའི་དོན་དག་གང་མང་ཞིག>>many things that we think are correct,>>很多我们认为是对的,

- >>ལས་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་ནི་དངོས་གནས་དོན་དག་བཟང་པོ་ཞིག་རེད།>>Of course hardworking is good,>>勤劳当然好,
- >>དེ་ནི་སྤྱོད་བཟང་དཔེ་མེད་ཅིག་རེད།>>hardworking is a virtue,>>勤劳是一个美德,
- >>ཡིན་ཡང་ཕྱུག་འགྱུར་བྱུང་དགོས་ན་ལས་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་ཁོ་ནས་ཆོག་གམ།>>But hardworking is not enough for getting rich.>>但是要发财致富光有勤劳够不够。
- >>ཕལ་ཆེར་ཆོག་རྒྱུ་མ་རེད།>>Certainly not necessarily enough.>>肯定不一定够。／
- >>ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན།>>Why is that,>>为什么这么讲,
- >>ཕ་ཡུལ་གྱི་ཡུལ་མི་རྣམས་ཡང་མིན་ཚེ་རི་བོའི་སྒང་དང་>>our hometown mates are on the mountain,>>咱们的父老乡亲要么在山上,
- >>ཡང་མིན་ཚེ་ཞིང་ཁ་རུ་ལས་ལ་བརྩོན་བཞིན་ཡོད།>>either in the field,>>要么在地里,
- >>ཀྲུང་གོའི་མི་སེར་དཀྱུས་མ་རྣམས་>>Chinese people,>>中国的老百姓,
- >>ལོ་ཧྲོལ་པོར་རང་རང་གི་ལས་ལ་བྲེལ་བཞིན་འདུག>>three hundred sixty five days in a year,>>一年三百六十五天,
- >>ཆེས་དཀའ་སྡུག་ཆེ་བ་ནི་ཁོ་ཚོ་ཡིན་ལ།>>these are probably the hardest working people,>>那最辛苦的可能就是他们了,
- >>ཆེས་ལས་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་དེའང་ཁོ་ཚོ་རེད།>>they are the most hardworking people.>>最勤劳的就是他们。／
- >>ཡིན་ཡང་ཁོ་ཚོའི་འཚོ་བར་འབྱོར་ཕྱུག་ལྡན་ནམ།>>But are they the richest people?>>但是他们是不是最富裕？
- >>འབྱོར་བ་དེ་འདྲ་མི་ལྡན།>>Obviously not.>>显然不是。／
- >>ཡང་མི་ལ་ལས་གྲོན་ཆུང་དགོས་པར་སྐུལ་སློང་བྱེད་པ་དང་>>Some people emphasize saving.>>有些人强调节俭。／
- >>གྲོན་ཆུང་གི་དགོས་ངེས་དང་བཟང་སོགས་བརྗོད་པ་རེད།>>Saving is,>>说节约怎么怎么样,
- >>ང་ཚོ་བོད་ཀྱི་ཁ་དཔེ་ལའང་>>there is also a saying in Tibetan,>>我们藏语里也说,

- >>ཡུན་གྱིས་ཆུང་བསགས་ཏེ་ཆེན་པོ་འགྲུབ་པའི་གནས་ལུགས་འདུག>>walk step by step.>>一点一点怎么样走。／
- >>དོན་དངོས་ཐོག་གྲོན་ཆུང་དང་ལས་བརྩོན་སོགས་ནི་>>Actually, these savings and hard work,>>实际上这些节俭和勤劳,
- >>སྤྱོད་བཟང་དཔེ་མེད་ཅིག་རེད།>>these are both virtues.>>这些都是美德,
- >>ཡིན་ཡང་ད་ལྟའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ནི་>>But in this modern society,>>但是现代的这个社会里,
- >>ཤེས་རབ་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཤིག་ཡིན་པས་དེ་ཙམ་གྱིས་མི་ཆོག>>it is still far not enough if we speak from the wisdom angle.>>正真用智慧的角度来讲还远远不够。／
- >>དེ་བས་ང་ཚོས་བསམ་གཞིག་བྱེད་དགོས་པ་དེ་གང་ཡིན་ནམ།>>So what are we concerned about?>>所以我们一心考虑的什么？
- >>ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཐོན་རྫས་ག་འདྲ་ཞིག་འདོན་སྤྲོད་བྱས་ཀྱང་རུང་སྟེ།>>Whatever product you provide,>>无论你提供什么样的一个产品,
- >>གཏན་འཇགས་ཀྱི་ཐོན་རྫས་དང་>>a stable product,>>固定的一个产品,
- >>ཡང་ན་གཟུགས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ཞུའམ་>>or a software service,>>还是软件的一个服务,
- >>རྣམ་པ་བརྗེ་བའི་ཞབས་ཞུ་སོགས་གང་ཞིག་འདོན་སྤྲོད་བྱས་ཀྱང་།>>a service for transformation,>>转型的一个服务,
- >>ངེས་པར་དུ་ཕ་རོལ་མགུ་བར་བྱ་དགོས་པ་དང་>>must find a way to make the other side satisfied,>>一定要想方设法的让对方满意,
- >>འཛད་སྤྱོད་པའི་བློ་ཡིད་བཀང་བར་བྱ་དགོས།>>make your customers satisfied.>>让你的客户满意。／
- >>འདི་ནི་བོད་ཀྱི་རིག་གནས་ལྟ་གྲུབ་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་གཙོ་བོ་ཞིག་ཡིན།>>This is an important part in the Tibetan culture,>>这是藏文化里头非常重要的一点,
- >>ལྟ་གྲུབ་འདི་ང་ཚོའི་ཚོང་ལས་ཁྲོད་བེད་སྤྱོད་ཐུབ་ཚེ།>>If we used this concept in our business,>>这个观念运用到咱们商业里头来的话,

- >>ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ལས་གང་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱང་འགྲུབ་སླ་བ་ཡིན།>>easy to succeed when you do things,>>你做事容易成功,
- >>རང་རྒྱུད་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཚོར་ཤེས་འདི་>>these are some kind of feelings,>>这是一些感悟,
- >>བློ་མཐུན་དང་ན་གཞོན་གྲོགས་པོ་ཚོར་འདིའི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་གནད་དོན་ལ་བསམ་གཞིག་གཏོང་བར་ཕུལ་བ་ཡིན།>>These are for colleagues and young friends' consideration,>>供其他的同仁和年轻朋友考虑考虑,

- >>བོད་སྐད་ཁྲོད་དུ་རང་གི་ཕུང་བོར་ལུས་པོ་ཞེས་འབོད་པ་རེད།>>Lupo is means 'body' in Tibetan language,>>因为藏语里身体叫“吕博”,
- >>ལུས་པོ་ཀྱང་མཐའ་མར་རང་ལ་མི་དབང་བས།>>Even body is not left behind,>>身体都未遗留下来,
- >>རི་བོ་ཞིག་དང་ཡང་ན་སྤྱི་གཉེར་ཁང་ཞིག>>not to mention a mountain or a company,>>更别说一座山或者一个公司,
- >>འཛུགས་སྐྲུན་བཟོ་བཀོད་ཅིག་རང་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་དབང་བར་འགྱུར།>>This architecture is mine.>>一个建筑是我的。／

- >>ནུས་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོ་རྩེ་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་སུ་གཏོང་བ་ནི་>>develop as much as possible,>>尽可能地发展好,
- >>ང་ཡི་རྩ་བའི་རིན་ཐང་ལྟ་གྲུབ་ཡིན།>>these are my basic values.>>这是我的一个基本的价值观。／
- >>དེ་བས་ཐོབ་ཆོག་པ་རྣམས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ལ།>>Things come if they should come,>>所以该来的来,

- >>འདི་ཡང་ལུགས་དང་མཐུན་པ་ཞིག་རེད།>>this is understandable.>>这是无可厚非的。／
- >>ཡིན་ཡང་རྩ་བའི་སྟེང་ངའི་དགེ་རྒན་གྱིས་བཏོན་པའི་>>But basically, according to my teacher's suggestion,>>但是基本的按照我的老师所提倡的
- pay attention to three standards>>ཚད་གཞི་གསུམ་ཡིད་ལ་ངེས་དགོས།>>要注意的三个标准,
- >>ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ནོར་གྱི་ཡོང་ཁུངས་གཙང་ངམ།>>Is your money coming from a clean source?>>你的钱来源干净吗？

- >>དེ་ལྟར་གནང་ཚེ་མི་ཚེའི་རིན་ཐང་དང་ཚོང་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕུགས་བསམ་གཉིས་མངོན་འགྱུར་བཟང་པོ་བྱ་ཐུབ།>>This way, both good life and good business can come true.>>这样可能人生价值和商业很好地实现。
- >>གནས་ལུགས་འདི་དག་ནི་>>These [three] ideas,>>所以这一类的东西我们说,
- >>བལྟས་ཚོད་ཀྱིས་ཆེས་སྤྱིར་བཏང་དང་།>>look like simple thinking,>>看似跟普通的一些思想,
- >>ཆེས་བློ་མ་སྨིན་པ།>>looks like naive thinking,>>看似很天真的一些想法,
- >>ཐ་ན་ལྟ་བ་གསར་བ་ཞིག་ཏུ་འདོད་པ་དང་ཁྱད་མེད་མོད།>>looks even more of a new idea.>>看似甚至是一种所谓维新的想法。／
- >>དངོས་ཡོད་འཚོ་བའི་ཁྲོད་དུ་>>But in real life,>>但是在现实生活当中,
- >>སློབ་སྦྱོང་དང་ལག་ལེན་མཐར་ཕྱིན་གནང་ཚེ།>>if we do study well and experiment,>>只要邵佳的学习和实践,
- >>ད་གཟོད་ང་ཚོར་གོ་རྟོགས་གསར་བ་ཞིག་འབྱུང་ངེས།>>we will really feel it.>>我们会真切的感受到,
