Senggyen, age 80, gives a general introduction to one of the three main parts of Golok, namely Lama Chöbum, and his establishments in Akyong region in Golak. Senggyen describes the famous sacred implements in the monasteries and the stupas that are located near the monasteries. Furthermore, he introduces the regions that belong to the Akyong, named Pema Bum, and introduces the descendants of Pema Bum and the leaders who were living on his land at that time. He also delineates the lands that belonged to Pema Bum, noting its modern district. Senggyen provides the same introduction to Wangchen Bum, his lands, and his descendants.
