    ང་ཚོའི་འདའི་ཕོ་ཤེལ་རྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡག་དེ་༡༩༨༤ལོ་ནས་འགོ་བཙུགས་པ་རེད། དེའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་ཐོག་མར་དེ་ང་ཚོ་འོ་ཕོ་ཤེལ་གྱི་འཕྲུལ་ཆས་དེ་ཚོ་ད་ལྟའི་འདི་ནང་བཞིན་མ་རེད། སྐྱོ་པོ། སྐྱོ་པོ་རེད།
    At here this hospital, we started providing endoscopy service since 1984. At that time, we don't have any equipment like this one, and we were poorly equipped.
  • སྤྱིར་བཏང་བྱས་ན་རྒྱལ་ནང་ནས་ཐོན་པའི་འཕྲུལ་འཁོར་དེ་ཚོ། དེའི་གཞུག་གུར་འོ་དགུ་བཅུ་ཐམ་པའི་ལོ་འདི་པ། རི་པིན་(ཉི་ཧོང་)གྱི་འཕྲུལ་ཆས་ཁག་ཅིག་ཉོས་པ་རེད་ང་ཚོའི་འདའི།
    Generally speaking, we used the domestically produced machines. Later in the 90s, we bought a few other machines from Japan.
  • དེའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་འཕྲུལ་ཆས། རི་པིན་འཕྲུལ་ཆས་སྤྱིར་བཏང་ཨེ་འདྲས་རེད། ཨང་ང་ཚོའི་དེའི་སྔོན་ན་བརྟག་དཔྱད་དེ་ཚོ་གསལ་པོ་ཞེ་དྲགས་ཡོག་མ་རེད། དེ་ནང་ལོགས་ལ། ཁོ་ཨང་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ནའི་བྱེད་ཁག་པོ་ཞེ་དྲགས་ཡོག་རེད།
    Those equipment we bought from Japan are for general purposes. Before that, test results were not so clear. Moreover, it was also tough to do a test.
  • ཡིན་ནའི་ད་ལྟ་འདི་འཕྲུལ་འཁོར་འདི་ཉོས་བྱས་ལོ་ལྟ་༩༧ཟླ་བ་༥པའི་ནང་ལ་ཉོས་པ་རེད། དེ་ཉོས་བྱས་ཁོའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་ཁོའི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་ག་རེ་ཡོག་རེད་ཟེར་ན། གཅིག་ནས་ཁོའི་ནང་ལོགས་ཀྱི་དེ་ཚོ་གསལ་པོ་ཞེ་དྲགས་ཡོག་རེད། བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱས་པའི་ནང་ལོགས།
    However, after purchasing this equipment in May 1997, the results of the internal examinations are very clear.
  • གཉིས་ནས་ཁོའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱས་པའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་ལྟ་སྔས་མ་ནང་བཞིན་བརྟག་དཔྱད་རྐྱང་པ་མིན་པར་དེང་སང་ཁག་ཅིག་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཡག་ཡོག་རེད།
    Secondly, while doing the endoscopy test, unless before, the equipment provides more than one purpose of examination alone. In some cases, we can provide treatments the help of this equipment.
  • ཁྲག་ཤོར་པའི་བཟོ་ལྟ། ཁྲག་རྩ་བརྡོལ་པ་ཨེ་འདྲས་ལ་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཡག་དེ། ཁག་ཅིག་ནང་ལོགས་ནས་ཀྲན་བཟོ་ལ་དྭོགས་པ་ཡོད་པ་ཨེ་འདྲས། ཤ་བཀོག་བྱས་ཕུང་སོན་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱས།
    Like looking for signs of internal blooding or ruptured blood vessel and treating them. In some cases, we can also look for any sign of tumor development by performing tissue analysis.
  • དེ་མིན་གྱི་དེང་སང་གི་ཨང་HPའདུག་ག་འདི། ཧུད་མན་ལོའོ་ཀན་ཅུན་འོ་འདི་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱས་དེ་ཚོ་ཡོག་རེད། དེ་ནས་ང་ཚོའི་དེ་གྲས་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།
    Besides, we also have the present day HP, you know. We can examine any gastric related problems.
  • དེ་ནས་ང་ཚོའི། ཨམ་གཞན་དག་གི་འདི་པ་འདི་ཡོག་རེད། གང་ཟེར་འདིའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་པར་ར་རྒྱག་ཡག་ཡོག་རེད། ཁོའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ། ཨོའོ།
    Other than these, the equipment can also take pictures from insides the body.
  • དེ་མིན་གྱི་ང་ཚོ་ཁག་ཅིག་ཁྲག་རྩ་བརྡོལ་པའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་ཆཱ་རྩེ་རྒྱག་ཡག་ཡོག་རེད། ཆཱ་རྩེ་རྒྱག་ཡག་ཡོག་རེད།
    In a condition where the blood vessel is ruptured, we can plug the opening with a special clip.
  • ཨང་དེ་སང་ད་དུང་ང་ཚོའི་འཕྲུལ་འཁོར་ཁག་ཅིག་འདི་བྱས་བྱས་ནད་པའི་ནང་ལོགས་ཁོག་པའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་ཨང་། འཁྲི་ཁུ་དང་དེ་ཚོ་མར་ཡར་བྱ་བ་ལོག་བྱས་འཁྲི་ཁུ་དང་ཁྲག་དང་དེ་ཚོ་ནད་པའི་ཁོག་པའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་དང་།
    Nowadays, we also have some other equipment that takes out internal bad elements and blood from a patient.
  • ལྟོ་ཆས་འཇུ་མ་ཐུབ་པ་དེ་འདྲས་ཁོག་པའི་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་འཁྱིལ་བསྡད་པ་དེ་ཚོ་འཕོ་བའི་ནང་ལོགས་ཡར་འཐེན་ཡག་གི་ནུས་པ། ཁོ་སྨན་བཅོས་དང་། བརྟག་དཔྱད་དང་སྨན་བཅོས་ཕྱོགས་ཡོངས་ནས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།
    Like undigested food particles flooding inside the stomach. We can take them out. So ours is a holistic plan consisting of both physical examination and treatment.
  • ལྷག་པར་དུ་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱས་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་ང་ཚོའི་སྡེ་ཁག་རང་ལ་ཆེད་མངགས་བརྟག་དཔྱད། འཕྲུལ་འཁོར་དེ་ཚོ་ཉོས་ཙང་ནད་པ་སྨན་ཁང་ལ་ཡར་ཉར་དུས་བརྟག་དཔྱད་གཅིག་བྱས།
    Especially after this purchase, we can perform the first test at the very beginning when we hospitalize a patient.
  • སྨན་བཅོས་བྱས་པའི་དུས་རིམ་ནང་ལོགས་ལ་དུས་རིམ་དང་པོ་གཅིག་བྱས། དུས་རིམ་དང་པོར་སྨན་བཅོས་དེ་བྱས་བྱས་ནུས་པ་ཡག་པོ་འདུག་ན་དེ་ནས་ནད་པ། ཨམ་སྨན་ཁང་ནས་མར་ཕྱིར་ལོགས་བཏང་ཡག
    In the process to treatments, if the result of the first stage of the treatment plan is good, we will send the patient home.
  • གལ་སྲིད་ནུས་པ་ཡག་པོ་མི་འདུག་ན་མུ་མཐུད་ཡང་ན་སྨན་བརྗེ་དགོས་ཀྱི་འདུག་གས། ཡང་ན་སྨན་ཤུགས་ཆེ་རུ་གཏོང་དགོས་ཀྱི་འདུག་གས།
    If the result is not good, we will decide whether to provide new medication or increase the strength pills we provided to the patient.
  • དེ་ཚོའི་སྒང་ལ་ཚོད་དཔག་གཏིང་ཡག་དེ་སྤྱིར་བཏང་ང་ཚོའི་བོད་ལུགས་ཀྱི་གསོ་རིག་གིས་ཕྱོགས་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་རྟག་དཔྱད་་་རྨང་གཞིའི་ཐོག་ལ་འདིས་གཞོགས་འདེགས་བྱེད་ཡག་ནུས་པ་ཧ་ཅང་ཡག་པོ་འདུག
    For all these purposes, the equipment provides valuable support in addition to the Tibetan traditional examination and treatment process.
