- DAMcɦu ki mo ẽki moशरिरलाई सुख छ, धेरै सुख छ।(We live a life) there is ease, there is ease for body, we hage
- DAMcûi kunco thuceयो पनि भगवानको कृपा (हो)।This is also because of the grace (mercy) of god.
- DAMŋɦînə ŋɦî mome ŋɦî ačɦwɛ ašeceहामी बुढा बुढी दुबै जनालाई पढ्न आउँदैन।Both of us (couples) did not know to read, we could not read.
- DAMŋɦî čɦwɛ hlôneहामी पढ्ने ।We read.
- DAMčɦwɛ ŋɦîe ɦotame tɦûyrumहाम्रो पढाई त्यो (त्यति) बेलाDuring that time our study,
- DAMtɦwɛ̂ sya ʈâtesumजहिले भारि मात्रै बोक्थ्यौँ।(We) only carried loads,
- DAMčɦwɛ hlône ačɦwɛceपढ्न सकेनौं।(we) could not read.

- DAMɦocorme tɦosormɛ čɦwɛ hlône kulte moत्यसैले अहिले बच्चाहरूलाई पढाउन लगाईरहेका छौं।Therefore, (we) have been making children study.

- DAMcæ̂pi phokaŋ ɦutsese kɦæmo hẽपेट भरि खाने त्यो बाटै आउँछ ए।We grow enough (fruits) from that field.
- DAMpasəl marəmuri mo hotsesi cæ̂ cæ̂पसल सानो सानो छ त्यो बाट अलि अलिWe've a small shop, and some (money comes) from it.

- TEKpho naŋcɛmɛ yo moपेट भरि लाई पुग्छ।this may be enough for us (to eat).
- TEKkunčo kaʈin tæ̂ce cuiभगवान कै कृपा हो यो पनि।This is also the mercy of god.
- TEKhimpûmɛ čɦipruŋri thosormɛहुन त नारमा अहिले तEven in Nar now,

- TEKmisa akhæmoसुख आएन।you don't have comforts.
- TEKšiŋse kyoke moदाउराले (बाट) दुख छ।(People) have hardship of wood.
- TEKpuipi šiŋ areबाल्ने दाउरै छैन।There is no firewood to burn.
- TEKcome šiŋ tôri tɦosorयहाँ दाउरा चाहिए पनि अहिलेHere, if (we) also need firewood, now
- TEKtɦosor taŋmaŋ šiŋ pɦakariyaŋ kânअहिले तुरून्तै दाउरा लिएर आए पनि खाना(he) came with (bringing) the firewood immediately.
- TEKmyɛ̂ puithẽseखाना आगो फुकेर(In time of ) lighting the fire (to cook) food,
- TEKšiŋ kiŋirâŋ tɦosor taŋnaŋ šiŋ ʈâkhæriदाउरा लिन गए पनिअहिले एक अँगालो बोकेर ल्याउने(if he) goes to collect firewood, he comes back with a bundle of
- TEKšiŋ yâŋpi kɦlâ tâceदाउरा पाउने ठाउँ भयो।this is the place where enough firewood is found.
- TEKɦotsi kuncyo kaʈinyaŋ tæ̂ceत्यो पनि भगवानकै कृपाले हो (भयो)।This is also because of the mercy of the god.
- TEKčhipruŋre šiŋ tɦwɛ kɦrîre tɦosoreनारमा एक भारी दाउरालाई अहिलेFor a bundle of firewood now in Nar
- TEKmui khjap tʃukri tʃuŋni to ŋju moपैसा एघार सय बाह्र सय पुगेछ।it will cost about one thousand one hundred or two hundred

- TEKcæ̂pi pho pîntoceखान (खाने कुरा) दिनु पर्यो।(we) have to give them to eat.

- TEKkɦe læ̂pi mɦire mui tɦuŋkyɛ pɦrekyɛ apîmpiकाम गर्ने मान्छेलाई सात आठ सय रूपैया (पैसा) नदिईनकनFor a man who works, without giving him (wages) amounting to seven or
- TEKmɦyɛ̂la ayâŋceकाम गर्ने मान्छे पाईँदैनन्।(you) don't get men to work.
- TEKphore mɦuy somkɦyæ̂ šipkɦyæ ŋiceखानलाई पनि तीन सय चार सय जान्छ।It will cost about three or four hundred for a person to eat once.
- TEKɦosor læ̂rme kɦyæ̂pcukri cuŋ ŋɦî šiŋ tɦwɛ kɦrîre nemoत्यस्तो गरेर एक भारि दाउराको एघार बाह्र सय पर्छ।Because of this, a bundle of firewood will cost about eleven hundred

- DAMɦosor ʈɦômse ŋhî cô yûpkɛत्यही सोचेर हामी यहाँ आयौं।Having considered this, we came here.

- DAMkhusi tæ̂moखुसी हुन्छु।(I) become happy.
- DAMkimo ɦẽkimoएकदमै सुख छ, सुख छ ।I have a life of happiness, (I) have happiness..
- DAMtɦen mo cuta kimoनिकै सुख छ यता।, (I) have life of ease (comfort).
- DAMtota me čɦipruŋru me khɛ læ̂riyaŋमाथि त नारमा त जस्तो गरे पनिUp in Nar, whatever (you) do,
- DAMčhôtɦun moथकित हुनु पर्छ (दुख पाउनु पर्छ)।(you) are tired (have to be tired).
- DAMkɦɛ læ̂ri tɦukla toceजस्तो गरे पनि दुख गर्नै पर्छ।You have to work hard whatever you do.
- DAMkɦyû kɦɛ̂ti pɦlori tɦukla toceजति धनि भए पनि काम गर्नै पर्छ।Even one is rich, he has to work hard.
- DAMɦimbumɛ kɦâme tota kipum kipɛहुन त ठाउँ माथि राम्रो लाग्छ।Despite this, (I) like the Nar village much.
