- >>རྩམ་པ་ཐེངས་རེར་འཐག་སྐབས་ཁྱི་ལ་རྩམ་པ་རེ་སྦྱིན་སྲོལ་ཡོད་པ་རེད།/>>So whenever people mill tsampa, they give a little to the dogs./>>所以每次磨糌粑的时候，人们都会给狗一坨糌粑。／
- >>སྔོན་ཆད་འདི་ཡིས་འཐག་པ་རེད།/>>We used to mill with this./>>以前都用这个。／
- >>ད་སྐབས་མི་ཚང་མས་གཡོ་བྱས་ནས་འདི་ཡིས་འཐག་པ་མ་རེད།/>>Now, people are too lazy and they don't want to use this./>>但是，现在人们都懒得用这个。／
- Narrator 2>>བཤད་མཁན་གཉིས་པ།：འདི་ཡིས་མ་འཐག་པར་ལོ་ག་ཚོད་འགོར་ཡོད་དམ།/How long it has been since people last used this stone mill?/>>讲解员二：人们不用石磨有多少年了？／
- Narrator 1>>བཤད་མཁན་དང་པོ།：ལོ་སུམ་ཅུ་ལྷག་འགོར་ཡོད་རྒྱུ་རེད།/More than 30 years./>>讲解员一：三十多年了吧。／
- >>གནའ་འདི་ཡིས་འཐག་པ་རེད།/>>We used this kind of stone mill before./>>以前人们是用这种石磨。／
- >>ཆུ་ཡིས་སྐོར་བའི་རྡོ་མཆིག་ཀྱང་འདི་འདྲ་རེད།/>>It's the same for the water mill./>>水磨也是一样的。／
- >>དེ་ནས་གློག་མཆིག་བཙུགས་པས་འདི་ཡིས་འཐག་པ་མ་རེད།/>>We don't use this after using electricity-run machines./>>后来有了电磨，人们就不再用这个了。／
- >>ད་ལྟ་འདིའི་རིགས་གཡོ་བྱས་ནས་འཐག་པ་མ་རེད།/>>People don't want to use this now./>>现在人们都懒得用这个。／
- >>ཁྱེད་གཉིས་ལ་རྡོ་མཆིག་ཞིག་དགོས་ན་གོང་ན་སོང་དང།/>>If you need a stone mill./>>如果你们要石磨，／
- >>ཁང་ཆག་དེའི་ནང་དུ་རྡོ་མཆིག་ཞིག་འཕང་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ཁུར་ཤོག/>>There is an abandoned one up there in the ruins./>>上面的废墟里有一个被遗弃的石磨。／
- Narrator 2>>བཤད་མཁན་གཉིས་པ།：གང་ན།Where?/>>讲解员二：哪里？／
- Narrator 1>>བཤད་མཁན་དང་པོ།：དེ་ཚང་གི་ཁང་ཆག་དེའི་ནང་ན།/In those ruins./>>讲解员一：在那废墟里。／
- Narrator 2>>བཤད་མཁན་གཉིས་པ།：དེ་ཚང་གནས་སྤར་བ་ཨེ་རེད།/Did that family move out?/>>讲解员二：那家搬走了吗?/
- Narrator 1>>བཤད་མཁན་དང་པོ།：རེད་དེ་གནས་སྤར་བས་རྡོ་མཆིག་ཤུལ་དུ་བསྐྱུར་ནས་བུད་སོང་།/They left stone mill there when they moved./>>讲解员一：搬走了以后石磨就留在那儿了。／
- >>སོང་དང་ཁུར་ནས་ཤོག/>>Go and bring it back here./>>去把它抬过来。／
- >>སླེ་བོ་ཞིག་བཟུང་ནས།/>>Take a basket./>>拿着背篓过去。／
- >>སླེ་བོ་ཞིག་གི་ནང་དུ་ཁུར་བ་མ་གཏོགས་མི་ཐུབ།/>>Carry it back in the basket./>>用背篓背回来吧。／
- Narrator 2>>བཤད་མཁན་གཉིས་པ།：ཨོ་ཡ།/Ok./>>讲解员二：好。／
- >>གང་ཞིག་ན་ཡོད་ནི་ཡིན་ནམ།/>>Where it would be?/>>在哪儿呢?/
- >>འོ་་་་འདི་ན་ཡོད་ཀི/>>Here it is./>>在这儿。／
