Feast

The tantric ritual of tshog offering forms a part of the deity worship and meditation. The practitioners of deity worship undertake a feast using various food, drinks and music to enhance their spiritual experience in groups. Theoretically, all members are required to be in the full awareness of their status as enlightened Buddhas and indiscriminately engage in the party in order to overcome any sense of prejudices and biases. In practice, this practice is now carried in middle of tantric rituals to make offerings of food to the deities. The food including cakes, biscuits and fruits are redistributed to the members after it is blessed.
