Video Overview
Sangay Chozom and friends sing an old Tsangmo, a type of poem used to exchange feelings of love as well as differences of opinion. The Tsangmo in the video is one of ridicule. It is performed as entertainment and sung during working hours as well as on formal occasions or even while circumnavigating a chorten.
༉ རྩང་མོ་འདི་ སྔོན་དང་ཕུ་ལས་དར་ཏེ་ཡོད་པའི་གླུ་གཞས་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཅིག་ཨིནམ་ད་ རྩང་མོ་འདི་ལུ་ དགའ་གླུ་དང་སྐྱོ་གླུ་ དགྲ་གླུ་དང་གཉེན་གླུ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དབྱེ་བ་ལེ་ཤ་ཅིག་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན། འདི་ཚུ་གི་ནང་ལས་ ད་ལྟོའི་དུས་ཐུང་གློག་བརྙན་འདི་ནང་ བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཡང་རྩེ་སྦས་གླིང་ལས་ ཆོས་སྒྲོན་དང་ཆ་རོགས་ཚུ་གིས་འཐེན་ཏེ་ཡོདཔ་ད་ འགོ་བཙུགསཔ་ད་ དགྲ་གླུ་སྦེ་བཙུགས་ཏེ་འབད་རུང་ མཇུག་བསྡུཝ་ད་དགའ་གླུ་གིས་སྦེ་མཇུག་བསྡུཝ་ཨིན་པས། རྩང་མོ་ལུ་ རང་གི་བློ་རིག་དང་དུས་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཁྱད་པར་མ་གཏོགས་ གླུ་གཞས་གཞན་བཟུམ་སྦེ་ ལེའུ་དེ་ཅིག་ཟེརཝ་མེདཔ་ཨིན། རྩང་མོ་འཐེན་སྲོལ་དེ་ཡང་ དལཝ་སྦེ་སྡོད་པའི་དུས་ཚོད་ནང་ སྤྲོ་བའི་ལས་རིམ་བཟུམ་སྦེ་འཐེནམ་མ་ཚད་ སློབ་གྲྭ་ནང་ལས་ཕར་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ རིག་རྩལ་འགྲན་བསྡུར་འབད་སྐབས་སུ་འཐེན་སྲོལ་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན།

- སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་འཛོམས་ Sangay Chozomཡར་ཡར་རི་གསུམ་རྩེ་ལ། །གསེར་གྱི་མཆོད་རྟེན་བཞེངས་ཡོད། ། བཞེངས་མཁན་སུ་ཡིན་མ་ཤེས། །མཇལ་མཁན་སེམས་པ་འཁྲུལ་སོང་། །At the top of three hills, A golden stupa was build. Having not known who was the builder, It's a sorrowful for us to see you.
- ཀརྨ་དབང་མོ་ Karma Wangmoམཆོད་རྟེན་[ཆོས་ལ་?]བརྩེགས་པའི། །མཆོད་རྟེན་བྱ་རུང་ཁ་ཤོར། ། ནང་གཟུངས་མེད་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན། །བསྐོར་ར་བསྐོར་ཡང་མི་བསྐོར། །
- སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་འཛོམས་ Sangay Chozomཆུ་མོ་ཡས་ཀྱི་ལ་འོང་སེ། །འུར་བྱ་ལོང་ལོང་ལ་བྱ་དོ། ། ཟམ་པ་ང་དང་བྱ་སེ། །འུར་བྱ་ཀྱེ་སོང་མ་ཤེས། །When the river comes from the upper course, It was too quick and roaring, When it meet with me, a bridge, I do not know where its roaring noise go.
- ཀརྨ་དབང་མོ་ Karma Wangmoཆུ་མོ་ཆུ་མདོག་ཤིག་ཤིག །ཆུ་མདོག་གཡུ་བ་(ཧུ་མ་)སློང་སློང་། ། བར་ལ་གསེར་བྱ་ངང་པ། །སྤྲོ་ཞིང་བྱ་དོ་མེན་ནམ། །
- སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་འཛོམས་ Sangay Chozomརྩིག་པ་རྨང་ལས་ཐོན་པའི། །སྡིག་པ་ར་ཙ་ལ་གཌ་པོ། ། ཁྱོད་རང་ནག་ལས་མ་ཚད། །ལུངམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ནག་སོང་། །The one who came from below the walls, Is you the old scorpions, Not only it's bad for yourself, Its bad for the whole village.
- ཀརྨ་དབང་མོ་ Karma Wangmoཞག་གཅིག་ཞག་གཉིས་སོང་སེ། །[སྔོ་རེ་ལ་སྔོ་རེ་འགྱུར་རོ། །?][ཏང་པ་གཡུ་ནས་ལ་འཐོན་པའི། །ཚ་ལུ་ངོན་ཞིང་ལ་མདའ་མོ། །?]
