    ཉི་མ་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་གླིང་གི་གླིང་ཕྱོགས་ན། །ང་ལུ་ཕྱི་མ་དྲན་པའི་བླ་མ་ཡོད། །ང་ལུ་ཕྱི་མ་དྲན་པའི་བླ་མ་ཡོད། །
    In a realm in the east of the sun , I have a Lama (Guru) who can guide me after death.

    ཕྱག་དང་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ་རུང་འདི་ལུ་ཕུལ། །དབང་དང་གདམ་ངག་ཞུ་རུང་འདི་ལས་ཞུ། །དབང་དང་གདམ་ངག་ཞུ་རུང་འདི་ལས་ཞུ། །
    I may prostrate and give my offerings to the Lama. Get my blessings and teachings from the Lama. Get my blessings and teachings from the Lama.

    In a realm in the south of the sun, there is a King who considers me.

    བཀའ་བཞིན་སྤྱི་གཙུག་སྒྲུབ་རུང་འདི་ལུ་སྒྲུབ། །གཏམ་དང་ཚིག་གསུམ་ཞུ་རུང་འདི་ལས་ཞུ། །གཏམ་དང་ཚིག་གསུམ་ཞུ་རུང་འདི་ལས་ཞུ། །
    I shall follow his commands, keeping it above my head. I shall narrate my talks, only to him.

    In a realm, west of the Sun. There is a beautiful lady, which makes my heart happy.

    I shall sing my love songs to her. I shall keep my secrets with her.

    I shall repay their kindness. And I shall receive good food and wealth from them.
