Once upon a time, In a village there were two brothers. And after that when they both got married, they seperated and started to live independently.
Because of his faith, the elder brother became poor and the younger brother became rich. So, one day the elder brother went to help his younger brother for paddy plantation. He [elder brother] worked for whole day, which means to put "phewrey" [a tool used to plain a surface before planting peddy.]

At the end of the day, they finish planting. In evening, no boby from his brother's family asked him
for food. Even his [elder brother] family didn't keep food for him thinking he might have taken at his younger brother's place.

When he was about to finish the distruction, though left with two terraces. Suddenly, a black man appeared and said; "This is my landlord's field. why are you doing this?" The elder brother asked; "who are you?" The black man said; "I am your brother's bhavi." ]

The elder brother asked; "If you are my brother's bhavi, then where is my bhavi?" He [elder brother] caught his [black man] hair and asked to show his bhavi. The man [black man] said; "I will show your bhavi. Now you don't return to home, you go to east direction. After three days who ever you meet on the way will be your bhavi."

So, he went to the east as directed by the black man. That night he took shelter under an orange tree. The orange tree asked; "See traveller, where are you going?" He narrates the whole story and said; " I am going to meet my bhavi within three days and I want to ask him why I am not blessed with good fate?"
  • Karna Kumar Ghalley
The orange tree said; "Oh! you are going to meet your bhavi. I also have a message. Can you ask your bhavi why I am not able to keep hold of fruits untill it gets rippen. what is my sin?"

The next morning, he left and come across the king's place. He stays at King's place for a night. The King asked him at night, "See traveller, where are you going?" He said; "I have become poor because my bhavi have not blessed me with good fate, so I am going to meet my bhavi."

The King said; " Oh! you are going to meet your bhavi. I also have a message. It has been 12 years since I started to built my house, I am still not able to complete it. when I build at one side, the other side gets damaged and vis-versa. What is my sin? Can you ask your bhavi about it, Please."

He spent one night beneath an Orange tree, the second night at King's palace and he was told that he is going to meet his bhavi the third day.

While going, he met a fox on the way. He said to the fox; "why are you running? just wait!" Then he realized that the fox was his only bhavi. He asked to the fox; "your my bhavi. I have reached to this condition, why are you not looking after my welfare? I came here to talk with you."
  • Karna Kumar Ghalley
The fox said; "Oh! you have come. It's ok but your house has been put on fire ever since you destroy your brother's plantation. He [younger brother] even chased away your family. Now you go back and take a shelter, two yards away before reaching your house. Clean/paint the place with a fresh cowdung and wish whatever you like to in the night. Everything will be fine the next morning. This is only what i have for you." The time has come for the fox to leave.
  • Karna Kumar Ghalley
Again he asked about the message sent by an Orange tree. Fox said; "Oh! tell the orange tree that somebody has hidden diamond and gold under that Orange tree. Because of it's rediation, the fruits are not able to ripe."
Again he asked about the message sent by the King. The fox said; "King has five daughters. The elder daughter is blessed with good karma.
  • Karna Kumar Ghalley
Rest of the daughters were married. The King has kept his elder daughter at home beacuse she is blessed. Because of not letting his elder daughter get married, the king has been cursed.
Daughters are supposed to leave their home after marriage. If only the king let his daughter get married, then only his house will be completed."

At night he found those hidden diamonds and gold and took to his home. Before reaching to home, he did as what the fox has told him to do. The next day when he reached his home, to his suprise the house has become beautiful filled with lights, like the king's palace with lots of wealth [An elephants and horses.]
