The story narrated here by Penjor of Karna village in Bartsha Gewog was about why crows would immidiately start eating if it ever caught a frog. The story was that, a crow catches s frog from a rice filed for a meal. As it flew with the frog to various directions, the frog reasoned he had certain family members in those directions who would know of him being eaten by the crow, which is not appropriate and makes a request to crow to be taken near to a river where the crow could eat it and drink as well. The crow takes near to a river as requested. while crow was about to begin eating, the frog again makes the crow to pray before eating him for he would need a prayer to die. But while the crow is lost in praying, the frog escapes into the water. Therefore from this lesson it was said that the crows would immidiately start eating if it ever caught a frog, Penjor says.

And the crow decided to go and search for the food at the paddy field he met with the frog and he thought that today he got food for his children.

- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorདེ་ལས་ སྦལཔ་དེ་གིས་སླབ་སླབ་མས། ད་ཁྱོད་བླམ་ཆོསཔ་ཅིག་ཨིན། ད་ཁྱོད་ བཟའ་ར་བཟའ་དགོ་པ་ཅིན་ ཆུ་ཅིག་གི་མཐའ་མར་འབག་སྦེ་ མར་ལུང་མར་འབག་སྦེ་བཟའ་ད་ཟེར་ཏེ་ ཏེ་ང་ཡང་བསམ་པ་རྫོགས་འོང་ཟེར་ བླམ་ཆོསཔ་ཨིན་ ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ཨ་ད་ཨིན་པས་ཟེར་ ཏེ་ཨོ་ལ་དེ་གིས་འཐུ་འབག་ མར་ལུང་མར་ ཆུ་སྦོམ་སར་ ཆུའི་མཐའ་མ་སྦེ་ བཟའ་བ་འབག་འབགཔ་མས།there the frog said your a religious person if you really want to eat me then take me near a river and eat me there. then crow took him near the river.

- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorདེ་ལས་ ཡར་ལས་བལྟ་རུང་ཡང་མ་ཐོབ་ མར་ལས་བལྟ་རུང་མ་ཐོབ་པར་ དེ་ལས་ཏེ་ ཨོ་ལ་འུ་ར་སྡུག་ ཏེ་ད་ ད་རེས་ནངས་པ་ལུ་ ཨོ་ལ་གིས་ཏེ་ སྦལཔ་ཕྱདཔ་ཅིག་ དེ་འཕྲོ་ལས་ར་བསད་ཟ་མི་འདི་ འ་ནཱི་ཨིན་ཟེར་ སླབ་ཨིན་མས་ལགས།། །།then crow tried so much looking for the frog from every side but couldn't reach the frog, so the crow got tired. that's why these days when ever crow sees the frog he kills it and eat it.
