Dorji: སྦལཔ་གི་སྲུང་འདི་ག་དེ་སྦེ་སྨོ་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ཧེ་མ་ཨ་རྒས་དང་ ཨང་རྒས་ཅིག་སྡོད་ནུག་ ཁོ་གཉིས་ལུ་ ཨ་ལོ་ཡང་མིན་འདུག་ ཨང་རྒས་ཀྱིས་ སླབ་སླབ་མས་ ཨོ་ལོ་གཅིག་བཟོ་ས་ཟེར་ ཏེ་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་ ཨ་ལོ་མེད་པ་ང་གིས་ག་དེ་སྦེ་བཟོ་ནི་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག དེ་ལས་ ཏེ་དབའི་ཨ་ལོ་མེད་པ་ང་བཅས་གཉིས་ ག་དེ་སྦེ་སྡོད་ནི་ བཟོ་མ་ཤེས་པ་ཅིན་ཁྱོད་ཟེར་ རྡོ་ཏི་གིས་སྦེ་ ཕོཝ་གུ་བརྡུངས་བཏངམ་ད། Now the story of frog is: Once there live lived an old couple. Since their mirage until they got old, they have been expecting for child but they were not blessed with the child. One day the grand mother asked his husband to make one child. “How can I make, it is naturally not coming”, his hubby replied backed. “How can we live without child” the mother said and what I can do I did tried my best but we are not blessed with the husband replied. As they continue to exchange their talk, in between mother got little bit aggressive and told his hubby by saying that how you are born to become my hubby if you cannot even help me with one child also and she picked up cylindrical stone (Tok tse lung) which was used to drilled the chilies and hit hardly onto his hubby’s tummy.

Dorji: སྦལཔ་གཅིག་ཐོན་ཡར་སོང་ནུག་ དབའི་ང་ཨིན་ཨ་ལོ་འདི་ ང་བུ་ཨིན་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག་ ཨིན་མས་ཟེར་མནོ་སྟེ་སྡོད་ནུག ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ལཱ་འདིནི་འབད་ནི་མི་འདུག་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ང་གིས་ མནའམ་འཁྱིད་འོང་གེ་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག དེ་ལས་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ར་མནའམ་འཁྱིད་འོང་པ་ཅིན་འདི་ དྲག་པས་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག The frog came out spontaneously from no -where by saying I am you child, son. Since day on ward they lived happily but frog cannot do anything and that irritated the old mother. One day she fined way to talk to the frog and said “until now I was judging you but you cannot do anything to help us and you cannot even help us to look after the cows. As soon as the frog heard this from his mother, he replied back by saying that I will get one wife and mother replied “you are frog how will you get wife and from where you will get it”. Frog replied I would get mummy. As soon as mother heard that word from the frog mother accepted to what the frog have said by nodding her head up and down.

Dorji: ཏེ་ རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་ལུ་བུམོ་གསུམ་ཡོདཔ་མས་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་གསེར་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་ དངུལ་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་ དུང་གི་ལྷ་མོ། ཕར་སོང་སྟེ་ རྒྱལ་པོ་མནའམ་ལྷང་མི་ཐོན་ཡི་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ག་ཏེ་ཡང་འཚོལ་བལྟ་རུང་མ་ཐོབ་པས་ ད་རུང་རང་ཧ་ལམ་ཅིག་ཁར་ལས་ ཁོ་གིས་ལྡུམ་ར་ནང་ལས་ སྐད་རྐྱབ་རྐྱབ་མས། དེ་ལས་ སྦལཔ་མཐོང་སྟེ་ སྦལཔ་ཁྱོད་བཟུམ་གྱིས་ ངེའི་བུམོ་འཐོབ་ག་ཟེར་སླབ་ད། In that country there lived a king and that king have three daughters, all of them have suffix name Lhamo and each have their prefix name Serge Lhamo(gold), Ngye ge Lhamo (silver) and Dung ge Lhamo respectively. One-day frog went inside the palace and entered into king’s resident and shouted “please lend me one of your daughters as my wife”. Suddenly as soon as the king heard that sound he looked around to figure out from where that sound has emerged, but he couldn’t found out. The same sound repeated for second time and again the king looked around, and looked around and finally the king found out that the sound was made by the frog who was seated in the shelve where the king kept his things and shouted back to the frog that you frog, how you can get my daughter to be your wife.

Dorji: དེ་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ ང་བགའ་འོང་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ རྒྱལ་པོ་གིས་ བགའ་ཏེ་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཧ་་ཧ་་ཧ་་བགའཝ་ད་ ཉིམ་གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་ཤར་ཏེ་ རྫོང་གས་འགྱོཝ་མས་ཟེར་ཨིན་མས། མ་བགའ་མ་བགའ་རྫོང་མེ་འབར་ནི་མས་ཟེར་གསུངསམ་ད་ ང་ལུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བུམོ་བྱིན་ནི་ན་ཟེར་ནུག་ ད་རུང་སྦལཔ་ཁྱོད་བཟུམ་གྱིས་ ངེའི་བུམོ་འཐོབ་ག་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ང་སྔུ་འོང་ཏེ་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག་ རྒྱབ་པོ་གིས་ སྔུ་ཏེ་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ཁོ་སྔུཝ་ད་ས་རུད་ཐོན་དོ་ཡོདཔ་མས། སྦལཔ་འདི་གིས་ གཅིག་འབད་ནི་མས་མནོ་སྟེ། I will laugh and king let the frog to laugh. As soon as the frog started to laugh, the sun started to shine brightly and the heat from the sun had created the cracks by making the sound “tsag’ ‘tsag’. That sound and symptoms had shocked the king and he told the frog to stop laughing and the frog stop from laughing. No sooner did the stop laughing the king told to the frog the same phrase like above. Right after that same reply from the king the frog told the king that he will cry and king let him to cry. Again as soon as the frog started to cry, the dangerous signs of rain and erosion arose. Again the king told the frog to stop crying, worrying that something serious will happen if the king continued to irritate the frog.

Dorji: ཏེ་ གསུངས་ནུག་ གསེར་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་འགྱོ་ན་ཟེརཝ་ད་ སྦལཔ་ཁོ་བཟུམ་དང་ ག་གིས་འགྱོ་ནི་ རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྲསམོ་སྦེ་ སྦལཔ་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་འཆམ་སྡོད་ན་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་དངུལ་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་འགྱོ་ན་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ང་མི་འགྱོ་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནུག་ ཏེ་ དུང་གི་ལྷ་མོ་ལུ་དྲིསཝ་ད་ ཚེ་སྔ་མའི་ལས་འཕྲོ་འབདན་འགྱོ་དགོཔ་རང་འཐོན་འོང་ཟེར་ཁ་བཟེད་ད་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་འདི་ཚུ་གིས་ མོ་བཟོ་བལྟ་ཤིག་སྦལཔ་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་འཆམ་མས་ཟེར་ དེ་འབདཝ་ད་ཡབ་ཀྱིས་འདི་ མི་བྱིན་ནི་འབད་ རྟ་གུ་མར་ཁུ་དབུར་ཏེ་ ཡ་ཁྱོད་གསུམ་རྟ་གུ་ག་ཆགས་སྡོད་ཚུགས་མས་བལྟ་གེ་ ཆགས་སྡོད་མི་འདི་འགྱོ་ནི་ མ་ཆགས་མི་འདི་ལུས་འོང་ཟེར་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་གཉིས་ཆ་རང་བུད་ཡར་སོང་ནུག་ ནུམོ་ཆུང་ཤོས་འདི་གིས་ཀྲིག་ཀྲི་ཆགས་ཆགསཔ་མས་ ཡ་ད་འགྱོ་རང་འགྱོ་དགོ་པས་ཟེར་ དེ་ལས་ ཡབ་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་ནུག་ ཡ་ད་ཐབས་རང་མིན་འདུག་ ལུང་བསྟན་ཁྱོད་ལུ་བབས་ནུག་ ད་སོང་སྨ་རེད་ཟེར་ རྟ་གི་ཁུར་ཆུ་ཡ་གཅིག་ནང་གསེར་དང་ གཅིག་ནང་རྡོ་བཙུགས་ཏེ་ ལྟོཝ་བཀྱེསཔ་ད་གསེར་བཙོང་སྟེ་ཟ་ད་ཟེར་ དེ་ལས་ རྡོ་འདི་གིས་ ཁོ་གུ་རྐྱབ་སྟེ་བསད་ཟེར་བཏང་ནུག After happening all those things, still the king was not ready to send any of his daughters and asked question to all three daughters simultaneously, whether they want to go as frog’s wife or not? In response, the two elder sisters refused to become wife for the frog and responded back to the king that they don’t want to go as they are princes and also talked about need to preserve their name and fame as princes. Whereas the younger prince accepted to go as the frog’s if it was her faith to become frog’s wife. As soon as the younger prince replied like that other two princes were jealous to her and also the king was not ready to send the younger prince and the king came up with new plan and that plan was to oil the horse back and let all three princes to ride on that oiled horse. Whoever was left struck on the back of the horse which was oiled, was supposed go as a wife for the frog. Unexpectedly, the tow elder princes skid of the horse back while the younger princes was left stuck. So, it was the younger princes’ faith to become the wife for the frog. After that the king send his younger prince with frog loaded gold on one side of the horse’s load and told her to used it when she was hungry and in another side it was loaded with stone and told her to use it to kill the frog while heading towards frog’s house.

Dorji: མོ་གིས་ རྡོ་ག་དེ་སྦེ་རྐྱབ་རུང་ཕོག་མི་ཚུགས་དོ་མས་ དེ་ལས་ ཁོང་གཉིས་ཕར་ལྷོད་དེ་ སྦལཔ་གི་ཨ་རྒས་དང་ ཨང་རྒས་མནའམ་འཁྱིད་འོང་ཡི་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཁྱོད་བཟུམ་གྱིས་ ག་ཅི་འཐོབ་ནི་ དོང་གི་ནང་ལས་ཤོག་ཟེར་ནུག་ སྦལཔ་གིས་ རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྲསམོ་འཁྱིད་འོང་ཡི་ཟེར་ནུག་ ད་རུང་ལོག་སྟེ་སླབ་ད་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྲསམོ་ཐོབ་པ་ཅིན་ཟེར་ ཧ་ལམ་ཅིག་ལས་སྒོ་ཕྱེ་བྱིན་ནུག་ཏེ་ སྤ་བདེན་ལས་རང་ཨིན་པས་སྨ་རེད་ རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྲསམོ་ཐོབ་ནུག་ཟེར། Wife threw the stone to the frog to kill the frog but as she threw the stone, the frog had jumped to another side and again as she threw the stone to that side, again the frog had jumped to another side and she couldn’t killed the frog despite her uncountable efforts. And after traveling for long journey finally prince and the frog reached to the frogs’ house and asked his mother and father to open but mother refused to open the door and asked him to come from the hole, despite his message about getting prince as his wife. After telling repeatedly to his mother, finally both of them came out of the house opening the door and it has shocked the old couple after seeing the prince.

Dorji: དེ་ལས་ ཨ་རྒས་དང་ ཨང་རྒས་སེམས་དགའ་སྟེ་ ཞབས་བྲོ་རྐྱབ་ད་ ཨ་ནཱི་ཨེན་ཏ་ཆག་སྟེ་ ཨ་རྒས་དང་ཨང་རྒས་འདི་ཁར་རང་ཤི་སོང་ནུག་ ཤི་ཞིནམ་ལས་ དེ་ལས་ རྨགཔ་འདིནི་སྦལཔ་ཨིན་པས་ཏེ་ ག་དེ་སྦེ་འབག་ནི་ རོ་འབག་མི་མིན་འདུག་མེན་ན་ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ དོང་བརྐོ་སྟེ་བཙུགས་བཞག་ད་ནུག་ ད་རེས་ནངས་པ་ང་བཅས་མི་ཤིཝ་ད་ དོང་བརྐོ་སྟེ་ དུར་བཟོ་མི་འདི་འ་ནཱི་སྦེ་ཨིན། The moment they saw the prince the couple were so happy and they danced so hard that the floor broke down and both the coupled felled of that hole and both of them died on the spot. So, as a tradition the son or daughter has to carry the dead body, since he was frog there was no way that he could carry his parents’ dead body. Despite carrying his parent’s dead body, the frog dug the hall and buried his parents’ dead body inside that hole, surrounded it by stone in circle shape around that hole. And that was the reason why even today, some people placed stones in circle shape around the buried or burned area of the dead body.

Dorji: ཨ་པ་དང་ཨ་མ་དེ་སྦེ་ཤི་སྟེ་ ཚལ་མ་ནང་འགྱོ་སྟེ་སྡོད་ནུག་ ཚལ་མ་ནང་སོང་ཞིནམ་ལས་སྡོད་ནུག་ ཚལ་མ་ནང་ ཉལ་ཉལཝ་མས་ དེ་ལས་ ཨ་སྲུ་ལུ་སླབ་དོ་མས་ དབའི་གཉིད་ལམ་ག་ཅི་མཐོངམ་མས་ཟེར་ནུག་སྦལཔ་གིས་ ས་འདི་ལེགས་ཤོམ་འདུག་ གཉིད་ལམ་འདི་ ལེགས་ཤོམ་རང་མཐོང་མས་ཟེར་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཨམ་སྲུ་གིས་ ཁྱོད་བཟུམ་མའི་སྦལཔ་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་སྡོད་དེ་ ག་དེ་སྦེ་ཟ་ནི་ ག་དེ་སྦེ་འཐུང་ནི་ཟེར་སླབ་སླབ་མས་ དེ་འབད་རུང་མོ་རང་གི་ལས་ཨིན་མས་མནོ་སྟེ་སྡོད་ནུག་ ཏེ་མོ་ར་ཨ་རྟག་རང་ལཱ་འབད་བར་འགྱོ་དོ་ཡོདཔ་མས་ ཁོ་འདི་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨིན་མས་ཏེ་སྦལཔ་འདི་ ཨམ་སྲུ་ལཱ་སར་འགྱོ་ཚརཝ་ཅིག་ ཨའི་ཀ་སྤུར་གྱི་བགོ་གྱོན་ དཔའ་རྟགས་བཏགས་ཏེ་ ལཱ་འབད་དོ་ཡོདཔ་མས་ ཚཱག་ཚཱག་་་བཏང་ ཨམ་སྲུ་འོང་ནིའི་དུས་ཚོད་ཀྲིག་ཀྲི་རནམ་ཅིག་ སྦལཔ་གི་ཤུབས་ནང་ཀྲིག་ཀྲི་འཛུལ་ཏེ་སྡོད་དོ་ཡོདཔ་མས། After disposing his parents’ dead body in that place, the frog and the prince traveled to another place where they hosted inside the forest and later on they build the house they’re it. The night after, the frog asked the prince; what dream you saw last night? The prince answered not only I had beautiful dreams; the place is also beautiful and peaceful. And the frog nodded his head and yes you will have beautiful dreams every day. As the prince continued to stay with the frog, some notions such as; I have to sleep and stay with frog like him, who is not even useful and capable of giving me with what I wanted, started to linger from the back side of her head. Like every day, the prince went to work at neighbor’s place. As soon as she was away for the work, the frog transformed himself into gentleman, wearing gho and did all sorts of household work. As the time neared for the prince to come back, the Nga king (Lui Gyelpo) turns back into the frog.

Dorji: ཉིནམ་གཅིག་མེ་འཕུ་བཞག་བཞག་མས་ དེ་ལས་ སྦལཔ་ལུ་ ནཱ་ལུ་ག་འོང་ཡི་མེ་འཕུ་བཞག་ནུག་ཟེརཝ་ད་ མ་ཤེས་ངནི་ཉལ་སྡོད་ཡི་ ང་མི་ཤེས་ཟེར་ནུག་ ང་ཨམ་སྲུ་མོ་རེངསམོ་འབད་ནི་འདི་གིས་ ཆ་རོགས་འབད་མི་འདི་འདུག་སྨོ་མནོ་སྡོད་ནུག་ དེའི་ནངས་པ་ཡང་ ཨམ་སྲུ་ཡར་སོངམ་ད་ རྫམ་ཆུ་འཁྱུ་སྦེ་ ལྟོ་བཟོ་བཞགས་ནུག་ལོ་ ནཱ་ག་འོང་ཡི་ལྟོ་འབད་བཞག་ནུག་ཟེརཝ་ད་ མ་ཤེས་ངནི་ཉལ་སྡོད་ཡི་ ང་མི་ཤེས་ཟེར་ནུག་ ཉིནམ་གསུམ་སོངམ་ད་འདི་ ཤ་དང་ཉ་བཞག་མི་འདི་ ག་རང་བཟོ་སྟེ་བཞག་ནུག་ལོ། One day, when the prince was backed from the work, she found the fire was lit inside the hearth inside her house and the utensils being washed and the prince was bit shocked and asked the frog; who has put fire inside my hearth? And frog replied; I don’t know I was sleeping and after hearing that answer from the frog, she told to herself that even if I am disadvantage girl, there is someone who helped me from back side. Again the next day she went to workplace leaving the frog at home. Again as soon as her wife was away the frog transformed himself into man and does all the household works. When she was back from the work again she was excited and shocked after having been found that all items that she had saved for preparing curry next time was all cooked and was made ready to eat.

Dorji: ཤ་དང་ཉ་ག་རང་བཟོ་ད་ནུག་ལོ་ ནཱ་ག་འོང་ཡི་ཤ་དང་ཉ་ག་རང་བཟོ་ད་ནུག་ཟེརཝ་ད་ མ་ཤེས་ངནི་ཉལ་སྡོད་ཡི་ ང་མི་ཤེས་ཟེར་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཨམ་སྲུ་གིས་ རོགས་ཁྱིམ་ཚང་ལུ་འཐབམོ་འཚོལ་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཁོང་ཆ་ཁྱབ་ཀྱིས་ཡང་ ང་བཅས་འདི་མི་ཤེས་ ཁྱོད་རང་ཁྱིམ་ནང་ག་ཅི་འདུག་ག་གསང་བཏང་བལྟ་ཟེར་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཨམ་སྲུ་གིས་ ང་ལཱ་སར་ཡར་སོང་ཡི་མས་ཟེར་སླབ་སྟེ་ གཡིབ་སྟེ་སྡོད་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ མོ་རྒྱབ་ཐལཝ་ཅིག་གོ་གྱོན་དཔའ་རྟགས་བཏགས་ཏེ་ ལཱ་འབདཝ་མས་ཟེར་ཨིན་མས། This time she got angry and asked the frog; who cooked all those food and curry, all those things that I had saved to be used next time when host come are also used? And she was bit frustrated also after seeing those things and she even went to neighbors’ place to asked who really deed that. Even after consulting with her neighbors she really didn’t know who deed that for her. Rather than giving ideas who deed that her neighbors asked the prince to watch out what really happens inside her house. The next day as suggested by her neighbors, the prince pretended that she went to work and she hide in the attic and watched what the frog was doing in her absence. As soon as she reached on the attic, she found the frog transformed in to gentle man and dressed as if like the king and started to do the work.

Dorji: དེ་ལས་ མོ་གིས་ ཚར་གཅིག་གུ་སྦལཔ་གི་པགས་ཀོ་འདི་འཐུ་སྟེ་ ཁྱོད་ང་ལུ་ག་ཅི་མགུ་སྐོར་རྐྱབ་སྨོ་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཤུབས་འདི་མེ་བཏང་ནི་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ཡ་ང་མནའ་ཟ་ནི་འདི་གིས་ མ་སླབ་ཨིན་ཟེར་ནུག་ མེ་མ་བཏང་པར་ཞིང་ནང་དང་ དེ་ལས་ འོག་ཐོག་ལུ་གཡབ་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག་ གཡབ་ད་ལུ་ དེ་ལས་ རྟ་འགྲོས་བོང་འགྲོས་ རྒྱུ་ནོར་ག་ར་བསྒྲུབས་ནུག་ ཁོ་མ་པ་རང་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨིན་མས། དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་གཉིས་ མིག་ཏོ་ཚ་སྟེ་འོང་ནུག་ལོ་ དེ་ལས་ ནུམོ་ལུ་ རྒྱན་ཆ་འདི་ཚུ་ག་རང་བཞག་སྟེ་ ཆུ་འཁྱུ་བར་འགྱོ་གེ་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག As soon as she found that she jumped and got on frog skin, she threaten to burn it, why you have cheated me? : Until know everybody down looked at me for becoming the frog’s wife. And in return, the incarnation of water king (Lui Gyelpo) replied “according to my promise I cannot disclose to anyone including you, my wife” and now you have seen me and its okay”. Out of frustration the prince started to broke the frog’s body into pieces and as soon as the prince broke the frog’s body (sog) in to pieces, the pieces of has turned into different types of cereals and started to filled the floor they were sitting. And when she tried to throw the nine kinds of cereals, the king advised her to throw it to the ground floor and to the attic. No sooner did the prince finished throwing the cereals as asked by her husband; the whole house was filled with cereals (Drug Na Gu). Since then she became so rich and the two elder sisters of her envy. One day two elder princes came to her place and asked her to exchange the jewelry and ornaments and also asked her join them for the shower near by the river side.

དེ་ལས་ འཁྱིད་འགྱོ་ནུག་ ཆུ་ཆུང་ཀུ་ཅིག་ཡོད་སར་ལྷོད་དེ་ ནཱ་འཁྱུ་གེ་ཨ་ཞེམོ་ཟེརཝ་ད་ འདི་གིས་འདི་ ཨ་ཙི་ཅིག་ཡང་མི་དག་ཟེར་སླབ་སྟེ་ དེ་ལས་ ཆུ་སྦོམ་ཅིག་ཡོད་སར་འཁྱིད་འགྱོ་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ རྒྱན་ཆ་ཚུ་ཡང་ག་རང་ཕུད་བཞག་སྟེ་ ཆ་འཁྱུ་བའི་སྐབས་ཨ་ཞེམོ་ལུ་ རྒྱབ་དབུར་གནང་ཟེར་ནུག

Actually the two sisters of her were trying assassinate her out of envision and jealousy. The next day s two elder sister took her to take shower and they reached near by the small water source, and the younger sister asked to take shower there but both the elder sister rejected and asked her to move towards little bit bigger source and they went. And after walking for some distance, three of them reached to the place where there was little bigger water source than the previous one. Even after reaching there, the younger prince requested to take shower there but refused and asked her to move towards little bit bigger water source and finally they reached near one big riverside and they decided to take shower there. Firstly, two elder sisters took shower and they finished and the turn came to the younger one to take shower. As turns neared her, she took off all her belongings from her body and handed over to the elder sister. In between, the younger sister asked for the help to wash her back parts of the body and that time she was asked by the elder sisters to face downward the river.

Dorji: དེ་ལས་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ རྒྱབ་ལས་དབུར་རྫུ་བཏབ་ཞིན་ན་ འཕུལ་བཏངམ་ད་མགུ་ཏོ་འདི་ ཕྲངམ་ཕྲང་སར་རྡོ་གུ་རྐྱབ་སྟེ་ཤི་སོང་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཀླདཔ་འདི་ཆུ་བྱ་མགུ་ཏོ་དཀརཔོ་གཅིག་གིས་ཟ་ད་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ ཁོང་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ ནུམོ་འདི་བཟུམ་སྦེ་ བཟོ་སྟེ་འོངམ་ད་ རྒྱལ་པོ་གིས་ཁོ་གི་བཙུནམོ་མེན་པས་ཟེར་མཁྱེན་ནུག་ རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་བཙུན་མོ་གཉིས་ལུ་ དེ་བསྒང་ལས་ སྲས་སྲསམོ་ཡང་ཡོདཔ་མས། While two elder princes were washing the back of their sister, both the elder sister planned to push down her of the cliff into the river and they pushed her off the cliff. While she was falling down her head hit the big flat stone and the cerebellum (the white substance) came out of her head and it was eaten by the bird and since then the younger prince took rebirth into bird. After the younger sister was dead, both the elder sister makes exactly like the younger sister and went back to the king’s palace. When the king saw both of them he already knew that those two princes were not his wives. Before that incident the king and the younger prince was already having children.

རྡོ་རྗེ་ དེ་ལས་ རྒྱལ་པོ་གིས་ ལཱ་འབད་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཁོ་གིས་ བྱ་འདི་གིས་ ཞབས་བྲོ་འཐེན་ཏེ་ གླང་གིས་ཡང་ལཱ་འབད་མ་བཏུབ་ཟེར་ཞུ་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་བྱོན་འབད་ ངེའི་དུང་གི་ལྷ་མོ་ཨིན་པ་ཅིན་ལགཔ་ཁར་ཤོག་ཟེརཝ་ད་འོང་ནུག

Dorji: དེ་ལས་ གླང་གིས་སྦེ་ ཞིང་རྨོ་སྡོདཔ་ད་ བྱ་གིས་ཞབས་བྲོ་འཐེན་མས་ལོ་ ངེའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལུ་ག་ཅིག་དྲང་དོ། ངེའི་ཨ་ལོ་གཉིས་ལུ་ལྟོ་ག་ཅི་བྱིན་དོ་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཁོ་གིས་ ཨ་ཞེ་འདི་བྱ་འདི་གི་ ལུས་སུ་འཐོབ་འཐོབ་མེན་ན་མནོ་སྟེ་ མིག་ཏོ་བཙུམ་ཏེ་ ཨིན་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ རཝ་གུ་ཆགས་བཅུག་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཆགས་ཅི་ནུག་ལོ་ དེ་ལས་ གླང་གིས་ཡང་ ལཱ་རྩ་ལས་འབད་མ་བཏུབ་ལོ། One day, when king’s servants was ploughing the filed, he heard the bird sing the song with tune “chew chew, what you are serving to my king”; “chew chew, what food you are giving to my two child”. After hearing that sound, he talked to himself, it could be the queen who took the rebirth to bird and he put his hand together, closing his eyes and prayed, “If that bird is the incarnation of the queen, let it fly and stay on the horn of the ox”. As soon as he finished praying he opened his eyes, he saw the bird on the ox’s horn as exactly like he has prayed. Since after the bird stayed on the ox’s horn even the ox denied to work. Then the king saw them not working and told them to work, and the servant explained everything to the king. And finally the king talked to himself and prayed closing his eyes, “if that bird is the reincarnation of my wife (queen), let her fly and rest on my plum of the hand and the king stretched his hand and slowly opened the plum of his right hand. As soon as he finished opening his eyes, the bird was already on his plum.

Dorji: དེ་ལས་ ལགཔ་ཁར་སྦེ་རང་ ཐབ་ཚང་གི་ནང་ གསེར་གི་ཀུ་ཏོ་ནང་བཙུགས་བཞག་ད་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁོ་ར་ཐུགས་ཡེངས་ཏེ་བཞུགསཔ་ད་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ ཀུ་ཏོ་ནང་ལས་བཏོན་ཏེ་ མེ་བཏང་སྟེ་ཟ་ད་ནུག་ ད་རུང་ཡང་ རྒྱལ་པོ་གིས་ ངེའི་བྱ་འདི་ག་ཏེ་སྨོ་ཟེར་འདྲིཝ་ད་ ཁྱོད་རའི་ཨ་ལོ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ མེ་བཏང་ཟ་ད་ནུག་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ མེ་ནང་འཚོལ་བལྟཝ་ད་ རུ་ཏོ་ གཅིག་མཐོང་ནུག་ལོ་ དེ་ལས་ རུ་ཏོ་འདི་བཞག་འབད་ ཐུགས་བསམ་ཅིག་བཞེས་བཞུགསཔ་ད་ བྱ་གཅིག་གིས་ཞུཝ་མས་ལོ་ རྒྱལ་པོ་ཉིནམ་གཅིག་ལུ་ བསང་བརྒྱ་གཅིག་བཏང་ ཁྲུས་གསོལ་བརྒྱ་གཅིག་འབད་དེ་ དར་གྱིས་སྤུར་ཏེ་བཞག་ཟེར་ནུག དེ་ལས་ བྱ་འདི་གིས་ སླབ་དོ་བཟུམ་སྦེ་བཞག་ནུག Then he took it inside his resident and kept it inside the kitchen covered it with the golden basket. The moment the king had diverted his mind into doing something and came back to see it, the two elder sisters of the queen took it out of the basket, put it into the fired inside the hearth and had it already. So, king tried to look for the bird opening the golden basket, but he haven’t seen the bird and asked the tow queen’s sisters, but both of them didn’t accept it, and told lie to the king that the two child have eaten roasting it into the fire. After hearing that, king looked for the bones and finally he was able to find piece of bone inside the ashes. After that he took that piece of bone and covered it by “khaddar”. One day when the king was holding that piece of bone, one bird above him from the tree told him to perform or recite one lakh ‘ Thri Sang’ and ‘Thri’ in a day and covered it by the ‘kahdar’.

Dorji: དེ་ལས་ ཟླཝ་གཅིག་ལུ་ གཉིས་ལུ་ དེ་ལས་ ཟླཝ་དགུ་སོངམ་ད་ ཨ་ལོ་གཅིག་ལུ་འགྱུར་སོང་ནུག་ རྒྱལ་པོ་གིས་བདག་འཛིན་མཛད་དེ་ སྦོམ་འགྱོཝ་དང་ཨ་ཞེམོ་གཉིས་ཤོག་ཟེར་འབོ་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ མོ་གིས་ ཧེ་མ་ཁྱོད་གཉིས་སྡོད་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ སྦལཔ་ཨིན་མས་མི་དགོ་ལོ་ ཏེ་ད་ ལེགས་ཤོམ་ཡོདན་དགོ་ནི་དང་མེན་མི་དགོ་ནི་མས་ ང་བསད་དགོཔ་རང་མེད་ དགོ་ནི་འབད་བ་ཅིན་བྱིན་འོང་ ཁྱོད་གཉིསཔོ་འདི་ ཨརཝ་ཨིན་ཟེར་སླབ་སྟེ་ ཨ་ཞེམོ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་དཔྱལཝ་གུ་ གསེརཔོ་ཅིག་དབུར་བཏང་ནུག་ དེ་གིས་སྦེ་ ད་རེས་བྱི་ཙི་གི་ཨརཝ་བརྐུ་མི་འདི་འ་ནཱི་དང་ བྱི་ཙི་འདི་ ཁོང་ཨ་ཞེམོ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེཝ་ཨིན་ལོ། After keeping it for one month, the king found that it was growing to the size of his thumb length and again he continued to do the same thing until the 9th month (incubation period). Right after the 9th month it was found that it has grown in to the complete human structure. Two years later, she has developed into the sizes of her two sisters and one day she managed to call her two elder sisters in here room. As soon as both of the sisters reached near her, she has said.” I told two of you to become the wife at the initial state but two of you refused to go because he was the frog. Later on when you saw us leading better life, you shouldn’t have killed me; I would have given my husband if you had asked me to give”. Having been told such things she put yellow powder on the forehead of her two sisters, accusing both of them as theft. Today the rats are the two sisters.
