Churpu from Guyum village narrates the story of an ant defeating an elephant. The story is about how the ant wins a challenge from the elephant, and why deer have wrinkled foreheads. It all started when the ant bit the leg of the elephant after the elephant stepped on the ant's nest. Then they held a challenge to carry a load bigger than their body, which the ant won by carrying a piece of rice bigger than him. Thereafter the elephant said that elephants will shake leaves and banana trees before eating from them, fearing there may be ants. They fear the ant's bite after the elephant lost the challenge. The story also mentions why deer have wrinkled foreheads.

When the elephant said like that, the ant call for a challenge which was accepted by the elephant too.
- སྐྱུར་པུ་ Churpuདེ་ལས་ ཁོང་གཉིས་རྒྱལ་ག་དེ་སྦེ་བཞག་ནི་སྨོ་ ཟེར་བཞགཔ་ད་ལུ་ ཏེ་གླངམོ་ཆེ་གིས་སླབ་ནུག ང་ལས་ལྷག་པའི་རྡོ་སྦོམ་འབག་གེ་སྨེ་རྡོ་སྦོམ། ཁྱོད་ལས་སྦོམ་ཁུར་ཆ་སྦོམ་འབག་དགོ་སྨེ་ཟེརཝ་ད་ལུ་ གྱོག་མོ་གིས་བཏུབ་ཟེར་ ཁོང་གཉིས་བཞག་བཞགཔ་མས་རྒྱལ།The elephant said, "I will carry load bigger than my size. You should also be able to carry load bigger to your size." The ant agreed. The bet was on.

The elephant tried to lift a rock bigger than him but failed.

The elephant promised to pay the deer and asked him to pass his message further. The elephant said, "You go and tell him that no one is bigger than me and needs respect."
