Penjor of Thongsa village narrates the story of a rich man and his servant girl. The story portrays how the servant girl was rude to the rich man and how she tried to take all his wealth. The rich man never took serious his servant's rudeness, as he was kind and in need of a servant. One day she intentionally spoiled the food while cooking and actually told him this. Surprisingly he said that "he won't choke on it". Likewise she tried many other things to annoy him but he never reacted as she expected. They went for a pilgrimage at Gom-Kora and the girl prayed "Ney Chen Gom-kora, may the old man and I get a divorce". After hearing that, the old man thought she was thinking of leaving, but he would never let her go. Then the old man prayed "Ney Chen Gom-kora, may the girl and I never get a divorce". He won.
པདྨ་དགའ་ཚལ་མཐོང་ས་ལས་ དཔལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས་ མི་ཕྱུགཔོ་ཅིག་དང་བུམོ་ཅིག་གི་སྐོར་ལས་ སྲུང་གཏང་མི་ནང་ བུམོ་དེ་གིས་ མི་ཕྱུགཔོ་དེ་ལུ་ལེགས་ཤོམ་རྩ་ལས་མ་འབད་བར་ ཁོ་གི་རྒྱུ་ནོར་ཚུ་ག་ར་འཕྱག་བདའ་འགྱོ་རུང་ ཁོ་ར་གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་ སེམས་ལེགས་ཤོམ་ཅིག་འབདཝ་ལས་ ག་ནི་ཡང་མ་འབད་བར་བཞག་བཞགཔ་མས། ཉིནམ་ཅིག་འབདཝ་ད་ བུམོ་ཅིག་གིས་ ལཱ་ཁག་སྦེ་ར་ལྟོ་མེད་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཡ་ད་རིས་འབདན་ ལྟོ་མེདཔ་ཡར་སོང་ཡི་ཟེར་སླབ་ད་ ཁོ་གིས་ ལྟོ་མེདཔ་འགྱོ་བ་ཅིན་ ལྐོདམ་མི་ཐོགས་ཟེར་ནུག ཕྱུགཔོ་ཨ་རྒས་དེ་དང་ཁ་འབྱལ་ནིའི་དོན་ལུ་ ཟོགཔ་ག་དེ་ཅིག་འབད་རུང་ མོ་གི་རེ་བ་ཚུ་གྲུབ་མ་ཚུགས་པས། ད་རུང་ཉིནམ་ཅིག་འབདཝ་ད་ ཁོང་གཉིས་སྒོམ་བསྐོར་ར་ལུ་བསྐོར་ར་རྐྱབ་པར་འགྱོ་བའི་སྐབས་ བུམོ་དེ་གིས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཡི་ར་ ང་ཨ་ནཱི་མི་ཨ་རྒསཔ་དེ་དང་ཅིག་ཁར་ ཁ་འབྱལ་བཅུག་ཟེར་ སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་མི་འདི་ ཁོ་གིས་གོ་སྟེ་ ཁོ་གིས་ཡང་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཡི་ར་ ང་མོ་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་ཁ་འབྱལ་མ་བཅུག་ ཟེར་སྨོན་བཏབ་བཏབ་འབདཝ་ལས་ ཁ་འབྱལ་མ་ཚུགས་པར་ ཁོ་གིས་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ་ཐོབ་མས།
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorགཏམ་ དང་ཕུ་ཨ་རྒས་གཅིག་ ཕྱུགཔོ་སྡོད་ནུག་ལོ་ལགས། ཨ་རྒས་གཅིག་འདི་རྒྱུ་གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་ཕྱུགཔོ་ ཨམ་སྲུ་ཡང་མིན་འདུག་ལོ་ལགས། རྒྱུ་འདི་ཤུགས་བཏགས་ རྒྱུ་ག་ཅི་གིས་ཡང་ལང་མི།Long ago there was a rich old man. He was wealthy but had no wife. He had everything.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorབུམོ་ཅིག་ སེམས་ཤོར་ནུག་ཏེ་ ཨ་ནཱི་ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ལུ་ ཨ་ནཱི་ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ལེན་ནི་འབད་ ངེའི་ཧོང་ལུ་ལྷོདཔ་སྦེ་རང་གཏང་ནི་ཟེར་ དེ་ལས་ ཨ་རྒས་ ང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་གཡོགཔ་ཨ་ཙི་ཅིག་འབད་གེ་ཟེར་སླབ་ད།A girl wanted to have the old man's wealth and asked the old man that she wanted to be his servent.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཡ་ལ་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱི་གཡོགཔ་རེ་འབད་བ་ཅིན་འདི་ ལེན་འོང་ལེན་འོང་ཤོག་ཟེར་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱི་གཡོགཔ་འབད་ཡི་ལོ་ལགས། གཡོགཔ་འབད་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ག་ར་ མོ་རའི་ལག་པར་ལྷོད་དེ་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་ མོ་ལུ་སྤྲོད་ནུགThe old man said, "Yes I need a servent." and accepted her as his servent. After being his servent, the old man gave his wealth to her.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་སྤྲོད་ཞིནམ་ལས་ བུམོ་ཤུགས་བཏགས་ཞིནམ་ལས་འདི་ ཨ་རྒས་བཀོ་བཞག་ནི་གི་རྩིས་རྐྱབ་སྦེ་ གཡོག་ཡང་མ་རྐྱབ་པར་ རྒྱུ་འབག་འགྱོ་ནི་རྩིས་རྐྱབ་སྦེ་ ཉིནམ་ཅིག་ཟེརཝ་ད།After giving his wealth, the girl became rich and wanted to leave the old man. Planning to leave the old man, one day,
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཨ་རྒས་ལུ་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་ཧད་བཏགས་འཚོལ་བཅུག་ཟེར་ཨིནམ་འདྲས་ ཨ་རྒས་ ད་རེས་འདི་ལྟོ་ཆུ་དྲག་སོ་ནུག་ང་གིས་ཟེར་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་དྲངས་བྱིན་པ་ཅིན་ མོ་བྱོག་འགྱོ་ནི་རྩིས་ཨིན་པས། ཨ་རྒས་ ལྟོ་ཆུ་དྲག་སོ་ནུག་ད་རེས་ཟེརཝ་ད།Thinking the old man will pick an argument and beat her, she said, "Today I have spoiled the food while cooking."
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཡ་ སྐེ་ལ་མ་གཏོགས་(མི་ཐོགས་)ཟེརཝ་མས་ལོ། ལྐོདམ་མི་ཐོགས་ཟེར་ དེ་ལས་ ཉིནམ་གཅིག་ཟེརཝ་ད་ལུ་ ཨ་རྒས་ ག་ཅི་ཨིན་ན་ སྡེབ་བྱ་འདི་རིམ་སྦེ་བཅིང་སྟེ་ཟེརཝ་ད།The old man said, "It won't choke." During another day, she complained, "Why are you wearing long cloth?"
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཨཱ་ཏེག་ལ་ཕན་ཟེརཝ་མས་ལོ། གྱངམ་ད་ཕན་ཟེར་ ཡ་ད་རུང་ཉིནམ་ཅིག་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཨ་རྒས་ ག་ཅི་སྨོ? [སྐེད་རགས་འདི་ དེ་སྦེ་བཅིངས་ཏེ་ ཧེ་མ་འབདན་ རིངམོ་སྦེ་བཅིངས་ནི་ཡོད་ཟེར་?] ཨ་རྒས་ལུ་སྐྱོན་བཏགས་ཏེ་ ཨ་རྒས་ཙིགཔ་ཟ་འོང་ཟེར་ ཨ་རྒས་ག་ཏེ་ཙིགཔ་ཟ་ནི་ཏེ་ ཨ་རྒས་གཡོགཔ་མེད་པར་ ལཱ་ཁག་བཏང་སྟེ།"Ah.. It's good for cold." said the old man. Another day, thinking the old man would get annoyed she complained, "Why are you wearing short cloth now, you use to wear long cloth before?" Why would the old man get angry as he really needed the servent.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཨཱ་འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཟེརཝ་མས་ལོ། ལམ་འགྱོཝ་ད་མི་ཐོགས་ཟེར་ ཡ་ཨ་ནཱི་ག་ཅི་འབད་རུང་མི་བཏུབ་པས་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་ག་མེད་གུ་མེད་ཀྱི་ལན་རང་འཇལ་ནི་མས་ད་ཟེར་ མི་བཏུབ་ས་སྨོ་ང་བཅས་གཉིས་ཟེར།He said, "It's good while walking." Then she thought to herself that it's not going to work as she planned. This is not ok.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཨའེ་ང་བཅས་གཉིས་གནས་སྐོར་ཅིག་འགྱོ་དགོ་པས་ཟེར་ གནས་སྐོར་འགྱོཝ་སྦེ་ ང་བཅས་གཉིས་ཕར་ཚུར་བཟོ་སྟེ་རྒྱུ་འདིན་ ངེའི་ལག་པར་ལྷོད་ཅི།She told the old man that they need to go for a pilgrimage. After going there we will make things proper as the wealth is in my hand.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorཨ་རྒས་ གནས་སྐོར་འགྱོ་གེ་ཟེར་ མིང་དགོ་ས་ གནས་སྐོར་འདི་ ང་ལམ་རང་འགྱོ་མི་ཚུགས་པས་ འགྱོ་དགོ་པས་ ཡར་གོང་མོ་བསྐོར་ར་འགྱོ་ནི་ལོ་ གོང་མོ་བསྐོར་ར་འགྱོཝ་ད།When she tell that the old man replied, "Let us not go as I am not able to walk." Insisted by the girl they went to Gom-Kora.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorགོང་མོ་བསྐོར་ར་ལྷོདཔ་ད་ ཕུལ་ཝ་མས་ལོ་ལགས་ཕྱག་ བུམོ་གིས། གནས་ཆེན་གོང་མོ་བསྐོར་ར་ ཨ་རྒས་དང་ང་ སྦྲེལ་མ་བཅུག་ཤིག་ ཟེར་ཟེར་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་མས་ལོ།At the Gom-Kora, prostrating, the girl prayed, "Ney Chen Gom-kora, May the old man and I get divorce."
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorདེ་ལས་ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་ ཉན་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཨའེ་སྨོ་ སེམས་དེ་ཅིག་མནོ་སྟེ་ བཏང་ནི་འདི་མ་པ་ལས་རང་མི་བཏང་ཟེར་ དེ་ལས་ཨ་རྒས་ཀྱིས་ཕྱག་ཕུལཝ་མས་ལོ་ཚབ་མ།After hearing that, the old man thought that she was thinking that way but I'll never let her go. Then the old man prostrated.
- དཔལ་འབྱོར་ Penjorབུམོ་ ང་གིས་ཡང་ཕུལ་གེ་སྨེ་ ཁྱོད་རྐྱངམ་ཅིག་མེན་པར་ གནས་ཆེན་གོང་མོ་བསྐོར་ར་ ང་དང་བུམོ་ སྤྱིན་དང་ལ་ཆ་སྦྱར་བར་བཅུག་ཤིག་ ཟེརཝ་མས་ལོ་ ཕྱག་ཕུལཝ་ད་ལུ་ ཨ་རྒས་རང་རྒྱལ་ཏེ་འོང་ཡི་ ཟེར་སླབ་དེས་ལགས།"I'll also pray, Ney Chen Gom-kora, May the girl and I never get divorce." prayed the old man and the old man won.
