Video Overview
This is a story about a poor boy, who had only one lane of a paddy field. He sowed barley and preserved the harvest for the future, but one day a demon came and took away the barley seed. He followed the footprints of the demon and finally reached his cave, where he saw a dead body was kept. He hid under the dead body and stole the demon’s food plate while the demon went for hunting. The poor boy took away plate with him, and never came out of the house afterwards. His neighbors became suspicious because before, the man would often come to them begging for food. One day, a rich man was spying on the poor boy. He saw a food plate and asked, "where did you get it?". The poor boy told the story in detail. The rich man asked, "Is there any more in the demon's house?". The poor boy answered that yes, there was a big one, for he had only taken the small food plate. Then the rich man asked, where the seed of barley should be kept. The poor boy replied to keep it outside the house. The next day the same thing happened and the rich man followed the demon and reached the cave. The demon arrived and suspected someone was there. The demon said that this person took away his plate, so the demon wanted to take his ear and nose in return. Due to his greed, the rich man’s ear and nose were eaten by demon. The main theme of this story is that greed can ruin one's life. The food plate was a gift of god to the poor man. This story teaches us a very important lesson that one should not be jealous of successful people.

He had only lane of paddy field in this he sowed barly. He colled it and preserved it for future but one day a demon came and took away.
- རྡོ་རྗེ་ Dorjiང་ཟ་ནི་མེད་འཐུང་ནི་མེད་པར་དཀའཝ་སྤྱོད་དེ་བཞག་མི་འདི་ཡང་ ཨརཝ་བརྐུ་འབག་མི་འདི་ མི་ག་བཟུམ་ཅིག་གིས་ འབག་ཡར་སོངམ་ཨིན་ན་ཟེར་ ཀར་འབག་འགྱོ་བའི་ཤུལ་བདའ་སྟེ་ འགྱོཝ་ད་ ཀར་ རེ་གཉིས་ འབོ་སྟེ་རང་འབག་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་པས། རྐང་རྗེས་བདའ་སྟེ་རང་འགྱོཝ་ད་ལུ་ ནམ་སྲོ་ཁམས་ལུ་ བྱག་དོང་ཡོད་སར་ལྷོད་ནུག་ ཀར་འདི་སྲིན་པོ་གིས་ འབག་འབགཔ་ཨིན་པས། འདི་ནང་འགྱོ་བལྟཝ་ད་ལུ་ མི་གི་རོ་ ཕར་ཧོང་ལས་སྡེ་ཚན་ཅིག་དང་ ཚུར་ཧོང་ལས་སྡེ་ཚན་ཅིག་བཟོ་བཞག་སྟེ་ཡོདཔ་མས།"i had preserved it with out taking it, what type of men took away my barly" thought poor boy. He followed the grain of barly left on the way. Finally when dark was fallen he reached in the cave of demon, were a bundle of death body was kept every where.
- རྡོ་རྗེ་ Dorjiདནི་སྲིན་པོའི་ཁྱིམ་ནང་ཨིན་པས། ལོག་སྟེ་འགྱོ་བ་ལུནི་མི་ལྷོད་ནི་ཨིན་པས། འདི་ན་རང་ཉལ་ སྡོད་ད་ནི་ཟེར་ མིའི་རོ་གི་འོག་ལུ་ འཛུལ་ཏེ་ཉལ་སྡོད་ནུག། ཉལ་སྡོདཔ་ད་ལུ་ སྲིན་པོ་འདི་འོངམ་ཅིག་ གཅིག་ཕར་བཀོ་ གཅིག་ཚུར་གྱི་སྡེ་ནང་བཀོ་བཏང་ད་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ཁོ་གིས་ སྲིན་པོ་ག་ཅི་འབདཝ་ཨིན་ན་ བལྟ་སྡོདཔ་ད་ ཐབ་ནང་ རག་ ཟེར་བཏངམ་ཅིག་ མེ་ བག་བཏང་སྟེ་འབརཝ་མས་ལོ།He thought it demon's home, if i returm i will not reach, lets sleep here, so he slept bewteen death bodies. Demon came with bodies he threw one there and other here. He was piping what was demon doing. Demon lit the fire.
- རྡོ་རྗེ་ Dorjiདེ་ལས་ ག་ཅི་འབདཝ་མས་ག་བལྟ་སྡོདཔ་ད་ ལྟོ་དང་ཚོདམ་གང་འདོད་བྱུང་བའི་བང་ཅུང་ འདུག་ཟེར་ཨིན་པས། དེ་ལས་ ག་ཅི་འབདཝ་མས་ག་བལྟ་འདི་སྡོདཔ་ད་ལུ་ ཧེ་མ་རང་ ཁ་སྐོམ་ཏེ་ཡོདཔ་ལས་ ཆུ་བྱུང་བྱུང་ ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཆུ་འཐོན་མས་ལོ། ཆུ་འཐུང་ཚརཝ་ཞིནམ་ལས་ དེ་ལས་ལྟོ་བྱུང་བྱུང་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ལྟོ་འཐོན་མས་ལོ། ཚོདམ་བྱུང་བྱུང་ཟེརཝ་ད་ ཚོདམ་འཐོནམ་ཨིན་པས། སྡོད་མ་རེད། འ་ནཱི་འདི་ངེའི་ཧོངས་ལུ་ ཚུད་འོང་ སྲིན་པོ་འདི་ནམ་འགྱོ་འོང་ག་ཟེར་བལྟ་སྡོད་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ སྲིན་པོ་འདི་ ད་རུང་སྲིན་པོ་འདི་མི་ཐོབ་དོ་འོང་ ཟེར་ཡི་རང་ཡར་སོང་ནུགThere was a plate which give food, water, etc. First of all demon was thirsty, he said fatch water, so water appeared. Then said fatch me food, food came and curry. The poor boy was eagrly waitin g for chance. The demon went for hunting again.

He saw all the merical of food giver plate. The rich man asked "hey poor boy where did you got it?" "One day my little barly got stollen, i followed the footstep and got it, you got lot of barly rite"said poor boy.

Yes big one, you can choose and bring big one i bought only small one. Then the men asked where shell he keep the barly? The boy said keep it out side with small hole at bottom.
- རྡོ་རྗེ་ Dorjiནངས་པ་བཟུམ་འབདཝ་དནི་ ག་ར་འབག་ཡར་སོང་ནུག་ལོ། དེ་ལས་ ཁོང་ཕྱུགཔོ་གཉིས་འགྱོ་ནུག་ རྐང་རྗེས་བདའ་སྟེ་རང་འགྱོཝ་ད་ལུ་ ཕྱི་རུ་ཕར་ཀྲིག་ཀྲི་ལྷོད་ནུག། ལྷོད་ཞིནམ་ལས་ གཅིག་ཕར་ཧོང་ལས་ གཅིག་ཚུར་ཧོང་ལས་རོ་གི་འོག་ལས་འཛུལ་ ཨ་ལོ་སྤྱང་ཀ་བཟུམ་ཉལ་སྡོད་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ སྲིན་པོ་འདི་ནམ་ཕྱི་རུ་ལྷོདཔ་མས་ལོ། དེ་ལས་ ད་རིས་ཤ་གསརཔ་གི་ དྲིམ་མནམ་དོ་མས། ད་ལྟོ་འབག་འོང་མི་ ཤ་འདི་ལས་ཨིནམ་འོང་ནི་མས། མི་འདི་ཚུ་གིས་ ངེའི་བང་ཅུང་འདི་ཡང་བརྐུ་ཆི་ཡི་ ག་ཅི་ཡང་མིན་འདུག། ཧེ་མ་རང་ ཤ་མེན་པར་ རྣམ་ཅོག་དང་ལྷ་པ་བཏོག་ཟ་དགོ་པས་ཟེརཝ་མས་ལོ།The next day same happend. Rich man followed and reach the demon dan. The demon arrived, 'today i smell differnt saint, it most be from the fresh one. This people took away my plate, got no thing to drink and eats. Frist of all i want to take ear and nose', said demon.
- རྡོ་རྗེ་ Dorjiབང་ཅུང་འདི་ག་ལས་འོང་ནི་ གཅིག་རྐྱངམ་ཅིག་ཡོདཔ་མས་བ་ཏེ་ ཁོ་གི་ཤོབ་རྐྱབ་ནུག་ དེ་ལས་ སྲིན་པོ་འདི་གིས་རྣམ་ཅོ་བཏོག་ཟཝ་ད་ ཨ་ཙ་ ཟེར་ཡང་མ་སླབ་པར་རྩ་འགེངས་ནུག་ ཁོང་ ༢ སེར་སྣ་བསྐྱེདཝ་ལས་ རྣམ་ཅོ་དང་ལྷ་པ་བཏོག་ཟ་ད་ནུགThere is no more plate but [poor boy lied. The demon took the ear but he was so afried and cant anything. So therefore due to his greed his nose and ear was eatten by demon.
- རྡོ་རྗེ་ Dorjiདབའི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ག་ཅི་སྦེ་ཤོབ་སླབ་སྨོ? སྦོམ་འ་ནེམ་རེ་ཡོད་ཟེརཝ་མས་ རྣམ་ཅོ་དང་ལྷ་པ་གཉིས་ཆ་རང་བཏོག་ཟ་ད་ཡི་ཟེར་ སླབ་ནུག་ འ་ནཱི་སྦེ་ཟ་འོང་ ང་སྤྱང་ཀ་ལུ་ ག་ཅི་སྦེ་སེར་སྣ་འབདཝ་སྨོ? ཁྱོད་ཚུ་ལུ་ ག་དེམ་ཅིག་ཡོད་རུང་ཟ་མ་ཚར་ འཐུང་མ་ཚར་ སྦྱིན་པ་བཏང་མ་ནུམ་ག་ཅི་འབད་ནི་ ཁྱོད་རང་ཡང་ ཟ་མ་ཚར་བར་ མེདཔ་བཏང་ ང་སྤྱང་ཀ་ལུ་ དངོས་གྲུབ་གནང་གནངམ་ཨིན། ཁྱོད་སེར་སྣ་མ་འབད་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག་ ང་བཅས་ར་སེར་སྣ་འབད་ནི་མི་འོང་ཟེར་བའི་དོན་ཨིན།The man was so angry and said hey, you said there was big one but i lost my ear and nose too. The biy said "they will eat like this, you have anything but your so greedy, the plate was a gitf of god to me, do't be greedy" Its morle is do't be greddy.
