སོ་ནམ་ཞིང་ལཱ་འབད་བའི་སྐོར་ལས་གཙང་མོ་ཐུང་ཀུ་གཅིག་སླབ་གེ I am going to recite a short poem which is sung while working in the field.

ང་སོ་ནམ་ཞིང་པ་ཉམ་ཆུང་གཅིག་ཨིན། ང་ལུ་ཞིང་སྦོམ་ཡང་མིན་དགོ ། ང་ཅ་ལ་ལེགས་ཤོམ་ལུ་སེམས་དགའ་ནི་ཡང་མེད།། དྲོ་པ་ཧ་སག་ལོངམ་ཅིག་གླང་སྦྱིས།། དེ་ལས་གླང་རྨོ་ཞིང་སོན་བཏབ་ནི་དོན་ལུ་བཟོཝ་ཨིན།། I am a working farmer who is humble, I don't want a big field or land, I don't feel jelious in good things, Early morning I Plough, Will plough and I shall prepare the field or land,

ང་རྒྱུ་ཅ་ལ་ལུ་སེམས་ཤོས་ནི་ཡང་མེད། ཕྱུག་པོ་འབད་འདི་སེམས་ལུ་བདེ་བ་མེད། ཞིང་ནང་ལཱ་འབད་འདི་ལོ་ཐོག་བསྡུ་ནི་ཨིན། ཉི་ནུབ་མེད་པར་ང་གི་མི་ཚེ་འདི་དགའ་པ་སྐྱིད་པ་འབད་སྡོད་ནི།། ཁ་མི་གཉའ་ཤིང་དང་ས་ཞིང་གླང་འདི་ཚུ་ལྷ་ལས་ང་ལུ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཨིན། I don't feel jelious with wealth, Being rich will not bring you peace, By working in the field, I will collect grains, Day and night, I shall spent my life in peace and happiness, Plough, Juwa, Ox and field were kept for me by God.
