Video Overview
A song Yoed Karmo La originates from Maenjiwoong Village in Samdrup Jongkhar and the song has the description of mountains. It is about people crossing from one mountain to another. However, original composer of the song is not known. The lines of the song metaphorically describes the boarder of India and Tibet joined by the white rays with a blissful sun. The countries share a common little mountain called Lawa after crossing the large Lari mountains. Lari mountains in this song include Lamo lari, Chutar Lari, Cheten Lhari and Tshogyen Lhari mountains. Hence, the song convey message of mobility of people from one place to another seeking for better opportunities to meet their greed. They does not know that their lives will come to an end one day.
