Tashi Ljam of Chungkha village in Bongo Gewog (county) in Chukha district, sings an old Boedra song called "Sha La Ri Dang Gangi Tsemo" (The Eastern Mountain and the Tips of the Cliff). The song speaks of a temple which was built by a renowned lama. It is a religious song that can guide the listener or performer towards the way of dharma. Such a song can be performed on any kind of auspicious celebration, occasion and gathering. It is usually performed in a circular formation with around five to twenty dancers.
