The rising sun in the East emits warmth to the whole universe for its daily sustainability. The river roars in between its banks as it flows through the deep valleys. Similarly, the state leaders also have an authority in society. The above examples relate to the this power. The song pays respect and brings homage to these powerful leaders and asks for them to take rest and let their willing subjects do some work.
