Video Overview
Tashi Dema from Pang village in Thongzhang Gewog (county) in Tashiyangtse Dzongkhag (district), sings a song called "Nga Chi Pelden". It is a patriotic song, conveying the message that Bhutan is glorious and blessed by the undeceiving triple gem. The peace and happiness in the country should be promoted to the future generations. The song also stresses that people should work together to maintain this peace and happiness.
༉ བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཡང་རྩེ་སྤང་ལས་ བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ་གིས་འཐེན་མི་ ང་བཅས་དཔལ་ལྡན་འབྲུག་པའི་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ནང་། །ཟེར་མི་འདི་ རིག་གསར་གྱི་གླུ་གཞས་ཅིག་ཨིན་པས། གླུ་གཞས་འདི་ནང་ སྤྱི་བཏང་ང་བཅས་ར་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ལུ་བསྟོད་པ་གིས་མ་ཚད་ བྱེ་བྲག་ཏུ་གོངམ་རིམ་བྱོན་ཚུ་ལུ་གུས་བཏུད་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་སྦེ་བརྩམས་པའི་གླུ་གཞས་ཅིག་ཨིནམ་ད་ ང་བཅས་ར་འབྲུག་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ནང་གི་རྒྱལ་བློན་འབངས་འཁོར་ཐམས་ཅད་ ཐུགས་མཐུན་ཁྲིམས་གཙང་གུ་ལུ་ཡོད་ནི་དེ་གིས་ དགའ་སྐྱིད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་ཏོག་ཏོ་སྦེ་ཡོདཔ་ལས་ འདི་ཚུ་འགྱུར་བ་མེདཔ་སྦེ་གནས་བཅུག་ཟེར་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་ཨིན་པས།

- བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ Tashi Demaགོང་མ་རིམ་བྱོན་ཚུ་གི་སྐུ་དྲིན་ལས། །And due the benevolence of the successive superiors
- བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ Tashi Demaབདེ་སྐྱིད་་་་་་ དགའ་སྐྱིད་སྤྲོ་ཉམས་འགྱུར་སྟེ་དགའ་བས་སྨོ། །དགའ་སྐྱིད་སྤྲོ་ཉམས་འགྱུར་སྟེ་དགའ་བས་སྨོ། །We are delighted to enjoy the peace and happiness.

- བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ Tashi Demaམ་(མི་)ཉམས་གོང་ལས་གོང་འཕེལ་གཏང་དགོ་པས། །Shall not decline rather should be promoted
- བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ Tashi Demaམ་འོངས་བུ་བརྒྱུད་ཚུ་གི་དོན་ལུ་ཡང་། །And for the benefits of the future generations
- བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ Tashi Demaལམ་སྟོན་ལེགས་ཤོམ་འབད་དགོ་ང་བཅས་ར། །ལམ་སྟོན་ལེགས་ཤོམ་འབད་དགོ་ང་བཅས་ར། །We should guide them well.

- བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ Tashi Demaནང་ལས་བལྟ་ན་ཕ་མ་སྤུན་ཆ་བཟུམ། །But it is like parents and siblings when looked from inside
- བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྒྲོལ་མ Tashi Demaབྱམས་བརྩེ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་མཐུན་ལམ་གྱིས། །With the co-operaton of sublime gentleness
