Video Overview
Dorji from Raysinang village in Zobel Gewog (county) in Pemagatshel Dzongkhag (district), sings a song called "Neychen Dongkarla" (The High Sacred Dongkarla Mountain). The Dongkarla temple is perched on a hilltop, appearing face to face anywhere from Paro and Thimphu. The lyrics speak of a mother calling her daughter Tshering Zangmo at Dongkarla to enjoy the distant view of Thimphu and Paro.
