Pema Zangmo of Chukha village in Bongo Gewog (county) in Chukha district, sings an old Zhungdra (Bhutanese classical) song called "Namkha Tring May Dangpa Sem Ray Gha" (Happiness of Having Clear Sky Without Clouds). The song describes achieving happiness over the sky being clear without any clouds as it is believed to be an auspicious sign, especially when that clear night sky is littered with stars. The composer says that this auspicious sign in the sky is an indication of meeting the renowned master and getting his blessings. These kind of auspicious Zhungdra songs are performed in special gatherings and religious celebrations. Not everyone can sing or perform such kind of songs. Only experienced and skilled singers can handle the complicated tune and lyrics. The song is performed in a straight line formation with one performer taking the lead. The song is said to have been composed by Jatang Pekar Tashi during the time of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgay (17th century).
