Chonga Lham and Pema Zangmo of Chungkha village in Bongo Gewog (county) in Chukha district sing an old Boedra song called "Gurchen La Karpo Mipup" (Installing of a White Tent). The song describes nature and its hardships. It speaks of protecting the natural environment from calamities such as snow and effects of the harsh climate in autumn and summer. The composer suggests installing white tents on top of the mountain, grassland and valley to protect them from the cold snow, harsh autumn climate and the rain. The song deals with the importance of nature and can be performed on any kind of special occasion, celebration and gathering. It is performed in a circular formation with around five to twenty dancers.
