Rinzin Dorji of Bongo Gewog (county), located in Chunkha district, sings an old Boedra song called "Bja Maja Gangney Yong" (Where Did the Peacock Come From?). The song is about a peacock which is said to be coming from the east. Therefore along with the peacock, the Eastern Vajrasattva, one of the five aspects of the Buddha, is also welcomed in the song. It has a long tune and is performed in a circular formation. It can be performed in any special celebrations, ceremonies and gatherings. The origin and composer of the song are unknown.
