The popular Boedra song "Dhamo Tangsho" is normally sung or danced at least once or twice during archery matches. The lyrics of the song describe an arrow released towards the sky, the mountains, the meadows and a village. Yet this has little use because these places seem to have diminished in significance and in contrast the arrow has a powerful meaning as the key equipment to subdue an enemy. The composer invites all young boys to entertain themselves through archery with the aim of achieving happiness, rather than useless goals as mentioned before.
