"Tamang Sheloo" is a type of song that belongs to the cultural tradition of the Southern Bhutanese Tamang people. There are varieties of sheloo songs with different themes and messages, while the tune almost always remains the same. People sing and dance to the tune during wedding ceremonies, and some say the wedding is not a Tamang wedding without sheloo. While some sheloo are given titles, most of the songs are simply termed Tamang Sheloo without a specific title.
