སྒང་སྟེང་བཤད་གྲྭའི་མཁན་པོ་ སེང་གེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གིས་བཤད་མི་ནང་ རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་མི་ཆ་ཁྱབ་ ཚ་གྲང་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་གྱོན་ནི་ཡོད་པའི་ཆས་ ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་པོ་དེ་ ཤམ་ཐབས་ ཆོས་གོས་ སྣམ་སྦྱར་གསུམ་ཨིནམ་ད་ དེ་གསུམ་ལས་ ཆོས་གོས་དང་ཤམ་ཐབས་གཉིསཔོ་དེ་ སྤྱིར་བཏང་གི་དགེ་ཚུལ་གྱི་སྡོམ་པ་ཡོད་མི་ག་ར་གིས་གྱོན་ཆོགཔ་ད་ རྣམ་སྦྱར་འདི་ དགེ་སློང་བསྙེན་རྫོགས་ཚུ་གིས་རྐྱངམ་ཅིག་མ་གཏོགས་ གཞན་དང་གཞན་གྱིས་གྱོན་མི་ཆོག་དོ་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་མས། དེ་སྦེ་ ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་པོ་གྱོན་ཆོགཔ་དང་མ་ཆོགཔ་གི་ཁྱད་པར་ཡང་འདུག།
In the “Sermon of the three dharma robes,” Khenpo Singay Dorji addresses the practice of wearing different robes as a way to go through the various seasons. Monks who are not fully ordained wear Shamthab (Dzo. sham thabs) and Choegey (Dzo. chos gos); whereas, the fully-ordained monks wear the Namjar (Dzo. rnam sbyar).

- མཁན་པོ་སེང་གེ། Khenpo Singayད་ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་གསེས་མི་འདི་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་ཤམ་ཐབས་དང་ ཏེ་ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་ ཏེ་བླ་གོས་གསེས་ཡང་སླབ་ཨིན། ཏེ་ཆོས་གོས་གསེས་ཡང་སླབ་ཨིན། དེ་ལས་སྣམ་སྦྱར་གསེས་ འ་ནི་གསུམ་འདི་ཨིན།The three dharma robes are long red shawl, religious robes, sacred raiment with 32 patches.
- མཁན་པོ་སེང་གེ། Khenpo Singayད་འ་ནི་ཚུ་ ང་བཅས་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའི་གི་ཆས་ཨིན། རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའི་གི་ཆོས་ཆས། ད་འ་ནི་ཚུ་ག་ཅི་སྦེ་ ཆས་ རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའི་ཆོས་ཆས་སྨོ་གསེས་སླབ་ད་ལུ། རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བ་འདི་ཚུ་ ཚ་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་། གྲང་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་སྐྱོབ་ནི་གི་ཕྱིར་དུ་ལུ་གྱོན་ནི་གི་ཆས་འདི་ལུ་ ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་གསེས་ཞུཝ་མས།This is the best attire, the best religious tool because this religious attire are the best way to ward off from heat and cold sufferings.

- མཁན་པོ་སེང་གེ། Khenpo Singayད་འ་ནི་ཚུ་ ངོ་མ་འདི་ ད་ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་འདི་ སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ ན་བཟའ་ངོ་མ་གཅིག་ཨིན་གསེས་མི་ཅིག་ ཏེ་ངོ་གཅིག་འ་ནི་རང་ཨིན།All this is the real attire of Lord buddha.This is the main one.
