Rindzin from Lower Sokru Tribe gives a brief introduction to the traditional way of herding sheep, as well as suggestions on how to herd sheep on the high Tibet Plateau, in particular during seasonal changes and temperature changes. More importantly, he introduces the methods of how to protect sheep in foggy weather at night, from vultures during the day and from wolves at night, all of which he compares with ancient traditional ways. Furthermore, he emphasizes the importance of sufficient water intake for sheep bearing as well as introduces traditional ways of how top protect ewes from cold so that lambs have enough milk to drink in the winter.
