A short song, sung here by Phuntsho, a local from Phungsharng village in Pemagatshel district locally known as the Sadi Yangpay Lingla, which can be loosely translated as ‘In this Spacious Land,’ expresses gratitude to the line of noble leaders, the teachers and parents. It focuses on expressing gratitude for education. The first phrase of the lyrics pays gratitude to the noble lineage of the leaders under whose leadership schools were established. Then the parents for their care of gifting healthy body and followed by the gratitude to the teachers. The song ends with a wish to be reunited with all grateful figures.
