The video shows kind of a joke. Tshering Dorji from Pemagatshel district basically describes how different mammals have sex, including horses, oxen, chickens, cats and humans. Sex among animals is common and everyone knows about it, but a unique sexual tradition among humans in eastern Bhutan is very different. Popularly known as Nyamnang (women hunting) in Tshanglakha/Sharchop, this tradition occurs mainly in remote parts of the country where women go to guard their crops from wild animals in the fields. The result of this custom are victimized women and the issue of fatherless children, which has been gaining in attention during the past few years.
