The yangkali seed is used to make a toy  known as ur-urpa in the Zhemgang District area. Two holes are bored through the flat and round seeds. A string is put through the seeds, and they rotate back and forth as the string is pulled. While explaing this toy, the presenter is also briefly asked about other uses for that seed. He mentions a glue that is extracted from it and used in old writing inks, and also its use in the production of poisonous weapons for hunting.
