I am from Tsirang Dzongkhag, Semjong gewog and my name is Budhi Maya Tamang. Mata means something like, it is actually mother But mother also means, mother to baby. And even god is also referred as Mata. And even khandroma and devi are called Mata. In Nepali it is Mata. And again Devi and Devta are also those gods who resides on stones and trees or. And those Devi resides on people too. So we are called as Mata. Ailments like stomach, that’s ulcer and this cannot be treated in hospitals. Neither can be overcome by doing rituals by lamas time and again. Then after doing all sort of things they come here for treatment. I either have nothing to do. I just take a name of god and recites mantra, then gives holy water. Then I suppress them with my foot. Till now some get alright when I step on them and disease like ulcers, pressure and diabetes are cured. Everyone who visited me till date got cured and no one complains saying they are not cured. It has been almost seven years becoming me Mata and till date all got cured. Everyone comes here on their last step and they go home treated.

While stepping on them, it rid away the things like being caught by demon and being spoiled by spelled magic by shaman. And some of them are defiled. And if I step on them, it rid off the defilements, and again it also rid away the disease imposed through black magic. Therefore, I suppress them with my feet. In my feet I have things that are possessed by gods. In my feet there are things of gods but you all won’t see it. it has been only three years I have started stepping on them. I didn’t have any about this before but god came to my vision and asked me to do so. He said it would cure people and I started doing this. This is all I has to say.

I think it can be cured. Actually I heard that she can cure. I went to hospitals for treatment and did operation but cannot be cured. I don’t know whether it is due to being spelled over me by people. So I came here. And I was thinking to visit great Lama before as well.

I don’t give anything to them. I give them a medicine extract from stone in which once gods resided. It is what I availed through vision. And we bring this stone and we extract medicine by grinding stone. We give this medicine to them. We cannot spread this in others places but gives to serious patient who comes here. Till now I didn’t recognized any medicine from forest. So there is no point of telling about it, isn’t it? But I do give them medicine extract from stone which I availed through vision and dreams. i have no idea about other things.

མོ་ཧེ་མ་ལམ་འགྱོ་མ་ཚུགས་པར་སྡོད་ཅི་ ད་ལྷ་ཁང་ནང་ལུ་འོང་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ལམ་ཨ་ཙི་རེ་འགྱོ་ཚུགསཔ་འགྱོ་དོ་ དེ་ལས་ ངེའི་ཚ་བོ་ཅུ་སློབ་རིམ་ ༡༢ པ་རྫོགས་མི་གཅིག་ཡང་ ནཱ་འཁྱིད་འོང་ཞིནམ་ལས་ལེགས་ཤོམ་སྦེ་དྲག་སོང་ཡི་ མ་ཏཱ་གིས་ རྐངམ་གིས་མནེམ་ཏེ་ བཅོ་ཐབས་འབད་བའི་ཤུལ་ལུ་ ན་ཚ་ལས་དྲག་སྟེ་འགྱོཝ་མས།

She couldn’t walk before but after bringing her to this temple, she is improving and is able to walk. Even my nati became like this after having completed class twelve and after bringing here she got well. Simply being suppressed by feet of Mata, everyone coming here get well and goes back to home.

From my side, I think the reason of me becoming Mata is because during the ancient time, when gods fought battles with devil, most of them came to earth manifesting them as stones, some of the resided on trees and today some of them have resided on people and talking. As same as this, even on my body god and goddess has resided. Those coming to my temple for treatment, I don’t charge penny for eating and staying here. And some money this give us, we use it for burning one hundred and eight lamp in temple. This is all I has to say. And I wish there is peace in our country, in people living in country and let ther be no suffering. And I think the cause of suffering is when we are harmed by demon and got defiled. Otherwise diseases are being cured in hospital. But defilement and being harmed by demon is way beyond hospital. Therefore, it is only god to see all the things happening and if we pray before triple gem, if we devout to them and if we burn lamps before them, it certainly reduces the suffering and we go succeeding. Therefore, we Devi and Mata are here for people. For public service, it is must for us to know it by ourselves. I am saying this, knowing or unknowing, for those who are visiting me.
