- SABʈaŋpʌ kheta koʈhʌ ʈupʌ khjaउहिले गाई बस्तुको गोठ बस्ने ठाउँ (हो यो)।this was the place where animals used to live (graze),
- SABʌdze pri tshẽ ʈupʌ khja khju praŋ ʈupa khjaचौंरी गोठ बस्ने ठाउँ भेडा गोठ बस्ने ठाउँthe place where yaks and sheep used to live,
- SABmjatsẽ lʌ ʈupʌ khja ta tshẽlʌ ʈupa khjaगाईको गोठ बस्ने ठाउँ घोडाको गोठ बस्ने ठाउँthe place where the herdsmen (of cows) live, and where the herdsmen (of horses) still live.

- SABatsʌe tsa mi atʌpʌ kjaŋpʌ mi tuअनि अलि मान्छे नराम्रा र टाढाका मान्छे जस्ताor is a foreigner or has a cruel heart,
- SABhaipikenʌ te kʌ krelʌ apimकिनभने हिमाल चढ्न (कुलदेवताले) दिँदैनन्।this person is not allowed to climb the mountains.
- SABtsua pas tsʌrtimiयहाँ पास चढ्दाIf they climb by sitting here,
- SABhimal krelʌ apimpʌहिमाल चढ्न दिँदैनन्।and climb the mountains daily,

- SABsẽ kipʌ taŋpʌ peमन आनन्द, धेरै खुसी ।we are good, and our souls are happy,
- SABkipʌ ŋi ne tselpʌ khja tsu pisaŋ pikri moआनन्द हाम्रो तिर्थस्थल देवता दर्शन गर्ने यो पिसाङ् पिकमा छ।then Pisang is a place to take the audience of the gods.

- SABsʌle tʌnto naŋpʌराम्रो गरेर (राम्ररी) बालि दिनुहुन्छ।After we have done well, (the gods) give us crops.
- SABtsua pisaŋ jul pe tʌpʌ khjaयो पिसाङ् गाउँ चाहिँ एक दमै राम्रो ठाउँ हो।(The gods) are good up there.
- SABo lʌtse tʌtʌmi khikori asʌpʌ tʌtsi pinʌ teयसो गरेर के के भयो भने उनलाई (कुल देवतालाई) नराम्रो भयो भनेIf we instead did something bad,
- SABʈhi tẽ arʌle jupʌबाढी बेस्सरी आउँछ (आउने)।landslide falls greatly.
- SABʈhĩ tẽ arəle jutsi pinʌ tsiri noksan sʌkjãबेस्सरी बाढी आयो भने यहाँ नोक्सान पार्छ।a landslide occurs and it harms us and the land.
- SABtaŋpʌ ʈhi tʌle jutseउहिले एक पटक बाढी आउँदा (आएर)Once when a landslide occurred,
- SABjulʌ tsi are kompa kʌŋki tshʌnʌ uɖai titsiगाउँमा सबै गुम्बा, गुम्बाको बाटो, सबै उडायो।a gompa was swept away.
- SABkʌŋki kompʌ tshana uɖai titsiस्तुपाको प्रवेशद्वार र गुम्बा सबै उडायो।The entrance of the gompa was swept away.

- SABʌ lʌtse uri tiŋiयसो गरेर त्यहाँ आजthese days,
- SABtsa uɖaitilʌ atʌ meअलि उडाउन भएन रे।things should not be swept away.

- SABtshurten sen mopʌ khjakoreतीनओटा छोर्तेन भएको ठाउँमाin the place where there are three Chortens,
- SABtʌr tshaŋtse lʌmʌ putsa lʌtsi lʌmʌ thepʌ thepʌtse pudza lʌtsiतेर हालेर, लामाले पुजा गरे, ठूला ठूला लामाले पुजा गरे।(people) added Ter and bigger llamas were worshipped.
- SABte arʌ keni le ʈʌ sipʌ le tshaŋtsiनिकै राम्रो गरेर, शुभ (राम्रो पुजा) गरेर हाले।After, they are made pure.
- SABlake tiŋiअनि फेरि अहिलेAnd then again,
- SABlo tsuŋiti tsupseŋtĩ tetsiबाह्र वर्ष तेह्र वर्ष जति गयो।around twelve or thirteen years have passed.

- SABtsua mʌrtsjaŋdi mʌnʈʌlaयो मर्स्याङ्दी मण्डलthis Marsyangdi Mandala (and)

- SABtsuri phun thĩ tshʌnʌ portsiयहाँको फोनको घरहरू उडायो (लग्यो)।The houses with telephone booths were also swept away.
- SABʌ lʌ lʌtse tiŋi tsa atemiयसो गरेर अहिले अलि भएन भनेरLike this, something did not happen.
- SABsini lʌ lʌtse lʌmʌ thepʌ phu khʌtseराम्ररी गरेर ठूलो (विशिष्ट) लामा ल्याएर तर (हाल्नुपर्यो)।After doing good, (we should) put some Ter (in statues).
- SABtʌr tshaŋtsʌ lʌtse lʌmʌ thepʌ phu khʌtse lʌtse uriतर हालेर ठूलो (विशिष्ट) लामा ल्याएर त्यहाँAfter doing that and buying a great llama, (we) should do this.
- SABtshorten to olkja tʌrkja thorten prĩ lʌtseअहिले रातो, सेतो छोर्तेन बनाएर (निर्माण गरेर)After making the red and white Chorten,
- SABtʌr tsaŋtse lʌtse pudza lʌtsiतर हालेर पुजा गर्यो।(we) should worship for one day.
- SAButse ŋija pisaŋ jul pikko peअहिले हाम्रो पिसाङ् गाउँमा निकै पिक अतिIn our village because of the peak,
- SABthʌrmʌ tʌpʌ khja momuधर्म हुने ठाउँ छ।it is a place to worship.
- SABtsa sʌni lʌtse sjʌptu ʈunʌअलि राम्रो गरेर सेवा गर्यो भनेIf you do good, and serve very well,
- SABkhiko julkore ʈʌ si sjo lʌpaउनले गाउँलाई अलि निकै शुभ (सुखमय, मंगलमय) गर्छन्।the gods are good to the village.
- SABkhiri sjeptu aʈupʌ khiri phohor lʌtsi pinʌteउनलाई राम्रो रेखदेख भएन भने (र) जुठो पार्यौं भनेIf someone corrupts the village
- SABkhikotse lʌtse pʌiro jupaउसले गर्दा पहिरो आउने (गर्छ)।and makes the gods unhappy, the landslide happens.
- SABatsʌe julri noksan sʌpaअनि गाउँमा नोक्सान पार्छ। (गर्छ)।Again, there has been great loss in the village.
- SABtsu iskul koʈha ŋi se tʌlleri uʈhtitsi pəilaयो विद्यालयको दुई तीन ओटा कोठा एकै पटक उडायो पहिला।Two or three rooms of this building were taken away once.
- SABkapisʌ ʈiŋ tshana uɖaititsiगाविसको सवै टीन (छाना) उडायो।And the tin roof of VDC was swept away by a landslide.
- SABtiŋi khikori sjoptu phulnʌ lake khiko nor naŋjuŋ ta pile tʌmuअहिले उनलाई राम्ररी सेवा गर्यौं भने फेरि उनले धनसम्पत्ति दिनु हुन्छ,If we serve the gods well, they will give us property.
- SABatsʌljã ʈo sipʌ tʌpaअति शुभ हुन्छ।It will be very good.
- SABpisaŋ pikri moपिसाङ् पिकमा छ।(He) has burned the incense.
- SABtsua pisaŋ pik himalko tsintsi pinʌयो पिसाङ् पिक हिमाल चाहिँ सिद्दियो भनेIf Pisang peak no longer exists,
- SABŋi kheta tshaŋpʌहाम्रा गाईबस्तु हाल्ने (पाल्ने)like nowadays we rear animals such as
- SABgai bʌstu tʌ koraगाई, बस्तु, घोडाcows, other animals, horses,
- SABtshaŋljã kju areराखे (हाले, पाले) पनि पानि छैन।and even if we rear animals, there will be no water.
- SABpisaŋ pikko atsi nʌपिसाङ् पिक चाहिँ सिध्दिएन भनेIf Pisang peak exists,
- SABuwa kju kholakotseत्यो पानिको खोलालेthat stream of water exists
- SABkhetatse dzʌnawʌr to nare... moबस्तुहरू जनावरहरू अहिले (बनजङ्गलमा) छन्।and the animals (domestic animals) are in the forest.
- SABja pri me tʌ ta pile uri tshaŋ u kjuthuŋयाक, चौंरी, घोडा, सवै त्यहाँ राख्छन्, त्यही पानि पिउँछन्।(People) keep yaks, Chaunri, and cows in the forest and drink water \ft there.
- SABpisaŋ pikkkori khĩ arʌ nʌपिसाङ् पिकमा हिउँ भएन भनेIf there is no snow in Pisang,
- SABkju are kheta tshampʌ khja areपानि छैन, बस्तु राख्ने ठाउँ पनि छैन।there is no water, (and) there is also no place to keep the animals.
- SABtsoko tsa prʌblʌmri mraŋ muयो अलि समस्या देखिन्छ।There are some problems there.
- SABŋi kʌti khʌmkoहामीले जति सक्छौं,(I) have two aunts (father's sisters)
- SABtʃhjʌpko lʌpa saŋ pipʌपुजा गर्ने (जल अभिशेक गर्ने) अनि धुप बाल्ने(They) worship and burn incense.
- SABʌtse tʌr tshʌŋpʌअनि फेरि तर राख्नेAnd then we add Ter,
- SABʌtse julkori ʈʌsipʌ tʌ loto pitseअनि गाउँमा राम्रो (मंगलमय) होस् भनेर
