This is a compilation of snippets of events that take place during a typical long-life ritual. This one is held in the Tsangpa regional-house of the Jey College of Sera. A Shabten ritual for one of the senior teachers of the regional house, sponsored by one of his students.

- མཆོག་དང་ཐུན་མོང་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་པ།Please confer ordinary and supreme siddhis.

- རིན་ཆེན་དོན་ཡོད་ཞགས་པ་ཕྱག་ན་བསྣམས།For the one who holds an unfailing noose in hands [Chenrezik].

- ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་དེ་ནས་དགེ་འདུན་བཙུན་པ་རྣམས།From this land, may the monks and nuns,
- དམ་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་པའི་མཐུན་རྐྱེན་ཀུན་འཛོམས་ཤིང་།have the means to practice the holy dharma.

- བཤད་སྒྲུབ་བསྟན་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་འཛིན་པ་ལ།held the victory banner of both the teaching and practice of dharma.
- དཔལ་ལྡན་འཕྲིན་ལས་བཟང་པོའི་དཔལ་མངའ་བ།And carried out the immeasurable glorious deeds.
- བཤེས་གཉེན་དམ་པའི་ཞལ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ།Here we make this offering for you, our spiritual mentor.
- དགེ་གཉེན་དམ་པ་དག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།I prostrate to all the noble spiritual mentors.
- ཉམས་ཐག་འགྲོ་རྣམས་འཇིགས་པ་བརྒྱད་ལ་སོགས། ཕྱི་ནང་ཉེན་ཁ་ཀུན་ལས་འགྲོལ་མཛད་པ།May all the humble sentient beings, be free from eight harms and others. Both insides and outsides.
