I am from, firstly, my name is Samten. called me Samten. And i am from, we are from Paro district, under Dogar gewog (few villages grouped together for administrative purpose), i live at Dogar gewog.

ཏེ་ ད་རེས་ཀྱི་ ང་ར་གི་གཡུས་ངོ་མ་གི་མིང་འདི་འབད་བ་ཅིན། ཏེ་ གློག་མེ་ཁ་ གསེས་སླབ་ཨིན་ལགས། ཏེ་ མ་པ་ གཡུས་ཀྱི་མིང་ངོ་མ་འདི་ གླང་མིག་ཁ་གསེས་སླབ་ཨིན། ཏེ་ད་ འ་ནཱི་ཟུར་ཆག་ཉམས་ཏེ་སྦེ་ གློག་མེ་ཁ་ གསེས་སླབ་ཨིན་ལགས་ད་རེས་ ཏེ་གླང་མིག་ཁ་གསེས་ སླབ་དགོ་པའི་ཁུངས་འདི་ ཏེ་ ང་བཅས་ཡར་ ཁ་ཙ་སློབ་དཔོན་བུ་ཡར་བྱོན་ནུག་བ་སྨོ་ལགས་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་གནསཔ་གཏང་མི་འབད་ས་ལུ། འ་ནཱི་བྱག་འདི་གི་འ་ནཱ་ལུ་ གླང་གི་མིག་ཏོ་གཅིག་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་ལགས། ད་ འ་ནི་འབད་ནི་འདི་གིས་ ཏེ་ གླང་མིག་ཁ་ གསེས་སླབ་དགོ་མི་འདི་འ་ནི་ཨིན་ལགས།

These days, my actual village name is so called Glogmekha, actually Langmigkha is the real name. Gradually miss pronounced as Glogmekha. Reason why it is called Langmigkha is that, you have been there yesterday to our guest rest right. There, at that cliff there was a bull eye, so that is the reason why it is called Langmigkha.

ཏེ་ད་ འ་ངེ་གི་གནས་སྟངས་ཅིག་ ཞུཝ་འདྲཝ་ཅིག་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ ཏེ་ང་ ཧེ་མ་ལོ་བདུན་ལས་ ཨ་པ་འདི་ རྒཔོ་འབད་ནི་འདི་གིས་ ང་སློབ་གྲྭ་ ཨ་ཙི་བལྟ་ཡི་ལགས། དང་ཕུ་གི་སློབ་གྲྭ་ཨ་ཙི་ཅིག་བལྟ་འབད་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ ལོ་དགུ་ཚུན་ཚོད་ ང་སློབ་གྲྭ་ནང་སྡོད་ཡི་ལགས། ཏེ་ ལོ་དགུ་ལས་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ད་ གཡུས་ཁ་ལུ་ ཕར་ ང་བཅས་སྤུན་ཆ་གཅིག་ འ་ནི་སྦེ་སློབ་གྲྭ་ནང་སྡོད་སྡོད་པར་རང་ གྱོངས་སོངཔ་འབད་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ད་ དང་ཕུ་གི་མི་འབད་སྨོ་ཤིག་ལགས་ མཁའ་འགྲོ་མི་བཏུབ་པས་ གསེས་སླབ་ཨིན། ཏེ་ གཡུས་ཁར་སྡོད་ ཏེ་ ལོ་གསུམ་བཞི་དེ་ཅིག་དེ་ ནོར་འཚོ་སྦེ་རང་ལུས་སོ་ཡི་ གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་སྦེ་ཨིན་ལགས།

If i express my situation, i have been in school and learned some little from seven years old, while my father had been gup. i had been in a old school and learned little untill nine years. then later after nine years, a cousin of me died while continuing school, olden people believed and they restricted me going to school, and i had been herding cattles for three to nine years.

ཏེ་ འ་ནཱ་ལས་འབད་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ ད་ དེ་སྦེ་མི་བཏུབ་པས་ ད་ ཁོ་དེ་སྦེ་བཞག་པ་མི་བཏུབ་ ད་ ཕར་དགེ་སློང་ནང་བཙུགས་དགོ་པས་གསེས་སླབ་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ང་ ཕར་སྤུ་ན་རྫོང་ནང་ལུ་ ཏེ་ད་ དགེ་སློང་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ འཕྲང་འཕྲང་རང་ཕར་ དགེ་སློང་མ་འབད་ལགས། ལྟོ་ལུས་འབད་ ལྟོ་གཟན་འབད་ལོ་གསུམ་སྡོད་ད་ཡི་ གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་ལགས། ལྟོ་གཟན་འབད་ལོ་གསུམ་སྡོད་ དེ་ལས་འབད་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལསན་ དགེ་སློང་ནང་འཛུལ་འབད་སྦེ་ དེ་ལས་ང་གིས་ ལོ་ཁལ་གཅིག་ལྔ་ཚུན་ཚོད་ དགེ་སློང་ནང་ཕྱག་ཞུ་ཡི་ གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་ལགས།

then they thought they never going to leave me like that, they want to induct in monk and later they induct me as monk at Punakha Dzong. he had been novic for three years, later after his service as novic, then only he was made to join as amonk. he had been as a monk for twenty five years.

དེ་ལས་ ལོ་ཁལ་གཅིག་ལྔ་ལས་འབད་ ཏེ་ ང་ར་འ་ནི་སྦེ་སྡོད་སྡོད་པར་ར་ ཏེ་ ད་ ང་ར་གི་ ཏེ་ད་ ཚེ་སྔོན་གྱི་ལས་ གསེས་སླབ་སྟེ་འབད་རུང་ ད་རེས་ཀྱི་རྐྱེན་ གསེས་སླབ་སྟེ་ཨིན་ན་གསེས་ མ་ཤེས་ཏེ་ལགས། འ་ནི་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ང་ར་གི་ ན་ནི་ཅིག་ ཏེ་རྐངམ་ན་ནི་ཅིག་ཐོབ་ཆིཔ་འབད་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ ང་དུས་འཕྲོ་ལས་རྩ་བ་ལུ་འགུམ་སྟེ་སྦེ་མ་འགྱོ་ གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་སྦེ་ཨིན། i had been like that since twenty five years, never new the cause of past deeds or the present misadventure. i had a leg ache it does not became cramped immediately before.

ཏེ་ གོ་ལེ་ གོ་ལེ་གོ་ལེ་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ ལོ་གཅིག་བ་ལོ་གཅིག་སྐྱོ་ ལོ་གཅིག་བ་ལོ་གཅིག་སྐྱོ་སྦེ་ ཡར་སོངཔ་འབད་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ཏེ་ ང་གིས་ སྨན་བཅོས་འབད་དེ་ ཏེ་ ག་ཏེ་ལུ་སོང་སྟེ་འབད་རུང་ ཏེ་ དྲག་ཐབས་ཅིག་མེད་ འབད་ཚར་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ ང་ར་གིས་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ཡར་ ང་བཅས་ར་གི་ གཡུས་ཀྱི་ལྟག་ལས་ ཕུར་སྒྲུབ་དགོན་པ་ གསེས་མི་ཅིག་ཡོད་ལགས། slowly it went worse yeary, i had been every where for treatment though it never worked for me, so later i went to Phardup Goenpa (cloister) above our village.

ཏེ་ འ་ནཱ་ལུ་མཐུན་བཏང་སྦེ་ ང་གིས་ཡར་ལུ་ ལོ་བརྒྱད་ཅིག་ ལོ་བརྒྱད་དེ་ཅིག་ ཡར་སྡོད་ད་ཡི་ གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་ལགས། ད་ ལོ་བརྒྱད་དེ་ཅིག་སྡོད་སྦེ་འབདཝ་ད་ལུ་ ཏེ་ འདི་ལས་སྐྱོ་སུ་སྐྱོ་སུ་རང་ཡར་སོངཔ་འབད་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ ཕར་དང་ཚུར་ཡང་འགྱོ་མ་ཚུགསཔ་སྦེ་ཡར་སོངམ་ཞིནམ་ལས་ ཏེ་ ད་ ནཱ་ ཕམ་སྤུན་ཆ་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་མ་སྡོད་པར་ ཏེ་ ཐབས་རང་མེད་པར་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ ད་ གཡོག་འདི་ ནཱ་ ངེའི་ཨ་ཞིམ་ ཏེ་ ད་ འཕྲངམ་ཞུ་ཡི་ལགས། ཨ་ཞིམ་[དྲངམོ་]འཚམས་ཅིག་ ཏེ་འ་ནཱི་གིས་རྐྱབ་ ཏེ་ ད་ ཕམ་སྤུན་ཆ་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་ ཏེ་ ད་ ང་ལུ་ཨ་པ་ ང་ ལོ་ཁལ་གཅིག་ནང་སྦེ་སྡོད་པའི་སྒང་ལས་ ཨ་པ་གྱོངས་སོ་ཡི་ལགས། there, i have been in meditatoin for eight years, after that i have became gradually deteriorate, even cant move anywhere, so without any choice i have to be with my parents and cousin, and my elder sister does take care for me, i am talking without any confidential. my elder sister (disability) she took care for me, when i am at the age of twenty, father was death.

ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ ཏེ་ཨའི་ཡོད་ལགས། ཏེ་ ད་རེས་ནངས་པར་ ཕར་དང་ཚུར་གྱི་ ཚོང་འབྲེལ་འབད་ནི་ ག་ཅི་གུ་ཅི་འབད་ནི་ག་ར་ ཨའི་རྒན་རྒས་ཅིག་ཡོད་ལགས་ ཏེ་འ་ནི་གིས་འབད་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ ང་འདི་ འ་ནི་སྦེ་སྡོད་དོ་ གསེས་ཞུ་དོ་ལགས། ཏེ་ ད་རེས་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ ཏེ་ད་ང་ར་ ད་ བླམ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ལས་འབད་ ཏེ་ད་ རྩ་བར་སྡོད་དེ་འབད་རུང་ ཏེ་ ཟ་ནི་འཐུང་ནི་གི་འདི་ཚུ་ ཏེ་ གང་ཡང་དཀའ་ངལ་མེད་ལགས།

And then i have mother, these days old mother she does shopping, every thing, and going everywhere, so that is why i am living like that. Today, because of abbot, three Triple Gem (Buddha, Dharma and Sangha) blessing, even i can't stand on my feet we dont have any problem with victuals.

དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་གནང་སྟེ་སྦེ་ ཕོཝ་ལྟོཝ་མ་བཀྱེསཔ་ཅིག་ ལུསཔོ་སྒྱེན་མོ་མ་ཐོནམ་ཅིག་ ཏེ་ འཕྲལ་འཕྲལ་རང་ ཏེ་ རོགས་ཨའེ་ ཁོ་འ་ནི་སྦེ་ མཐུན་བཏང་སྡོད་མས་བ་གསེས་ ཏེ་ ཕར་རེ་ཚུར་རེ་མེདཔ་ཅིག་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ད་ལྟོ་ ཕོཝ་ལྟོཝ་མ་བཀྱེསཔ་ཅིག་ ལུས་སྒྱེན་མོ་མ་ཐོནམ་ཅིག་ ཏེ་ དཀོན་མཆོག་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་གྱིས་གནང་ ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ ང་རང་ ཕར་ ད་ལྟོ་ ཏེ་ གཞུང་གྲྭ་ཚང་ཁ་ཐུག་ལས་ ཏེ་ ལྟོ་ཕོགས་ཅིག་གནང་སྟེ་ཡོད་ གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་སྦེ་ཨིན་ལགས།

with blessing from Triple Gem we lived just without strave, and lived just with unclothed. They feel he does praying and pity on him and understand the suffering of him. lived here and there with blessing from Triple Gem just without strave and with uncloth. presently, he is getting stipend (stipend paid in kind) from central religious body.

ཏེ་ འ་ནི་གཅིག་གནང་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ད་རེས་ བླམ་མངའ་དབང་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་གྱི་སྐུ་དྲིན་ལས་འབད་ ཏེ་ད་ གཞུང་གྲྭ་ཚང་འཕགས་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་ དེ་ལས་ ང་བཅས་ར་གི་ཏེ་ མངའ་བདག་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ ཏེ་ ཡབ་སྲས་ཀྱིས་འབད་ ཏེ་ད་ རོགས་ སྐྱིད་སྡུག་གཟིགས་ཏེ་སྦེ་ ཏེ་ང་བཅས་ད་ལྟོ་ ཏེ་ད་ འ་ནཱི་སྦེ་ ཕོཝ་ལྟོཝ་མ་བཀྱེསཔ་ ལུས་སྒྱེན་མོ་མ་ཐོནམ་ཅིག་ ཏེ་ད་ ཁོང་གིས་གནང་སྟེ་རང་ཡོད་ གསེས་ཞུ་དོ་ལགས། they granted me with the benevolence Zhabdrung Ngawangnamgyal and to the central religious body seeing the truth and superior monk body, and then to our fourth and fifth king granted a lives on welfare, so presently been almost got a state of living.
