Aum Chimi Dema and Pema from Lhangmikha village under Paro district sang “Labay Labay”. There are few lyrics to the song, but the melody helps make the song longer. It is an auspicious song, describing the meeting place between the high sky, sun and moon as auspicious and without the dangers of bad deeds. It also describes the sacred place of Dorjiden (Bodhgaya) where thousands of masters were enlightened, and from where Buddha dharma flourishes all over the world. The lyrics of the song glorifies Paro and the sacred Paro Rinpung Dzong. Thus, the song aspires for happiness and to meet time again and again in those sacred places without misfortunes. These auspicious songs are unsually sung during important occasions.
