This spring is regarded as the “drupchu,” or the holy water of Drukpa Kuenley. It is believed that this water source, which is located just below the local lhakhang, should be kept clean. Otherwise, the water would get impure and run in the underground rather than flow to the surface. It is also believed that whoever drinks the water will have all kinds of disease purified. Galey, our narrator, used to own the land where the spring is located. He had plans to fence the holy water area, but before he began the work, the government seized the land. Presently the local lhakhang owns the land.

- དགའ་ལེགས Galleyད་ཨ་ནི་སླབ་དགོ་པ་ཅིན་ ད་འ་ནི་ཆུ་འདིའི་སྐོར་ལས་ གཙང་སྦྲ་སྦེ་བཞག་དགོ་པ་ཅིན་ ད་གཞན་དང་གཞན་འདི་འདི་ གོ་ལ་དང་ནི་ཚུ་གི་སྐོར་ལས་འདི་ ང་གིས་རྩ་ལས་ཞུ་ནི་མེད། སྟེ་ཨམ་ཚུ་གི་ཁྲག་འདི་ཆུ་དཔ་བཟུམ་ཅིག་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ ཨ་ནི་ཆུ་འདི་ རང་ཨ་ན་སྡོད་སྡོདཔ་ན་རང་ ཆུ་འདི་མ་འོག་ལས་ཕར་འགྱོ་བའི་ཤུལ་ལསན་ སྟེ་ང་བཅས་གདོང་ཁ་ར་ཧུ་མ་གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་འཐོནམ་ཨིན་གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་ལགས།Now im going to tell about this drupchu as this one is very precious and we have to mentain it very hygiene. i dont have any idea of washing clothes in this holy water whether it will be ok or not but if we do unhygienic like washing womens unwanted things then immediately infornt of our eyes water changes the colour and it become very dirty.
- དགའ་ལེགས Galleyད་ཨམ་སྲུའི་ཁྲག་འདི་མ་ད་སྤུ་ལས་ར་ རེག་སུ་ཡོད་ར་མེད། ང་བཅས་གིས་༼ཀྱིས་༽ཧེ་མ་ང་ར་གནམ་ལོ་གཉིས་སྟོང་བརྒྱད་དང་བཅུ་ཐམ་ཚུན་ཚོད་སྡོད་པའི་ནམ་དུས་འདི་ནང་ལུ་ཡང་ ཕར་ལས་ཚུར་ དེམ་འ་ནི་བཟུམ་ རཝ་རྐྱབ་དགོཔ་སྦེ་ ༼ཕན་སིང་༽རྐྱབ་དགོཔ་སྦེ་ ང་ལུ་བཀའ་གནང་ཡི་ ཨིན་རུང་ སྟེ་སྐབས་ཅིག་ཁ་ལས་ ས་འདི་ན་ལུ་གཞུང་ཚུད་པའི་༼ས་འདི་གཞུང་ལུ་ཚུད་པའི་༽བསྒང་ལས་ རཝ་ཡང་རྐྱབ་མ་ཚུགས།Mens of women should never have contact with this holy water.During the year of 2008-2010 we got order to protect this specific area by fencing but after a while this location was surander under government and we couldnot do any fencing.
- དགའ་ལེགས Galleyཨིན་རུང་ད་ལྟོ་འབད་རུང་ཡ་ རོགས་ལྷ་བསང་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་འདི་ འཆི་མེད་ལྷ་ཁང་གི་ཁ་ཐུག་ལས་མཛདཔ་མཛད་ས་ར་ཡོད། ག་ར་འབད་རུང་ཡ་ཨ་ནི་ཆུ་འདི་ བཞེསཔ་འདྲཝ་ཅིག་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ ལྐོལམ་ན་ནི་ དེ་ལས་ང་བཅས་ར་ འཆི་མེད་ལྷ་ཁང་ལས་སྔགས་ཆུ་ཞུ་དོ་བཟུམ་སྦེ་ར་ཨིན་ གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་ཕན་པ་ར་ཡོད་གསེས་ཞུ་ནི་ལགས། ལགས་སོ་ལགས།Still then nowadays also the ritual has been done by chimi lhakhang.if any body drink this holy water it will cure soal throat as if it were blessed water from the lhakhang so thats why this holy water is very helpful to everyone.
