- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསད་ང་ཚོའི་འདིར་གཙོ་བོ་དེ་ག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་སོང་ན་༼ཟེར་ན་༽སྨན་བཅོས་གཙོ་བོ་དེ་ག་རེ་བྱེད་དགོ་༼དགོས་༽རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་ན་བོད་སྨན་རེད།The Tibetan medicines are the main medical treatments [given to the patients] here.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསཁ་ལ་ཟ་ཡས་ཚང་མ་བོད་སྨན་རེད། ཐང་བཏང་ཡས་ཡིན་ནས་༼ཡིན་ནའང་༽རེད། དང་པོ་ནད་པ་སླེབས་པ་ད་དགའ་་སྔན་ལ༼སྔོན་ལ་༽ཡ་ཉིན་མ་གསུམ་ཙ་༼ཙམ་༽གཅིག་གི་སྨན་ཞིག་བསྟེན་རྒྱུ་གཅིག་བྱས།For example, the oral pills are Tibetan medicines, as well as the syrup and the medicines given to the patients on the very first three days
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསདེ་བྱས་དེ་ཀྱས་༼དེ་ཚོ་༽ཚང་མ་ལོག་བོད་སྨན་རེད། བོད་སྨན་ཁོ་ར་༼ཁོ་ན་༽བསྟེར།all are Tibetan medicines. Only Tibetan medicines are given.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་སོང་ན་༼ཟེར་ན་༽། ཐང་བཏང་དགོས་སར་ཐང་བཏང་། དཔེར་ན་གཉེན་ཁ་ཡོད་བཟོ་འདྲ་གནས་ཚུལ་ཡོད་ན་བོད་སྨན་བཏང་།what I should say! When syrup is needed, syrup is given and Tibetan medicines are given in the cases of having inflammation.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསཐང་བཏང་དགོས་སར་ཐང་བཏང་། ཡང་ན་ཚ་ལ་ཤས་༼ཁ་ཤས་༽་གྲམས་བསྡད་པ་བཟོ་འདྲ་ཡིན་ན་ཚུར་བསྡུ་ཡས་ཀྱི་ཐང་ཆེན་ཉེར་ལྔའི་བཟོ་འདྲ་ཨ་འདྲས༼འདྲ་༽བཏང།Syrup is given when it is necessary. If some sicknesses spread to some parts of the body, [we] give medicines such as Thangchen Nyernga in order to gather the sicknesses together,
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསདེ་འདྲ་བྱས་བྱས་༼བྱས་ནས་༽ང་ཚོའི་ན་ཚ་ཚུར་གང་ལྟར་རུ་བསྡུས་དང་མ་སོང་ནས་བྱེད་ཡག།which aims to collect the sicknesses together.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསདེ་ནས་ག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་་༽གཞུ་གུ་ཡ་༼མཇུག་ཏུ༽གཞི་ནས་ཨ་ནི་ང་ཚོས་ག་རེ་རས་ཉིན་མ་གསུམ་གྱི་སྨན་དེ་བཟས་ཚར་བ་རེད་པཱ།་ བོད་སྨན་དེ་བཟས་པ་དེ་རྨང་གཞི་རས་དེ་གང་འདྲས་༼གང་འདྲ་༽འདུག་དེས་ཕན་ལོས་དེ་གང་འདྲ་འདུག དེར་བལྟས།After finishing the medicines for three days, [we] check if the Tibetan medicines helped.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསཨ་ནི་དེས་ག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽བོད་སྨན་དེས་ཕན་བསྐྱེད་དེ་མུ་མཐུད་ཡག་པོ་ཡོད་པ་བྱས།If [we find that] the Tibetan medicines are working very well,
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསཉིན་མ་གསུམ་དེའི་ནང་ཕན་བསྐྱེད་ཡག་པོ་ཡོང་གི་འདུག་ན་ཨ་ནི་མུ་མཐུད་ཡང་ག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་སོང་ན་༼ཟེར་ན་༽བོད་སྨན་འདི་འདྲ་མུ་མཐུད་བསྟེར། དེ་འདྲས་༼འདི་འདྲ་༽བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།if the 3-days medicines are working well, [we would] continuously give the same medicines to the patients.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསཡིན་ནས་༼ཡིན་ནའང་༽ག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་ན། སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཡས་ནང་སྨན་བཅོས་མགོ་ནས་རྐུབ་༼མཇུག་༽ཏུ་ཚང་མ་ལོགས་བོད་སྨན་རེད།What [I would like to emphasize here] is that the Tibetan medicines are given for the medical treatment from the beginning to the end.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསད་ཡིན་ནས་༼ཡིན་ནའང་༽་གཞོགས་འདེགས་ཀྱི་སྨན་བཅོས་ག་རེ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོའོ་རས་༼ཡོག་རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་སོང་ན་༼ཟེར་ན་༽། ཨ་ནི་ཕྱི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་སྨན་རྫས་ཏིག་ཙ་༼ཏོག་ཙམ་༽བེད་སྤྱོད་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།However, as a supplementary medical treatment, what we do is that a few biomedicines are given.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་སོང་ན་༼ཟེར་ན་༽། དེ་པཱ་ལ་ཡ་མཆིན་པར་ཕན་པའི་སྨན་དང་། ཡང་ག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་སོང་ན་༼ཟེར་ན་༽། སྤྱིར་བཏང་གི་ག་རེ་ཟེར་དགོ་༼དགོས་༽རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ང་རང་ཚོའི་ཚ་བ་བཅགས་ཡས་དང་དེ་འདྲས་ལ་སོགས་པ་རེད་པཱ།[The biomedicines] are mainly some of the medicines for hepatopathy, and some normal medicines for healing fever.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསདེ་འདྲས་༼དེ་འདྲ་༽གི་ཐོག་ལ་ཡ་ཤེར་ཆུ་སྨན་ཆུ་དེ་འདྲ་བླུགས་དགོས་ན་སྨན་ཆུ་ཏིག་ཙ་༼ཏིག་ཙམ༽་ཏིག་ཙ་བླུགས་དེ་འདྲ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོའོ་༼ཡོད་༽རེད།If a patient needs infusion, [we would] give it.
- ཨེམ་ཆི་ལགསད་ཡིན་ནས་༼ཡིན་ན་ཡང་གཙོ་བོ་ག་རེ་རས་༼རེད་དམ་༽ཟེར་སོང་ན་༼ཟེར་ན་༽ང་ཚོས་བོད་སྨན་རང་དེ་བེད་སྤྱོད་བཏང་འོང་འདི་འདྲས་༼འདི་འདྲ་༽བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོའོ་༼ཡོད་༽རེད་།However, we mainly use the Tibetan medicines.
