- ཀཨོའོ། དེ་སྔན་ལ་ང་ཚོར་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་དེ་འདྲ་ཡོག་མ་རེད། ད་དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་ཡཱ་ང་ཚོ་ཨ་ནི་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་ཀྱི་ད་འཕྲུལ་འཁོར་དེ་འདྲས་ཁག་ཁ་ཤས་ཡོག་རེད། ལྷག་པར་དུ་དེ་སང་རྒྱལ་སྤྱིའི་སྔོན་ཐོན་ཚན་རིག་དེ་འདྲས་ཀྱི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་ལྡན་པའི་ཏན་ཙེ་དབུའི་དཔྱིའི་དེ་འདྲས་ང་རང་ཚོ་རང་གི་འདི་གར་ཡོག་རེད། པར་རྒྱག་ཡས་ཡོག་རེད། ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡོག་རེད། ཤ་བཀོག་བྱས་་་ ཤ་བཀོད་བྱས་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད། ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡོག་རེད།Ka: We did not have nay gastroscope before, but later we have several gastroscope machines, especially we have here some electronic gastroscopes with characteristcs of modern international advanced sciences. (We use) these gastroscopes to take photographes, examinie, and examinie flesh (samples), (which are cut from the sick parts of the patients)
- ཀཡང་དེའི་ནས་ཕོ་ཤེལ་ནང་ཁྲག་བཀག་ཡས་ཡོག་རེད། ཡང་ཕོ་བའི་ནང་ལོགས་ཤ་རྡོག་རྡོག་དེ་འདྲས་སྐྱེས་བཞག་པ་དེ་འདྲས་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཀྱིན་བྱེད་ཀྱིན་མཉམ་དུ་བཀོག་བྱས་གཤག་བཅོས་ཆེན་པོ་བྱེད་མི་དགོས་པ་བྱས། ད་ག་ནས་ཤ་རུལ་དེ་ཚོ་བཅད་བྱས་ཨ་ནི་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཡས་དེ་འདྲ་ཡོག་རེད། བརྟག་དཔྱད་ཆ་ཚང་ད་ག་ནས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད། འདིར་ནད་ཁང་ལ་ཉར་བའི་ནད་པ་ཚང་མ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་ཐོག་མར་ཡིན་ནའང་རེད། མཇུག་ཏུ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱས་ཚར་བའི་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱས་ཚར་བའི་བརྟག་དཔྱད་ཆ་ཚང་འདི་ནས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།Kq: Regarding the gastroscope machines, there are machines can be used for preventing bleeding, machines can be used for cutting the slough or extra flesh which grows up in one's stomach and giving medical treament simultaneously while the examination of gastroscope is being operated. Therefore, big operation is not needed. All of the examinations, including the first examination while patients come to the impatient section and final examination after the patients recorved, are carried out there.
- ཁདེང་དུས་ཀྱི་ཚན་རིག་གི་དཔེར་ན་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་དེ་གྲས་བེད་སྤྱོད་བཏང་། དེའི་སྒང་ལ་བོད་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་གི་གཞུང་ནང་བསྟན་པའི་གསོ་རིག་གི་ཤེས་བྱ་ཡོག་རེད་༼ཡོད་རེད་༽པཱ། དེ་གཉིས་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་བྱས་ནས་ནད་པར་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡིན་ནའི་རེད། སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡིན་ནའི་རེད། དེ་བྱས་པ་དགའ་བ་ཡོད་ནཱ། ཡང་མིན་ན་ཕྱི་ལུགས་བྱས་ན། ཕྱི་ལུགས་ཆ་ཚང་བྱས། བོད་ལུགས་བྱས་ན་བོད་ལུག་ཆ་ཚང་། རྐྱང་པ། རྐྱང་པ་བྱས་ན་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱས་ན་ནད་པར་ཕན་འབྲས་ཆེན་བ་ཡོད་ནཱ། དེ་གཉིས་ཐོག་ལ་ཁྱད་པར་ག་རེ་ཡོད་ན་ཁྱེད་རང་གིས་གཅིག་གསུངས་རོགས་གནང་།Kq: Which ways of examining and giving madical treatments to the patients is more beneficial for the patiens: 1) using both Tibetan medical knowledge and modern scientific (methods) such as gastroscopes jointly; 2) using these different kinds of medical treatments separately. Would you talk about the differences of using these two medical treatment, please?
- ཀད་ད་ལྟ་གནས་ཚུལ་དེར་བལྟ་དུས་ག་ནས་ང་ཚོས་འདི་འདྲས་ཟེར་བལྟ་དུས་ག་ནས་༼སྐབས་ན་༽དེ་གཉིས་གཉིས། དེང་རབས་གསོ་རིག་དང་བོད་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་དེ་གཉིས་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ན་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཡས་དེ་ནུས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་འདུགKa: While we look at the present circumstances, the medical treatments in which use both modern medicines and Tibetan medicines together have great functions (or are really functional.)
- ཀག་རེ་རས་ཟེར་ན། ཕྱི་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་རྐྱང་རྐྱང་བྱས་བསྡད་བསྡད་པ་ཡིན་ན། དཔེར་ན་ཕོ་བའི་སྐྲན་གྱི་བཟོ་འདྲ་དེ་འདྲས་ལ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ན། ཕོ་བཤག་བཅོས་བྱས་བཞག་པ་ཡིན་ནའི་གཤག་བཅོས་ཡག་པོ་མ་བྱུང་པ་བྱས་ལམ་སེང་ནད་པ་དེ་ཤི་འགྲོ་ཡས་དེ་འདྲ་འི་གནས་ཚུལ་ཡོང་གི་འདུག བོད་སྨན་དེ་འདྲས་བཏང་བྱས་འདུ་སུ་བྱེད་དུས་ན་ཚ་དེ་འདྲས་ཁག་གཅིག་ད་དུང་ལོ་གཅིག་བསྡད་པ་དང་། ལོ་གཉིས་བསྡད་པ། ལོ་ལྔ་ཕྱིན་པ། ད་ལྟ་ང་རང་ཚོའི་མེས་རྒྱལ་ནང་ཁུལ་ནས་ཡི་གེ་ཡོང་མཁན་ད་ཕོ་བའི་སྐྲན་གྱིས་མེད་པར་ཆགས་འདུག་ཅེས་ཡི་གེ་ཡོང་མཁན་ཞེ་དྲགས་ཡོག་རེད་༼ཡོད་པོ་རེད།༽Ka: The reason is that if the Western medicine is employed alone, for instance for treating gastric cancers for which operation may be given, we would see death of patients because of unsuccessful operations; while if Tibetan medicine is used alone, the diseases may last for one year, two years or five years, and nowadays there are letters about many people died because of gastri cancer.
- ཀབྱས་ཙང་ཕྱི་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་རྐྱང་པ་བྱེད་དུས་སྒ་ནས་༼སྐབས་ན་༽གཉན་ཁ་བཅག་ཡས་དང་ན་ཟུག་བཅག་ཡས་དེ་ཚོ་ཡག་པོ་ཡོག་རེད་༼ཡོད་རེད།༽ཡང་ན་ཚ་ཨ་མ་རང་གསོ་ཡས་ཕོ་བའི་ནུས་དྲོད་གསོ་ཡས། ཕོ་བའི་ནུས་པ་གསོ་ཡས་དེ་འདྲས་ཞེ་དྲགས་སྐྱོ་པོ་རེད།Therefore, if (we practice) Western medicine alone, it would be beneficial to reduce pains and anti-inflammatory, but it is little bit too weak to cure the main sickness such as gastricism and gastric dysperistalsis.
- ཀཡང་། བོད་ལུགས་རྐྱང་པ་དེ་འདྲས་བྱེད་དུས་ག་ནས་ཁག་གཅིག་དཔེར་ན་ཆ་བཞག་ན་ང་རང་ཚོའི་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་ཐོག་ལ་ཡིན་ནའི་རེད། ང་ཚོས་ད་ལྟ་བོད་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་ཐོག་ནས་དེང་རབས་འཕྲུལ་ཆས་བེད་སྤྱོད་མ་བཏང་པར་ན་ཚ་ཚང་མ་ལོགས་བལྟ། རེག དྲི་གསུམ་གྱིས་སྒོ་ནས་ན་ཚ་ཐག་བཅད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།However, in term of not using modern equipment but using Tibetan medicine alone, e.g. examinations, we check up all kinds of diseases through look, touch and smell.
- ཀག་རེ་རས་ཟེར་ན། སྐད་ཆ་དྲིས་ནས་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡིན་ནའི་རེད། ནད་གཞིའི་གནས་ཚུལ་དྲིས་ཡས་ཡིན་ནའི་རེད། མིག་ལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡིན་ནའི་རེད། དྲི་ཆུར་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡིན་ནའི་རེད། ཨི་ནེ་བལྟ་རེག་དྲི་གསུམ་གྱི་ཐོག་ནས་ན་ཚ་གཏན་འཁེལ་བྱས་ནས་ནད་པ་དེ་ཡར་སླེབས་མ་ཐག་པར་སྔོན་དང་པོར་བོད་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་གི་ཐོག་ནས་ནད་གཞི་ངོས་འཛིན་བྱས་ན་ན་ཚ་གཏན་འཁེལ་བྱས། སྨན་བཅོས་གཏན་འཁེལ་བྱས།Ka: That is that right after a patient comes, (we) finish all tasks - such as asking questions, asking about the circumstances of the sickness, checking up the eyes and urine - through look, touch and smell, and (we) find out the symptom of the sickness and make dicision what kind of sickness it is.
- ཀཀ དེའི་སྒང་ལ་ཡང་བསྐྱར་དེང་རབས་གསོ་རིག་གི་ཨ་ནི་འཕྲུལ་ཆས་དེ་གས་བེད་སྤྱོད་བཏང་། གོམ་གང་མདུན་སྤོས་ཀྱིས་ནད་གཞི་དེ་ངོས་འཛིན་གསལ་པོ་ཡོང་ཡས་དང་། བརྟན་པོ་ཡོང་ཡས་དང་དེ་འདྲས་ཀྱི་ཆེད་དུ་ང་ཚོས་བེད་སྤྱོད་བྱེད་ཡོག་རེད། དེ་བྱེད་དུས་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ན། ང་ཚོས་ངོས་འཛིན་བྱས་པ་དེ་ལའི་༼ལའང་༽ནོར་འཁྲུལ་མེད་པ་ང་རང་ཚོས་བོད་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་ཐོག་ནས་ངོས་འཛིན་གཅིག་བྱས་ཡོག་རེད་༼ཡོད་རེད༽། དེང་རབས་གསོ་རིག་གི་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱས་ནས་ངོས་འཛིན་གཅིག་བྱས་པ་རེད། དེ་གཉིས་གཉིས་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་དུས། ཨ་ནི། ཞེ་དྲགས་ཀྱི་ན་ཚ་གཏན་འཁེལ་པ་དང་དེ་འདྲས་ཡག་པོ་འདུག་གཱKa: In addition to that, the machines in modern medicine (Refers to Western biomedicine- K) are employed in order to get further and clearer recognition of the syptoms of a sickness and make (our findings) more reliable. The combination of these two (Tibetan medicine and modern equipment) helps us to get final reliable findings because we have done checking syptoms using Tibetan medicine and modern equipment separately.
