However, it has been stated clearly 2000 years ago in Tibetan medicine theory.
- ཀ ང་ཚོས་ལོ་ངོ་ཉིས་སྟོང་གོང་ནས་ཕོ་རུབ་ཀྱི་ནད་གཞིར་ཆ་བཞག་པ་ཡིན་ན་རབ་འབྲིང་ཁག་གསུམ་དབྱེ་གྱི་ཡོད་པ་རེད། ཁག་གསུམ་ནང་ནས་དེ་དུས་ཡིན་ན་ང་ཚོས་ཕོ་རུབ་ཀྱི་ནད་གཞི་ཐེངས་དང་པོ་དེར་བད་ཀན་ལྷན་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ཕོ་རུབ་ན་ཚ། གཉིས་པ་དེ་ལ་བད་ཀན་ལྷན་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ཕོ་རུབ་ན་ཚ་སྨན་བཅོས་ཀྱིས་དེ་དྲག་བསྐྱེད་ཡག་པོ་མ་བྱུང་ན་བད་ཀན་ལྕགས་དྲེགས་ལ་གྱུར་པའི་ཕོ་རུབ་ན་ཚ་ཞེས་ན་ཆ་ལྗིད་རུ་ཕྱིན་པ་རེད། དེའི་སྐབས་གཉིས་པ་དེ་ཆགས་པ་རེད། གསུམ་པ་དེ་ནི་དེ་སྨན་བཅོས་ཡག་པོ་མ་བྱུང་བར་བད་ཀན་ལྕགས་དྲེགས་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ཕོ་རུབ་ན་ཚ་དེ་བད་ཀན་ལྷན་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་ཕོ་རུབ་ན་ཚ་དེར་སྨན་བཅོས་ཡག་པོ་མ་བྱུང་ན་སྟོབས་ཆུང་ཤ་སྐེམ་མཇུག་ཏུ་དམུ་འདྲེན་འགྱུར་ཟེས་དམུ་ཆུ་ལ་སྐྲན་ཆགས་ཏེ་ཕོ་བའི་སྐྲན་དུ་འགྱུར་འགྲོ་ཡི་ཡོད་པ་རེད་ཅེས་རིག་པའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་ལས་ཧ་ཅང་གི་གསལ་པོ་གསུང་ཡོད་པ་རེད།Ka: 2000 years ago, atrophic gastritis has been separated into three stages: 1. atrophic gastritis generated from ordinary phlegm; 2. if the atrophic gastritis has not been treated well, it would be on the second level, which is called atrophic gastritis generated from phlegm of digestive system and more serious than the first; 3. if atrophic gastritis generated from phlegm of digestive system has not been cured well in addition to the atrophic gastritis generated from ordinary phlegm, the dropsy of the internal organs would become gastric cancer. There are clearly stated in the Tibetan medicine theory.
- ཀ དེང་རབས་ཀྱི་གསོ་རིག་ལས་བཤད་པ་ཡིན་ན། ཕོ་རུབ་ནད་དེར་སྨན་བཅོས་ཡག་པོ་མ་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ན་ཕོ་བའི་སྐྲན་དུ་འགྱུར་འགྲོ་ཡི་ཡོད་ཅེས་ང་རང་ཚོ་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ཕྱི་ནང་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཀྱི་མཁས་པ་ཅན་གྱིས་དེ་ལྟར་གསུངས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་རེད།Ka: Presently, it is commonly believed by experts in the world that if the atrophic gastritis is not treated well, it will become gastric cancer.
- ཀ ང་རང་ཚོའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་ཐོག་ཆ་བཞག་པ་ཡིན་ན་ལོ་ངོ་ཉིས་སྟོང་གོང་ནས་ཕོ་རུབ་ནད་ལ་ལྗི་ཡང་གསུམ་ཏེ། བད་ཀན་ལྷན། ལྕགས་དྲེགས། མེ་མཉམ། མེ་མཉམ་གསུམ་ནས་སྐྲན་དུ་འགྱུར་འགྲོ་གི་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ནི་ཕལ་ཆེར་གཞུང་ལུགས་ཚང་མ་དང་། ལྷག་པར་དུ་རྒྱུད་བཞིའི་ནང་གསལ་པོ་གསུངས་ཡོད།Ka: For instance of theory, two thousand years ago, atrophic gastritis is divided into three (developmental) stages (in accordance with how) serious the sickness is, nordinary phlegm, atrophic gastritis generated from phlegm of digestive system and menyam. After Menyam (of phlegm), it becomes cancer which is commonly stated in all theoritical book, particularly it has been clearly stated in rgyud bzhi.
- ཀ ནད་གཞིའི་སྟེང་ལ་གསལ་པོ་གསུངས་ཡོད་ལ། སྨན་བཅོས་སྐོར་ལའང་གསལ་པོས་གསུངས་ཡོད་པ་རེད། དཔེར་ན། ང་ཚོས་ཕོ་རུབ་ལ་སྨན་བཅོས་ག་རེ་ག་རེ་བྱེད་དགོས་མེད། སྨན་ག་རེ་ག་རེ་ཟ་དགོས་མེད། བད་ཀན་མེ་མཉམ་སྐབས་སྨན་བཅོས་ག་རེ་ག་རེ་བྱེད་དགོས་རེད་དམ། སྐྲན་དུ་མི་འགྱུར་པའི་ཆེད་སྔོན་འགོག་ག་རེ་ག་རེ་བྱེད་དགོས་རེད་དམ། དེ་དག་གསལ་ཐག་ཆོད་གསུངས་པ་དེ་འདྲ་ཞིག་རེད།Ka: It is not only clearly stated about the diseases, but also clearly stated about the treatments. For example, what kinds of medical treatments should be employed and what kinds of medicines shall be taken; what kinds of medical treatments shall be applied for treating Menyam of phlegm; how to prevent cancer, etc. have been clearly stated.
- ཀ ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོས་ནད་ཐོག་ཞིབ་འཇུག་ཞེ་དྲག་ཡག་པོ་དང་འགྲུབ་འབྲས་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོང་ཐུབ་པ་དེ་བོད་ལུགས་གསོ་རིག་གི་རིག་པའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་དང་དེའི་ནང་གི་ཤེས་ཚོད་ཀྱི་སྨན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་སྡེ་ཁག་བེད་སྤྱད་ནས་སྨན་བཟོས་བྱས་བྱས་ད་ག་༼དེ་དག་༽ཞིབ་འཇུག་བྱས་པས་ད་ལྟ་ནད་གཞི་ཕོ་རུབ་ནད་དེ་སེང་དྲག་བཟོ་ཐུབ་པ་དང་ཕོ་རུབ་ནད་ཕོ་བའི་སྐྲན་དུ་འགྱུར་འགྲོ་བ་དེར་སྔོན་འགོག་བྱེད་ཐུབ་དེ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་གཞུང་ལུགས་གཞིར་བཟུང་ཏེ་སྨན་བཟོས་པ་ཤ་སྟག་རེད། དེ་དོན་དག་གཅིག་རེད།Ka: We have been able to great research and got great achievements because of the fact that (we) use the Tibetan medicine theoy and knowledge of ingredients for making medicines, and use these medicines for research. Preseantly (we) are able to cure atrophic gastrits completely and prevent the (gastritiics) become cancer because we have been making all kinds of medicines according to the theory. That is one thing (I would like to talk about here).
- ཀ དོན་དག་གཉིས་པ་དེ་ག་རེ་རེད་དམ་ཟེར་ན། ང་ཚོའི་ད་ལྟ་སྨུག་པོར་ཞིབ་འཇུག་བྱས་ཏེ་སྐྲན་ལ་ཞིབ་འཇུག་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་རེད། སྐྲན་དེ་ལའང་། འབྲས་དང་སྐྲན་གཉིས་ཡོད་པ་རེད། ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོས་ཟེར་བ་དེ་འབྲས་དེ་རེད། ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་དེ་ཕོ་བར་རྨ་ཆགས་ནས་ཕོ་བའི་འབྲས་སྐྲན་ཆགས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་རེད།Ka: The second thing is that we have been researching gastric ulcer and cancer. The so-called cancer can be divided into two, result and cancer. What we talking about is the result, 'bras in Tibetan. Gastric perforation occurs on the gastric ulcer, which becomes cancer.
- ཀ འབྲས་སྐྲན་ཆགས་ཚུལ་དེ་ང་ཚོའི་མན་ངག་རྒྱུད་ནང་ག་རེ་གསུངས་ཡོད་དམ་ཞེ་ན། རྨའི་ལེའུའི་ནང་ཕལ་ཆེར་ཕོ་ལོང་མིད་པའི་མཚམས་སུ་མང་ཞེས་སྐྲན་དེ་ཕོ་བའི་ནང་ལོག་ལ། མིད་པའི་སྒང་ལ་བཅས་དེ་གཉིས་ལ་སྐྲན་དེ་མང་ཤོས་ཡོང་གི་ཡོད་ཅེས་དེ་ལྟར་གསུངས་པས། ཕོ་བ་དང་ལོང་དང་། མིད་པ་དེ་གསུམ་པོར་སྐྲན་མ་ཤོས་ཡོང་གི་ཡོད་ཅེས་ཟེར་གྱི་ཡོད་པ་རེད།Ka: Regarding formation of gastric cancer, Manngag rgyud records that it commonly happens in stomach and on larynx, which means that cancer often occurs in stomach and on larinx. Therefore, cancer mostly occurs in stomch and intestines, and on the larinx.
- ཀ བྱས་ཙང་དེང་སྐབས་ང་ཚོས་ནད་ཐོགས་ལ་བལྟ་དུས་ཀྱང་དེ་ག་རང་རེད་དེ། མང་ཆེ་བ་ཕོ་བའི་ཁ་དང་ཕོ་བའི་ནང་ལ་རྨ་ཆགས་ཏེ་སྐྲན་ཆགས་པ་དང་། ཁག་ཅིག་མིད་པར་རྨ་ཆགས་ཏེ་སྐྲན་ཆགས་སྟེ་ནད་ཐོག་སྟེང་དེ་ལྟར་དུ་རེད།Ka: For the time being while we check it on clinical practice, (we found) what (the medicine theory stated) is true. Most gastric cancer generated from the gastric perforation, while some of the cancers generated from the wound on larinx.
- ཀ དེ་འདྲ་སོང་ཙང་ང་ཚོའི་སྨན་དེ་ཚོའི་ནང་ལའང་སྐྲན་གྱི་ཐོག་ཐོག་མའི་དུས་ཆགས་པའི་སྐྲན་ཡིན་ན་ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོས་དཔེར་མཚོན་ཞུས་པ་ནང་བཞིན་རེད། ནད་པ་ལོ་གཅིག་ཕྱིན་ནས་དྲག་བསྐྱེད་ཡག་པོ་བྱུང་བ་ནི་ཐོག་མ་ནས་ན་ཚ་འཚོལ་ཞིབ་ཡག་པོ་བྱས་ཞིབ་འཇུག་ཡག་པོ་བྱ་ཐུབ་པ་བྱུང་ན་དྲག་བསྐྱེད་ཡག་པོ་ཡོང་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་འདུག དེའི་རིགས་ལ་ང་རང་ཚོའི་གྲང་སྦྱོར་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྨན་མང་པོ་ཡོད་པ་རེད། དེ་ཚོ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་རྒྱུད་བཞི་ནང་ལྟར་རིག་པའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་དང་ནད་ཐོགས་སྨན་བཅོས་བཅས་ལ་གསལ་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་གསུངས་ཡོད་པ་རེད།Ka: In terms of action of these medicines for primary cancer as we have given example. That patient recovered very well after getting one-year medical treatment because of the fact that the sickness has been carefully checked up and researched. The medicines, such as Grang sbyor, we used in the medical treatment are clearly described in the theory and clinical medical treatment in rgyud bzhi.
- ཀ དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་དེང་སང་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་ཐབས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚན་རིག་གིས་བརྟག་དཔྱད་གཞན་དག་བྱེད་ཡས་ཡོད་པ་རེད། དེ་དག་ཕན་ཚུན་ར་སྤྲོད་བྱེད་པའི་སྒང་ལ།Ka: In addition to this, there are some scientific methods such as gastroscope presently. These, (including Tibetan medicine and western biomedicines) can prove reach other.
- ༼ཀ ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་ཟེར་བ་དེ་ད་ལྟའི་ཕོ་ཤེལ་རྒྱབ་པའི་དུས་སུ་རྨ་ཆགས་ཡོང་གི་ཡོད་པ་རེད་པཱ། དེ་ཡིན་དུས་ཙང་སྔོན་མ་རིག་པའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་ནང་ལ་རྨ་ཆགས་པའི་སྐོར་གང་འདྲ་འདུག དེ་ནང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ནད་པ་རང་གིས་དངོས་སུ་མཐོང་ཡས་ཀྱི་ཙོག་པ་ནག་པོ་ཆགས་པ་དང་ཁྲག་སྐྱུགས་པ་སོགས་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནད་རྟགས་སྟེང་རིག་པའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་ནང་གང་འདྲ་བསྟན་ཡོད་དམ།Kq: The so-called gastric ulcer is the gastric perforation which can be seen through gastroscope nowadays. So, how it is recorded in the theory (of Tibetan medicine) before? How those symptoms- such as the black stool and vomiting blood which can be seen by the patients themselves- are described in theory (of Tibetan medicine)?
- ཀ ད་ལྟ་སྨུག་པོ་དེའི་སྒང་ལ་ང་ཚོའི་ལེའུ་དེ་ཧ་ཅང་གསལ་པོ་ཞིག་ཡོད་པ་རེད། སྨུག་པོ་དེ་ལའང་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་ད་ང་། མཆིན་པ་སྨུག་པོ། རྒྱུ་མ་སྨུག་པོ། ལོང་སྨུག་པོ་བཅས་ཁག་བཞི་ཙམ་གསུངས་ཡོད་པ་རེད།Ka: Regarding gastric ulcer, we have a very clear charpter, in which the gastric ulcer is divided gastric ulcer, liver ulcer, intestine ulcer and abdoen ulcer.
- ཀ ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་བྱེད་དུས་དང་པོའི་དུས་ན་ཆུ་ཚན་ཆུ་སྐྱུར་སྐྱུགས་པ་དང་། བར་གྱི་དུས་ན་སེར་པོ་རྒྱ་ཤན་སྐྱུགས་པ་དང་མཐའ་མའི་དུས་ན་ཁྲག་རུལ་རྡུལ་ཁུ་སྐྱུགས་པ་བཅས་ང་ཚོས་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་ལའང་ཁག་གསུམ་ཕྱེ་བ་རེད། ཁག་གསུམ་ཕྱེ་བ་དེ་རྣམས་དེང་སང་ང་ཚོས་འཕྲུལ་ཆས་ཀྱིས་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་དུས་ཚང་མ་ཏག་ཏག་བསྡད་ཡོད་པ་རེད།Ka: Regarding the gastric ulcer, there are three stages: at the first stage (the patients) vomiting chu tshan chu skyur; at the second stage vomiting yellow rgya shan; at the third stage vomiting blood and dusty liquid. While checking these three stages with machines nowadays, (we found that) all (these three stages) are exactly the same.
- ཀ དེང་སང་ང་ཚོས་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་བྱེད་དུས་མིད་ལན་ཤིང་དབུའི་དབྱན་༼རྒྱ་སྐད༽ཞེས་པ་དེ་སྨུག་པོ་ཐོག་མར་བཞག་གི་ཡོད་པ་རེད། ད་ད་ལྟ་ཡུའུ་ལན་མིད་ལན་ཤིང་དབུའི་དབྱན་ནས་ཕོ་བར་རྨ་ཆགས་བྱས་ཏེ་ཁྲག་སྐྱུགས་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ། ང་ཚོའི་འདིར་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་དང་། ལོང་སྨུག་པོ། རྒྱུ་མ་སྨུག་པོ། ཟངས་ཁྲག་ལུག་དགུའི་སྨུག་པོ་དང་། དེ་ཚོ་སྨུག་པོའི་གནས་དང་། སྨུག་པོའི་ནད་རྟགས་དང་བཅོས་ཐབས་དེ་ཚོ་གསལ་ཐག་ཆོད་གསུངས་ཡོག་རེད།Ka: Nowadays while we examined with gastroscope, erosive gastritis is cansidered as the first stage of gastric ulcer, the erosive gastritis generates gastric perforation and (the patients) vomit blood, which is considered as gastric ulcer. Gastric ulcer, abdomen ulcer, intestine ulcer, blood ulcer (zang khrag lug dgu'i in Tibetan), the locations of these ulcers and symptoms and the treatments are clearly stated (in the Tibetan medicince theoretical books).
- ཀ དེ་ལོ་ཉིས་སྟེང་གོང་ལ་ཡ། དང་པོ་འབྱུང་དུས་ཆུ་སྐྱུགས་ཡས་དང་། དེ་ནས་མཁྲིས་པ་སྐྱུགས་ཡས་དང་། དེ་ནས་ཁྲག་སྐྱུགས་ཡས་དང་། དེ་ནས་ཙོག་པ་སྐམ་པོ་ཆགས་ཡས་དེ་ལོ་ཉིས་སྟོང་གོང་ནས་ཕོ་ཤེལ་བརྟག་དཔྱད་དཱ་གཅིག་ཡའི་ཡོག་མ་རེད་དེ་ལས་ཙོག་པའི་ནང་ཁྲག་ཤོར་གྱི་ཡོད་པ་དེ་དྲི་མ་སྨུག་ལ་དཀར་ཞིང་ཤ་རུལ་འདྲ་ཞེས་དེ་འདྲ་ནས་ཙོག་པའི་ནང་ཁྲག་ནག་པོ་དེ་འདྲ་དོན་གྱི་ཡོད་ཞེས།་དེ་ཁག་གཅིག་གིས་ཁྲག་ཡར་སྐྱུགས་ཀྱི་རེད། ཁག་གཅིག་གི་ཙོག་པའི་ནང་དོན་བྱས་ཁྲག་ཤོར་གྱི་ཡོད་ཞེས་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ།Ka: Two thousand years ago, the (symptoms of gastric ulcer such as vomiting water, vomiting liver, vomiting blood and the stool becomes dry were recored, although ther was not any gastroscope. Particularly it is recorded about vomiting blood that strongly stinking and looks like corrosive meat. Some kinds of black blood comes out. However, some patients throw up the blood, while sometimes the blood comes with stool.
- ཀ ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་ཙམ་མ་ཟད་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོས་རྐྱེན་བྱས་ནས་ཨ་ནི་ཟུངས་ཟད་བྱས་ནས་ཁྲག་ཤོར་ནས་ཨ་ནི་ཁྲག་ཤོར་བའི་ནད་རྟགས་དེ་ནི་གསལ་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་གསུངས་ཡོག་༼ཡོད་༽རེད། ངོ་བོ་ཟད་པ་ཕལ་ཆེར་ཟུངས་ཁྲག་ཤོར། ཆུ་དམར་ཝུ་བ་ཆེ་ལ་རྩ་སྟོང་རྒྱུག གློ་སྙིང་མི་བདེ་དབུགས་འདེག་སྐྲ་འདབ་འདར། ལྕེ་མཆུ་སེན་མོའི་བཀྲག་ཤོར་གདོང་པ་སེར།Ka: Not only the gastric ulcer, but also the bleeding because of physical power loss, which is caused by the gastric ulcer is clearly described as the followings: the physical energy is used out because of lossing blood, the urine has a red clour and a lot of bubbles, pulse looks very big but the pulse wave is very weak, lung and heart are not confortable, and difficult breathing, the root of hair becomes rough, tough, lips and nails loss the colour, and the face becomes yellow.
- ཀ ཨ་ནི་ཁྲག་གཅིག་ཡའི་༼ཀྱང་༽མེད་པའི་ནད་རྟགས་དང་། ལུས་ཟུངས་གསོ་དགོས་ཡས་དང་། ལུས་ཟུངས་གསོ་ཡས་ཐོག་ལའི་ཟས་སྤྱོད་སྨན་དཔྱད་བཞི་ཡི་ཐོག་ནས་ལུས་ཟུངས་གསོ་དགོས་ཡས་དང་། ལྷག་པར་དུ་དེང་སང་ང་ཚོས་ཁྲག་ཚབ་བླུགས་ཡས་དང་། ཁྲག་གསོ་བའི་ལས་ཀ་དེ་འདྲས་མཉམ་པོའོ་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་བྱེད་ཡས་དང་དེ་འདྲས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རེད།Ka: The symptom of bloodless and recovering physical power (have beed described). Regarding recovering physical power, physical power shall be recovered through food, behaviors, medicines and investigation (?). Nowadays, we combine hemotometachysis and recovering blood together.
- ༼ཀ ན་ཚ་རང་གི་ཚབས་ཆེ་ཆུང་གི་ན་ཚའི་དབྱེ་བ་དེ་འདྲ་ཡོད་དུས་སྐབས་སྨན་བཅོས་སྒང་ལ་ཨ་ནི་སྨན་སྦྱོར་ཁྱད་ཆོས་ཡོད་པ་ར་གཅིག་རྒན་ལགས་ཀྱིས་དཔེར་མཚོན་བྱས་ནས་སྨན་ལ་དཔེ་ཆ་བཞག་ན་སྨུག་པོ་ལ་སྨན་བཅོས་སྨན་བཏང་ཡས་འདི་འདྲ་འདི་འདྲས་ཡོག་༼ཡོད་༽རེད། དེ་བྱིངས་ཀྱི་ད་ཨོའོ་སྐྲན་གྱི་རིགས་སྨན་འདི་འདྲ་འདི་འདྲ་ཡོག་རེད་ཅེས་དཔེར་མཚོན་ཞིག་གསུངས་རོགས་གནང་།Kq: Since the sicknesses are various due to different levels of severities, would you give (us) some specific examples, for instance, what kinds of medicines can be used for treating gastric ulcer and what kinds of medicines can be used for treating cancer, please?
- ཀ ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོ་སྨུག་པོའི་རིགས་ལ་སྨུག་པོ་དེ་ལ་ཁག་གསུམ་ཕྱེ་བ་ནང་བཞིན་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཐབས་ཀྱང་ད་ག་རང་རེད།Ka: There are three different medical treatment for gastric ulcer since there are three different stages of gastric ulcers.
- ང་ཚོས་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་དུས་སྨུག་པོ་ཐོག་མ། དང་པོ་བྱེད་དུས་ཆུ་ཚན་ཆུ་སྐྱུར་སྐྱུགས་པ་དེ་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཐབས་ཁོ་ར་ལོག་ཀར་རེད། དེའི་སྐབས་ལ་ང་ཚོས་སྨན་བཅོས་ག་རེ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོག་རས་ཟེར་ན་གཙོ་བོ་དེ་གཙོ་བཀྲུ་ཟླ་ཤེལ། མང་སྦྱོར། གྲུབ་ཐོབ་རིལ་དཀར། སྨུག་པོ་གཡུལ་རྒྱལ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དེ་འདྲས་བཏང་གི་ཡོག་༼ཡོད་༽རེད།Ka: while we give medical treatments to the first stage of gastric ulcer, in which (patients) vomit water, we mainly give Gsto bkru zla shel, Mang sbyor, Grub thog ril dkar and Smug po gyul rgyal, and so on.
- ཀ སྨུག་པོ་ཐོག་མའི་དུས་སུ་ག་རེ་རས་ཟེར་ན་བྲང་ཚ་ལངས་ཡས་དང་། ཆུ་སྐྱུར་སྐྱུགས་ཡས་དང་། ན་ཚ་བཏང་ཡས་དང་། ལྟོ་ཆས་སྐྱུགས་ཡས་དེ་ཚོ་རེད། སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཡས་བཟོ་དུས་ཐང་ཆེན་ཉེར་ལྔས་ཁ་ཚར་དེ་འདྲས་བཏང་གི་མ་རེད། ཁྲག་བཀག་ཡས་དེ་འདྲས་བཏང་གི་མ་རེད།Ka: While (the patients) are the first stage of gastric ulcer, there the following symptoms, hurting on the chest, vomiting water, pains, vomiting food. Those medicines- such as Thang chen nyer lnga- for stoping hemorrhage are not applied.
- ཀ དེ་ནས་མཇུག་ཏུ་ང་ཚོས་ཕོ་བར་རྨ་བཟོས་བྱས་ཁྲག་སྐྱུགས་པའི་སྐབས་ལ་ཆ་བཞག་ན་ཨ་ནི་གཞི་ནས་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་སྟངས་ལོགས་ཀར་རེད། ག་རེ་ཟེར་ན། མང་སྦྱོར་དང་ཐང་ཆེན་ཉེར་ལྔ་ཁ་ཚར་དང་གུར་བརྒྱད་དང་ཁྲག་བཀག་ཡས་དང་གཉེན་ཁ་བཅག་ཡས་དང་དེ་ཚོ་ཤུགས་ཆེ་རུ་བཏང་གི་རེད།Ka: Later when the sickness developed to gastric perforation and started bleeding, the medical treatments are different from the former. Beside medicines like Mang sbyor, Thang chen nyer lnga, Gur brgyad, the medicines for stoping hemorrhage and detumescence will be enhanced.
- ཀ དེ་ནས་ག་རེ་རས་ཟེར་ན། ད་ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོ་སྐྲན་ཆགས་པའི་དུས་སྐབས་ལ་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་དེ་ཞེ་དྲག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆགས་ནས་སྐྲན་ཆགས་པའི་སྐབས་ལ་ཨ་ནི་ང་ཚོས་རིན་ཆེན་གྲང་སྦྱོར་བེད་སྤྱོད་བཏང་གི་རེད། རིན་ཆེན་གྲང་སྦྱོར་དེ་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོའི་ཐོག་མའི་འབྲས་སྐྲན་བཅག་ཡས་ལ་ཞེ་དྲག་གི་ནུས་པ་ཡག་པོ་ཡོག་རེད།Ka: When it developed to cancer due the wide spread of the gastric ulcer, rin chen grang sbyor is employed, which is really functional for treating early stage of gastric cancer.
- ཀ སྔོན་འགོག་བྱེད་ཡས་དང་། ན་ཟུག་གཙོག་ཡས། ལྷག་པར་དུ་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོའི་འབྲས་སྐྲན་བྱས་ནས་ན་ཚ་ཞེ་དྲག་ཚབས་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ཏེ་རེ་བ་མེད་པ་ཡིན་ནའི་ན་ཚ་བཏང་ཡས་དེ་རྦད་དེ་བཅག་གི་ཡོག་རེད། ན་ཟུག་རྦད་དེ་བཅག་གི་ཡོག་རེད། ཨ་ནི་ཐོག་མའི་སྐྲན་ཆགས་པའི་སྐབས་ལ་ཆ་བཞག་པ་ཡིན་ནའི་ཞེ་དྲག་ནུས་པ་ཡག་པོ་ཡོག་རེད།Ka: Grang sbyor is beneficial for preventing sickness and killing pains, particularly it can completely kill the pains of patients hwo have no hope to survive. At the same time, it is also very functional at the early stage of cancer.
- ཀ ང་ཚོས་དེ་དུས་གྲང་སྦྱོར་བཏང་ཡས་གྲང་སྦྱོར་མཉམ་དུ་སེ་འབྲུ་ལྔ་པ་བཏང་ཡས་ལ་སོགས་པ། ཨ་ནི་གཞན་དག་གི་སྨན་དེ་མཉམ་དུ་ཁྲག་སྐྱུག་གི་ཡོད་ན་ཐང་ཆེན་ཉེར་ལྔ་ཁ་ཚར་བཏང་ཡས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དེ་གཉིས་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་བྱས་ནས་གཙོ་བོ་དེ་ང་ཚོས་གྲང་སྦྱོར་དང་སེ་འབྲུ་ལྔ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དེ་ཚོ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་དེ་མཉམ་དུ་བསྲེས་བྱས་ནས་དྭངས་གནས་ལ་སོགས་པ་དེ་ཚོ་སྐྲན་གྱི་རིགས་ལ་ལོགས་བཀར་བྱས་བཏང་གི་ཡོག་རེད།Ka: (We give) Grang sbyor with Se 'bru 25. Otherwise, we give (Grang sbyor) with Thang chen 25 if the patient is vomiting blood. Any we mainly give a combination of Grang sbyor with Se 'bru 25 for treating cencers.
- ཀ གཙོ་བོ་དུས་མཚམས་མི་འདྲ་བ་སྨན་བཅོས་མི་འདྲ་བ། ནད་གཞི་མི་འདྲ་བ་སྨན་བཅོས་མི་འདྲ་བ།Ka: Therefore, according to the different stages (of the diseases), various medical treatments are applied; and according the differences of diseases, various medical treatments are applied.
- ༼ཀ དེ་ཕོ་བ་སྨུག་པོ་དེ་ཚང་མ་ལོགས་ད་དུས་མཐའ་མ་མཐའ་མ་དེར་སླེབས་ཡོང་དུས་འབྲས་སྐྲན་ཟེ་བྱས་ནས་ད་དེང་རབས་གསོ་རིག་པས་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་མ་ཐུབ་པ་ཞིག་ཡོག་༼ཡོད་༽རེད་པཱ། དེའི་སྐོར་དེ་བོད་སྨན་གྱི་གཞུང་ལུགས་དང་དེ་འདྲས་ཚང་མ་ལོགས་དེ་ཨ་ནི་འབྲས་སྐྲན་ནང་བཞིན་རྦད་དེ་འདྲིལ་བྱས་དེ་འདྲས་ཆགས་པ་ཡིན་ན་ཨ་ནི་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱེད་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་མ་རེད། ཟེར་ཡས་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་གཞུང་ལུགས་ནང་བསྟན་ཡོག་༼ཡོད་༽རེད་པས།Kq: When the gastric ulcer developes to the last stage, it becomes gastric cancer, which may not be cured by modern medicines. Would you tell (me) little bit that if there are any statements in Tibetan medical theory where the gastric cancer is stated as incurable sickness, please?
- ཀ ད་ལྟ་དེ་གཞུང་ལུགས་ནང་དེ་འདྲས་མང་པོ་བསྟན་ཡོག་༼ཡོད་༽རེད། ཐ་མ་སྐྲན་ཆགས་ནས་བཟོ་ཡས་མེད་པའི་ན་ཚ་མང་པོ་བསྟན་ཡོག་༼ཡོད་༽རེད། དཔེ་ཆ་བཞག་ན་ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོས་བསམ་པར། སྨུག་པོ་ཆགས། སྨུག་པོ་ཆགས། ཟུངས་ཟད་ཆགས། དེ་ནང་གཞུང་ལ་ངོ་བོ་ཟད་པ་ཕལ་ཆེར་ཟུངས་ཁྲག་ཤོར། ཆུ་དམར་ཝུ་བ་ཆེ་ལ་རྩ་སྟེང་རྒྱུག གློ་སྙིང་མི་བདེ་དབུགས་འདེག་སྐྲ་འདབ་འདར། ལྕེ་མཆུ་སེན་མོའི་བཀྲག་ཤོར་གདོང་པ་སེར། སྐེ་རྩ་སྤྲུགས་ཤིང་བོལ་གོང་ཅུང་ཟད་གཡོ། སྐོམ་དད་ཆེ་ལ་སྙིང་ལ་གྲང་མོ་འདོད། ཕལ་ཆེར་འཆི་ལ་འཚོ་བ་འགའ་འབྱུང་སྲིད། ཞེས་ཕལ་ཆེར་དེ་འདྲས་ཤི་གི་༼ཡི་༽རེད། འཚོ་བ་ཉུང་ཉུང་ཡིན།Ka: There are a lot of statements or records about incurable cancer. For example, gastric ulcer occurs first and then loss pf phyical power occurs, about these "the physical energy is used out because of lossing blood, the urine has a red clour and a lot of bubbles, pulse looks very big but the pulse wave is very weak, lung and heart are not confortable, and difficult breathing, the root of hair becomes rough, tough, lips and nails loss the colour, and the face becomes yellow, the pulse on neck becomes protruding, having tumefaction inside of feet, feeling thirsty and desire to have something cold for the heart. Most dies but few may live" are recorded in (Tibetan medical) theory. Those patients would mostlikely die, and survival is rare.
- དེའི་སྐབས་དེ་ནས་ཟུངས་ཟད་སྐབས་དེ་ནས་སྐྲན་ལ་འགྲོ་གི་ཡོད། ཟུངས་ཟད་ཆགས་ཀྱི་ཡོད། ཨ་ནི་བཟོ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་མེད་ཟེ། གཤམ་ལ་ག་རེ་རས་ཟེར་ན་ཁོང་ཚོ་ལ་སྨན་ལ་འབྲས་སྐྲན་ལ་ན་ཚ་དེ་རིགས་བཟོ་ཐུབ་པ་རེ་གཉིས་ཙམ་ཡིན་ཟེར། འབྲས་སྐྲན་སྒང་ལ་ཆ་བཞག་ན། ད་ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོས་ཟེ་ཡས་དེ་འབྲས་སྐྲན་ཐོག་མར་ཆགས་པ་དེ་ང་ཚོས་ཚོད་ཞིབ་བྱས་པ་དང་ཞིབ་འཇུག་བྱས་བྱས་པའི་ནད་པ་དེ་འདྲ་ཁག་གཅིག་ཡོག་རེད་པཱ། ལོ་དེའི་རིགས་ལ་ང་ཚོས་སྨན་བཅོས་བྱས་བྱས་དྲག་བསྐྱེད་བྱུང་གི་ནད་པ་དེ་འདྲས་དཔེ་མཚོན་ཞུས་པ་ཁ་ཤས་ཡོག་རེད་པཱ།Ka: When the physical power lost, cancer comes, which is mostly incurable, but one or two curable cases may occur, regarding the the gastric cancer. What we are talking about now is the early stage of gastric cancer. We have done some clinical trials and researches on several patients, and we also have cases where the patients recovered as the exaples- we have given above- showed.
