This particular ballad seems to come from the Paro Valley, since the lyrics make reference to places like Jili pass, Nyephug, Shaba, and Pangbi sa. The ballad describes the altitude and geographical differences between those places. It says for instance the grass in Jili pass is not yet dried when Nyeme Zampa's paddy cultivation finished.
