The song Meto Thrungjung is an old bodra song, performed here by Kuenzang Dolma and Nazom from Ura Gewog. The song seems unusual because these two ladies had not seen dancers perform the song in festival. The song is about a flower named Kelzang Meto (Dahlia flower); the flower beautifies the altar and pleases the Gods and Goddesses. The essence of the song is to encourage listeners to practice dharma and improve themselves for the benefit of all sentient beings.
