Every temple contains its own relics that form the center of devotional activity. Similarly, the Shiva Temple has several important relics and statues. In total, there are thirteen statues inside the temple: Dhana Laxmi, Bishnu Laxmi, Lord Buddha, Lord Brahma, Surya, Lord Hanuman, Swaraswati, Lord Maheshwar, Lord Ganesh, Lord Ram, Laxman with Sita, Lord Durga Devi and Radha with Krishna.

    This is a statue of Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva is considered as Shiva Panchan. This is a bowl where prasad is kept. Here is God Shaligam which is in the form of stone. It is black and usually found in the ocean. It is believed to be bought from God Shaligam's place while making a visit to the ocean. There is a belief that God Bishnu's presence is there. Even in Tulasi and push (flower).

    In the form of Shaligam, we pray here. This is panchapatra. Aurgeya, Kadiya, Astham and Sharnat. With this parta's water we wash our hands. Aurgeya means we wash our hands. Param Padhiyam, we wash God's place.

    With this we perform Astham and with this we perform Sharnat. The center one, after Sharnat we wash hands with water in the center. That's why it is called Panchapatra.

    This is Shankar. We see Shankar, Chakra, Gadha and Padma in God's four hands. It is believed to be God's life line. This is God's weapon. When ever he encounters with wars, all evil spirits and obstacles would fear as soon as the Shankar is blown. This is God Bishnu's life line. It is found in the ocean, this Shankar.

    This is arati, God's arati is performed. By ringing the bell, while we come, as soon as the bell rings, it's believed that God will come. while we pick the arati, we carry the bell also, first we pray towards Pratakal. Uthesta Uthesta Govindey, Uthesta Gala Dhaja, Uthesta anggalagam kha, Ayoigia Manggalam Guru, Au Surgeya Praja ya ma, Purba Sanggeya Bhawan Katay, Uthesta Nerja Guleya, Kartabya Byangun Gha ya, Hey God! you were slept. Now the down has break, please wake up! By ringing the bell we wake up God's.

    After waking up all God's and finish performing puja, we offer prayers. Prayers are done like this. Om jaya jaga di shararay, Prabhu jaya jaga di shaharay, Bhakta janu ki sang kata, Das sa janu ki sang kata, Charanay dure karay, Om jaya jaga di shaharay, Om jaya shiva Om sahara, Shiva Bhaja Shiva Om shahara, Brahma Bishnu sadha shiva (2), Hara jan dhi sahara, Om hara hara hara maha dev,Om Sita kamalaya, Muka mandala, Jetay kun dala lay (2), Jaya jaya dev maha dev. Like wise we perform arati.

    After performing arati, we do Kushaundali. Tamayba matha tha pita tamayba, Tamayba bandu sasakha tamayba, Tamayba bidya drabin nam tamayba, Tamayba sargam ma ma dey ba dey ba.

After Kushaundali, we perform Parikarma. Like wise we circumbance.[Prayer]

    After Parikarma, we perform Sasthangga. Sasthangga means like this. Aastha aung ga means, eight aung ga's are meant to be placed on earth, mind, wisdom, desire, hands, legs. This all makes eight Aastha aung ga. Like wise we do Aastha aung ga. After that, Bishnu bhey nawav, Bishnu bhey nawav, we end God's prayer here and heads towards our home.
