In here, Tshewang Dorji from Kidkhar village of Nangkor gewog in Zhemgang district narrates about the tradition of exhortation while pulling huge logs and poles along with the recitation of the lines from a local exhortation phrases. According to him in the old times, any time when they have to pull or drag some huge poles and logs, the local to get the pulling better as well to keep away from exhaustion the exhortation is recited. The local exhortation words invite local deities and the kings of four directions to help with their power and strength.
འདི་ནང་ གཞསམ་སྒང་རྫོང་ཁག་ ནང་སྐོར་རྒེད་འོག་ སྐྱིད་མཁར་གཡུས་ཚན་ལས་ ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་གིས་ ཤིང་གི་དུམ་དང་ ཀཝ་ཚུ་འཐེན་པའི་སྐབས་ ཤོག་བརྡ་གི་ཚིག་དང་གཅིག་ཁར་སྦེ་ ཤོག་བརྡ་བསྐུལ་ཐངས་ཀྱི་ ལམ་སྲོལ་གྱི་་སྐོར་ལས་ བཤད་པ་རྐྱབ་ཨིན་པས། ཁོ་དང་འཁྲིལ་བ་ཅིན་ དང་ཕུག་དུས་ནམ་ར་ཨིན་རུང་ ཁོང་གིས་ ཤིང་གི་དུམ་དང་ ཀཝ་ཚུ་འཐེན་བཏོན་འབད་བའི་སྐབས་སུ་ མི་འདི་ཚུ་གིས་ ལེགས་ཤོམ་སྦེ་འཐེན་ཚུགས་ནི་གི་དོན་ལུ་ ནང་འཁོད་ཀྱི་ ཤོག་བརྡའི་ཚིག་ནང་སྦེ་ ནང་འཁོད་ཀྱི་བཙན་དང་ ཕྱོགས་བཞི་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་ ་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་བཞི་ཚུ་ ཁོང་གི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་དང་ ནུས་པ་གིས་སྦེ་ ཁོ་ཆ་ཁྱབ་ལུ་ ཆ་རོགས་འབད་བ་བྱོན་གནང་ཟེར་ གདན་འདྲེན་ཞུཝ་ཨིན་གསེས་མས།
- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiད་གཞུང་གིས་ཏེ་ ང་བཅས་རའི་ རང་ལུགས་ཀྱི་ དང་ཕུགས་ཀྱི་ ལུགས་སྲོལ་ག་ཅི་དང་ག་ཅི་རང་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་ན་ཟེར་ རོགས་གཞུང་གིས་ གོ་སྐབས་གནང་པ་ལུ་བརྟེན་ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ སྤྲོ་བ་གི་ཐོག་ལས་སྦེ།The government was giving oppertunity to know our traditional culture and on our interest.
- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiཏེ་ཡོད་ནི་དེ་ རོགས་ག་ཏེ་ལུ་ཡང་ཡོད་དོ་འོང་ དེ་ར་འབད་རུང་ ང་བཅས་ ནཱ་ཧེ་མ་ ལྷ་དར་རེ་འཐེན་ དེ་ལས་ གཞུ་རེ་དྲངས་འབདཝ་ད་ ཤོག་ལེགས་པ་འཐེན་སྲོལ་ཡོད་མི་གི་སྐོར་ལས་ དུམ་གྲ་ཅིག་ཞུ་ནི་སྦེ་ཨིན་ལགས།It is there every where however, here when we pull a large prayer flag and then when we straight the bow we used to sing "Sho Lay Pa" and i will tell you something about that.

- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiལེགས་པ་གསུམ་ལུ་རྫོགས་ནི་མེད། ངེ་ཅིག་ངེ་ཅིག་ལྟོ་ཚང་གིས་ཟེར་ འཐེན་འོང་ལགས། ཏེ་འ་ནཱི་སྦེ་ དེ་ལས་ ཕུག་ཡར་ལུ་བཞུགས་པའི་བཙན་ཆེན་བྱོན།"Lay Pa Sum Lu Zo Ni Mi" which means it will not finish the three goods. We pull saying that lets try friends and then said, "come the deity staying up their".
- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiམདའ་སྨད་ལུ་བཞུགས་པའི་གནས་པོ་བྱོན། སྐྱེསཔ་རང་གིས་བསྟེན་པའི་བྲག་ལྷ་བྱོན་ལོ་ཟེར་ དེ་སྦེ་འཐེན་ནི་ཡོད་ལགས། དེ་སྦེ་འཐེན་ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ཏེ།"come the owner staying down their. Plase come the deity i used to seek refuge" we said like that and used to pull it. Then;
- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiགཞུ་འདི་ཚུ་འཐེནམ་ད་ གཞུ་གུ་དར་ཤིང་བཀལ་ཏེ་ དེ་ལས་ མར་ཆང་བཀང་སྟེ་ དེ་སྦེ་འཐེན་ཏེ་འབག་ནི་ཨིན་ལགས།when we pull the bow, we put in the prayer flag on the bow and then fill the offering of butter wine and used to pull it.

- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiག་ཨིན་གུ་ཨིན་རང་མེད་པ་ ག་གིས་ཡང་ ནཱེམ་འབད་མི་མིན་འདུག་ལགས། དང་ཕུགས་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ དེ་སྦེ་གཞུ་འཐེན་ནི་ དེ་ལས་ ལྷ་དར་འདྲཝ་དྲངས་ནི་ དེ་ལས་ནཱེམ་འབད་དེ་ དར་ཤིང་བཀལ་ཏེ་ མར་ཆང་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་ར་ དེ་སྦེ་འཐེན་ནི་ཨིན་ལགས།They are not interested in this type of program. - ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiདང་ཕུགས་ཀྱི་ལས་རིམ་འདི་ མ་པ་ལས་ར་མེདཔ་ཡར་སོང་ནུག་ད་ད། ད་ད་རེས་འབད་བ་ཅིན་ རོགས་ཤོག་ལེགས་པ་འཐེན་ནི་ག་ཏེ་འོང་སྦ་ ཁོང་ཁོང་ར་ རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་ འ་ཡེང་ཤེད་འ་ཡེང་ཤེད་ཟེར་འཐེན་ འཐེན་ནི་རང་ཨིན་པས་ འདི་དེ་མིན་འདུག་ལགས།Infact there is no programme as before. thesedays there is no "Sho Lay Pa" and they are singing the Hindi, "A Ye She".
- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiད་ཧེ་མ་གི་ལས་རིམ་འདི་ ད་ག་ར་རྒྱ་ལུགས་སོང་སྟེ་ དེ་ལས་ རྒྱ་ལུགས་ཨིན་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ རྒྱ་ལུགས་ཡང་དག་ཏོག་ཏོ་ཅིག་མེད། རང་གི་འབྲུག་པའི་ཨིན་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ འབྲུག་པའི་ཡང་ དག་ཏོག་ཏོ་ཅིག་མེད་པར།Now the past programmes are all went to India and if it is in India it is not clear and if it is ours it is not clear.
- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiཏེ་ག་མེན་གུ་མེད་འགྱོ་སྟེ་ དེ་སྦེ་ཨིན་པས་ ད་གཞུང་གིས་ དེ་བཟུམ་མའི་ལས་རིམ་ཅིག་ དང་ཕུའི་ལུགས་སྲོལ་ཅིག་ཡོད་དེ་ཡང་ གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཆེན་པོ་ཨིན་པས་ ཤུལ་ལས་ད་ང་བཅས་རའི།It went so horrible like that, now if government have this type of programme we are very thankful and in future our;
- ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ Tshewang Dorjiརང་ལུགས་ཀྱི་ལས་རིམ་འདི་ མ་པ་ལས་རྩ་རྟིང་ལས་རང་ཡལ་ནི་གི་ཉེན་ཁ་འདུག་ལགས་ དེ་སྦེ་ཡོད་པ་ལས་བརྟེན་ཏེ་ གཞུང་གིས་ཏེ་ དེ་བཟུམ་ཅིག་གི་སྲིད་བྱུས་ཅིག་ གནང་པ་ལས་བརྟེན་ གནམ་མེད་ས་མེད་ བཀའ་དྲིན་ཆེ་ནུག་ལགས།We are vary thankful to our government for making this type of policy as there is a risk that we can loose our traditions and culture.
