གླུ་གཞས་ དག་པ་ཡུལ་བཟང་ཕྱོགས་ལ། ཟེར་བའི་གླུ་གཞས་འདི་ ལོ་བདུན་དེ་ཅིག་གི་ཧེ་མ་ བཤད་གྲྭའི་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་དོན་ལུ་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀརྨ་རིན་ཆེན་ལས་ ལྷབ་ཡོདཔ་ད་ དེ་བསྒང་ཁོང་ཆ་ཁྱབ་ཀྱིས་ ཞབས་བྲོ་ ༦༠ དེ་ཅིག་ ལེའུ་དང་བཅསཔ་སྦེ་ལྷབ་ཡོད་པའི་གྲས་ལས་ གཅིག་ཨིན་པས། ད་ལྟོ་རང་ལུགས་ཀྱི་གྱོན་ཆས་ གོ་དང་དཀྱི་ར་ ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་ཏོག་ཏོ་འབད་དེ་ གཟབ་སྤྲོས་རྡིག་སྟེ་ ཞབས་ཁྲ་རྐྱབ་མི་འདི་ བུ་ལི་གཡུས་ཀྱི་གཡུས་མི་ཆ་ཁྱབ་ཨིན་པས།

 

This dance, "Dagpa Yulzang Chogla", is performed by the women of Buli in Zhemgang district. It can be performed by both men and women on special occasions.
