འདི་ནི་བསྟོད་གླུའམ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་པའི་གླུ་ཞིག་རེད། གངས་ཅན་ཡུལ་ལ་ཆོས་དར་ཚུལ་དང་གོས་ནང་འདྲེན་བྱས་ཚུལ།  ཟས་སྣ་མི་གཅིག་པ་ནང་འདྲེན་བྱས་ཚུལ་སོགས་བརྗོད་ཡོད།

གླུ་འདིའི་ནང་དོན་གཙོ་བོ་ནི་ཀུན་གྱི་བསམ་བློའི་འཁྱེར་སོ་དང་འཚོ་བའི་མཐུན་རྐྱེན་ཇེ་བཟང་ཇེ་ལེགས་སུ་གཏོང་ཆེད་གངས་ཅན་ཡུལ་ལ་ཆོས་དར་བར་བྱས་ཚུལ་དང་གོས་ནང་འདྲེན་བྱས་ཚུལ།  ཟས་སྣ་མི་གཅིག་པ་ནང་འདྲེན་བྱས་ཚུལ་སོགས་བརྗོད་ཡོད།

    Build a bridge (oh, Sangkho) to the land of U Tsang, the upper part
  • ཟམ་ཐོག་འདི་ནས༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽ཆོས་སྣ་དྲངས།
    From on this bridge, (oh, Sangkho) lead the dharma
  • ཆོས་གླེགས་ཐག་གྲོལ་ནས༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽འདོན་རྐྱང་རེད།།
    Untie the cord of the religious scriptures (oh, Sangkho) and they are ready to be recited
  • ངས་ཡང་ཡང་འདོན་པའི༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས།།
    I pray (oh, Sangkho) to recite again and again
  • སྨད་རྒྱ་ནག་ཡུལ་ལ༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽ཟམ་ཞིག་འཕང་།།
    Build a bridge (oh, Sangkho) to the land of China, in the lower part
  • ཟམ་ཐོག་འདི་ནས༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽གོས་སྣ་དྲངས།།
    From on this bridge, (oh, Sangkho) lead silk brocade
  • གོས་གོང་བ་བཏགས་ནས༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽གོན་རྐྱང་རེད།།
    Fasten the silk brocade collar (oh, Sangkho) and it is ready to be worn
  • གོས་ཡང་ཡང་གོན་པའི༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས།།
    I pray (oh, Sangkho) to wear silk brocade again and again
  • ཡེ་་་་་་ད་ཡ་རེ་ལེན་གོ
    Now, sing one
  • སྐུ་རྒྱལ་བོད་ལ༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽ཟམ་ཞིག་འཕང་།།
    Build a bridge (oh, Sangkho) to Tibet
  • ཟམ་ཐོག་འདི་ནས༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽ཟས་སྣ་དྲངས།།
    From on this bridge (oh, Sangkho) lead nourishment
  • ཟས་སྡེར་ལ་བླངས༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽ནས་ཟ་རྐྱང་རེད།།
    Lift the food plate (oh, Sangkho) and it is ready to be eaten
  • ཟས་ཡང་ཡང་ཟ་བའི༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས།།
    I pray (oh, Sangkho) to eat nourishment again and again
  • གླུ་ཤེས་ནི་མིན་ར༼ཡ་སང་ཁོ ༽དགའ་ནི་ཡིན།།
    Even though I don't know how to sing, (oh, Sangkho) I enjoy it.
