- 差不多六十年吗。算起来。我八四年我在政协委员。城关区政协委员。རྩིས་རྒྱག་ན་འདི་པ་ལོ་དྲུག་ཅུ་ཙམ་བསྡད་པ་རེད་པཱ། ཕྱི་ལོ་༨༤ལོར་ང་རང་ལྷ་ས་ཁྲེང་ཀོན་ཇུའུ་ཡི་རྒྱུན་ལས་ཨུ་ཡོན་ལྷན་ཁང་ཚོགས་མི་ཞིག་ཡིན།Of course, I spent almost six decades here in Tibet. In 1984, I was a committee member of the Chengguan District of Lhasa.

- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun都老了。你想，我来的时候十七岁。现在这么大岁。快八十了。ཚང་མ་ལོ་རྒས་ཡོད་རེད། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བསམ་བློ་ཞིག་ཐོང་དང་། ང་རང་ཐོག་མར་བོད་ལ་སླེབས་དུས་ལོ་༡༧རེད། ད་ལྟ་ལོ་ཆེན་པོ་རེད། ༨༠ཙམ་ལ་སླེབས་རན་ཡོད།They all became old. Think of it, when I first came here, I was only seventeen. Now I am almost eighty.

- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun很不容易活到这。ལོ་འདི་ཙམ་གནས་ཐུབ་པ་ལས་སླ་པོ་མ་རེད།It wasn't easy to be alive.
- ཆུ་ཉན་(Ch.去年) འདི་ལ་ཁྲག་ཤེད་རྒྱས་(Ch. 高血压) བྱས་ནས་འགའ་རུ་ན་སོང་། ད་ལོ་ཡང་ཨོའོ་ཙམ།Last year, I had high blood pressure and was sick. This year I feel a little better.

- Han Zuyunའོ། ད་ལོ། ཨོའོ་ཙམ། ད་ནིང་སྨན་ཁང་ལ་ཐེངས་མ་གསུམ་བསྡད་པ་རེད། ཁྲག་ཤེད་རྒྱས་སྣ་ཁུང་ནས་སྣ་ཁྲག་འདོན།Yes, little better. Last year I was hospitalized three times. Moreover, because of high blood pressure, I started to bleeding from my nose.

- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun我们在西藏这边跟着西藏人一样。都信佛。这个藏传佛教吗。就说什么。བོད་ནང་དུ་ང་ཚོ་ལྟ་བོད་པ་འདྲ་པ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད་རེད། ཚང་མ་ནང་ཆོས་ལ་དད་པ་ཡོད་པ་དང་། ནང་ཆོས་སློབ་སྦྱོང་བྱེད་པ་སོགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད་རེད།Here I am almost a Tibetan now. I follow Tibetan Buddhism. During the time of Losar, we donate money to monks.

- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun我才是藏族。过去吃什么 就是吃糌粑。 出门的时候吃糌粑。别的什么没有吗。也很方便。也不感觉不舒服。我一年前才不吃了。ང་ལྟ་བོད་པ་རང་རེད། སྔོན་མ་བཟས་གཙོ་བོ་རྩམ་པ་རེད། ཕྱི་སྐྱོད་སྐབས་ལ་རྩམ་པ་ཟ་གི་ཡོད་རེད། གཞན་པ་བཟའ་ཡག་ཡོད་མ་རེད། རྩམ་པ་སྟབས་བདེ་པོ་ཡོད་པ་དང་། བཟས་ན་མི་བདེ་བ་གང་ཡང་མི་འདུག ན་ནིང་ནས་ངས་རྩམ་པ་བཟས་མེད།I am almost a Tibetan. In the past, I eat tsampa before I go out. During those days, there were not many choices, and tsampa is very convenient food. Also, you don't feel any discomfort. Since last year, I stopped eating tsampa.

- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun因为连着吃糌粑。好像肚子有点不舒服。过去那个没什么吗。你出门的话。路一走，就是酥油茶和糌粑。གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན། རྩམ་པ་མུ་མཐུད་ནས་བཟས་ན་གྲོད་ཁོག་ཏོག་ཙམ་མི་བདེ་བ་ཡོང་གི་འདུག ན་ནིང་ནས་ངས་བཟས་མེད། གཞན་སྔོན་མ་ཕྱིར་འགྲོ་དུས་རྩམ་པ་དང་བོད་ཇ་ཁོ་ར་རེད།That is because if I continuously eat tsampa, I feel a little discomfort. In the past, we don't have other options. In those days when you travel, you eat tsampa and drink butter tea.

- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun拉萨是有市场。叫夏中。夏中。那个地方专门卖肉的。ལྷ་སའི་ཁྲོམ་རྭར་ཤྭ་ཀྲུང་ཞེས་ཆེད་མངགས་ཤ་བཙོངས་ས་ཞིག་ཡོད་རེད།In Lhasa, there was a place called Shadrung. It was primarily for selling meat.

- Han Zuyunའོ་ཁ་ཆེ་རེད།Yes. They were Muslim.
- Questionerཨ་ལས། ལགས་སོ། ལགས་སོ། ཁོང་ཚོས་ལུག་བསད། ཁོ་རང་ཚོས་བཙོངས།I see. The Muslim sellers do all the jobs; slaughter the sheep and sell the meat by themselves.

- Han Zuyunའོ། ཤ་སར་ཟུར་གྱི་ཕ་གིYes, Shasarzur.
- Questionerའདའི་ཁ་ཆེ་རེད་པས།Were they also Muslum?
- Han Zuyunམ་རེད། དེ་བོད་རིགས་རེད་འདའི། ལུག་ཤ་བཙོངས་ས་དེ་ཤ་སར་ཟུར་ལ་རེད། དེ་གང་ག་ཤ་དྲུང་བར་ལ་ཚགས་ཤ་དེ་ལ་་་ཞེ་དྲགས་བཟོ་གི་འདུག སྔོ་སྲང་ལྔ་དང་། སྲང་དོ་ཙམ་ཉོས་ནའི། མར་ཞོགས་པ་ཇ་བཟོ་ཡག་གི་ཆེད་དུ་ཏིག་ཙམ་ཉོ་བར་འགྲོ་མཁན་མང་པོ་ཡོག་རེད།No. The sellers were Tibetans, and they sell it at Shasarzur. For five sangs (Tibetan unit of money) or even for two sangs, you get a lot. In the morning, lot people go there to buy a small piece of butter for their morning tea.

- Questionerདེ་དུས་སོ་སོར་དགོས་ན་ལམ་སེང་ཕྱིན་སོས་པ་རང་ཉོ་གི་ཡོག་རེད་པ།So whenever you need some, you go and buy it from there.
- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun就是嘛。འོ་རེད་པཱ།Exactly.
- Questionerསོས་པ་རྐྱང་རྐྱང་། 新鲜的རེད་པ།They buy fresh.
- ཧན་ཛུ་ཡུན་ Han Zuyun很热闹。地方小。也不知道，现在什么消息都知道。以前不知道吗。报纸没有。收音机也没有吗。འཁྲུག་པོ་ཞེ་དྲགས་ཡོད་ཡོད། ས་ཆ་ཆུང་ཆུང་བྱས། ཕྱི་ལོགས་ཀྱི་གནས་ཚུལ་དེ་ཙམ་ཧ་གོ་མ་རེད། སྐབས་དེ་དུས་ཚགས་ཤོག་མེད་པཱ། རླུང་འཕྲིན་ཉན་ཆས་ཀྱང་ཡོད་མ་རེད།It was a noisy scene, after all, it was a small market. Nowadays, we know everything. During those days, we knew nothing. There were no newspapers, not even a radio.
