Chabchu Doya demonstrates how to wear the male clothing known as khasha. In the past every Doyab should wear this dress as there were no alternatives in the market, but today many youth seem to prefer to wear gho and kira. Therefore, people today tend to only wear Khasha during festivals and ritual events, which indicates that the tradition of wearing Khasha is on the verge of extinction. Inorder to wear Khasha, they need a peice of cloth--called Khasha--and a belt to then wrap around the body.
