ང་རའི་མིང་རམ་ཙན་དཱ་ར་བས་ཏོ་ལ་ཨིན་ ང་རྩི་རང་རྫོང་ཁག་ སྐྱིད་འཁོར་ཐང་རྒེད་འོག་ བཀྲིས་གཡང་ལྗོངས་སྤྱི་འོག་ སཱ་ལ་མི་སྨད་ལས་ཨིན། ལྷ་ཁང་འདི་ཡང་ ས་ཁོངས་འདིའི་ནང་ན་ཚུདཔ་ཨིན་ ལྷ་ཁང་འདི་ལྷ་མོ་དགུ་གི་ཨིན་ ལྷ་མོ་དགུཔོ་དེ་ཡང་ དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྷ་མོ་ ལྷ་མོ་སཱར་ས་ཏཱི་ཚུ་དང་བཅསཔ་འབད་ཡོད་པའི་ཁར་ འདི་ནང་ལུ་ ལྷ་ར་དཱ་ཀིརིཤ་ན་གི་ལྷ་ཁང་ཡང་ཡོད། ལྷ་ཁང་གི་མིང་ལུ་ དི་ཝི་ཨིསི་ཐཱན་ཟེར་ཡང་ སླབ་དོ་ཡོདཔ་ད་ དེ་ཡང་ ལྷ་དི་ཝི་བཞུགས་ཏེ་ཡོདཔ་ལས་བརྟེན་ཏེ་ཨིན། དེ་འབདཝ་ལས་ སཱ་ལ་མི་སྨད་ བཀྲིས་གཡང་ལྗོངས་སྤྱི་འོག་གི་ དི་ཝི་ཨིསི་ཐཱན་ རཱ་དཱ་ཀིརིཤ་ན་ལྷ་ཁང་ཟེར་སླབ་ཨིན།

I am Ram chandra Bastola of Tsirang Dzongkhag, Kilkhorthang gewog, Tashiyangzong chiwog lower salami. And even this temple falls under same location. This temple is the temple of Nine Durga Devi. Nine Durga Devi like Bhuwani, Saraswati, Durga, kali, and so on. And along it is the temple of Radha-Krishna too. and name of the temple is Devi Isthan as it is place to Devi. And it is also temple of Radha Krishna. Therefore, it is Devi Isthan, Radha-Krishna mandir, lower salami, Tashiyangjong chiwog.

འདི་ན་ལུ་ ཧེ་མ་མི་གཞིས་ཆགས་ཏེ་སྡོད་པའི་བསྒང་ལས་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་ ཨ་རྒས་འདི་ཚུ་གིས་ ནཱ་ལུ་ཆུ་ཆུང་ཀུ་ཅིག་ཡོདཔ་ལས་ ཤིང་གི་རྩ་བར་ལུ་འོང་སྟེ་ གནས་བདག་གཞི་བདག་ཚུ་ལུ་ ཆར་ཆུ་དུས་ལུ་བབས་ ནད་ཡམས་མུ་གེ་འདི་ཚུ་ཞི་ཐབས་ལུ་ ལྷ་སྲོལ་ནི་ཡོད། སྤྱི་ལོ་ ༡༩༧༠ དང་ ༨༠ དེ་ཅིག་ཁར་ དར་དཀར་དཔལ་ལ་ལས་ གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཧཱ་རི་དཱསི་སོམ་མི་ཟེར་མི་ཅིག་འོང་ཡི་ ཁོ་ལུ་སོམ་སཱ་དཱུ་ཟེར་ཡང་སླབ་ཨིན།

And about the history of this places dates back to the time when people begin to settle here. Because of the running stream here, our forefathers would come here under this tree and perform ritual and would offer feast to local deity on auspicious days to bring seasonal rainfall and rid off the ill and misfortune. And after that in the year of 1970s and 80s, from Dagapela came the saint and enlightened soul named Hari Das swami, who was also known by the name Swam Sadhu.

ཁོ་ནཱ་སྒྲུབ་གནང་སྟེ་སྡོདཔ་ད་ ཨ་རྒས་ཀུལ་བྷ་དུར་ནེ་པཱལ་ ཇ་ག་ནི་དཱི་ཀཱོ་རི་ལ་དང་གཞན་ཚུ་ ཁོ་དང་འཕྱདཔ་ད་ ཁོ་གིས་ ས་གནས་འདི་རྩ་ཅན་ཅིག་ཨིན་མས་ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག་ ཁོ་ནཱ་ལུ་ སྤྱི་ལོ་ ༡༩༥༧ ལས་ ༡༩༦༢ ཚུན་ཆུ་རྫིང་ནང་ལུ་ སྒོམ་རྐྱབ་སྟེ་སྡོད་ནུག་ ང་བབཅས་ཀྱི་ནཱ་ཆུ་རྫིང་ཡོདཔ་ད་ ཆུ་རྫིང་འདི་ སྒོམ་རྐྱབ་ནི་གི་དོན་ལུ་བཟོ་བཟོཝ་ཨིན་པས། དེ་ལས་ སྤྱི་ལོ་ ༡༩༥༧ དང་ ༥༨ གི་ཤུལ་ལས་ ས་གནས་འདི་ ལྷ་ཁང་གི་ས་གོ་སྦེ་ཨིནམ་ད་ ལྷ་ཁང་འདི་ཡང་ཕམ་རྒན་ཤོས་ཚུ་གིས་ སྤག་ཤིང་དང་ སུག་མ་གི་ཁྱིམ་ཐོག་བཀབ་སྟེ་བཟོ་ནུག་ དེ་བཟུམ་སྦེ་ གསོལ་མཆོད་ཚུ་གི་སྐབས་ལུ་ཡང་ སྤག་ཤིང་དང་སུག་མ་གིས་སྦེ་བཟོ་སྟེ་ ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་ཨིན་པས།

And while he came and meditating there, old peoples namely Kool Bdr Nepal, Jaganidi Koirala and others met him and he told them the place is Pure and sacred one. He came here in the year of 1957 and stayed till 1962 meditating inside water pond. Here we have water pond and it is so because he use to meditate and pond was made to do meditation. After the year of 1957 and 58, as this is place for temple, temple was made with bamboo and grass roof by forefathers. When there was annual Puja, they made temple with grass roof and bamboo.

དེ་ལས་ དེ་གི་ཤུལ་ལས་ རླུང་ཤུགས་འབད་འཕུ་སྟེ་ ཁྱིམ་ཐོག་དང་བྱང་འདི་ཚུ་ཡང་ ཆརཔ་གིས་ མེདཔ་བཏང་ད་ཡི། དེ་འབད་རུང་ང་བཅས་གཡུས་ཁའི་མི་ཚུ་ ག་རང་གིས་ ཆ་རོགས་འབད་དེ་ ལོག་གནས་སྐབས་ཀྱི་ ཁྱིམ་ཐོག་བཀབ་སྟེ་ཡོད། ལྷ་ཁང་བཞེངས་ཡོད་པའི་ས་དེ་ ཀུལ་བྷ་དུར་ནེ་པཱལ་གིས་ ཌེ་སི་མཱལ་་་ བྱིན་ཡོད། དེ་འབདཝ་ད་ས་ཆ་དེ་ ཆུ་ཞིང་འབདཝ་ལས་ སའི་རྩ་ཁྲིམས་དང་འཁྲིལཝ་ད་ ཁྱིམ་རྐྱབ་མ་ཆོགཔ་ལས་ རྫོང་ཁག་ལས་གནང་བ་མ་ཐོབ། ཨིན་རུང་ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་ རྫོང་ཁག་ལུ་ ས་ཆ་འདི་ ཆུ་ཞིང་ལས་སྐམ་ཞིང་ལུ་ འགྱུར་བཅོས་མཛད་གནང་ཟེར་བའི་ཞུ་བ་ཚུ་ཕུལ་ཞིནམ་ལས་ མ་འོངས་པ་ལུ་ ལྷ་ཁང་སྦོམ་ཅིག་རྐྱབ་ནིའི་རེ་བ་ཨིན།

And after that, there was heavy rain and strong, wind blew away the roof and wall was ruined by rain. Again, we the people of village, jointly with the donation we have temporarily made roof right now. And this land, where temple is made belongs to Kool Bdr Nepal and he gave – decimal of land for temple. But what happened is the plot or land falls to be wet land and according to law it is restricted to construct in wet land. Therefore dzongkhag couldn’t approve us to construct temple here. But we hope to convert it to dry land by requesting Dzongkhag and gewog and in near future we hope to construct bigger temple.

འ་ནཱི་འདི་མཆོད་བཤམ་ཨིན་ ནཱ་ལུ་བླམ་ཚུ་བཞུགས་སྦེ་ ཆོས་ལྷགཔ་ཨིན། ཆུ་རྫིང་དང་ཤིང་གི་རྩ་བ་ལུ་ཡང་ གསོལ་མཆོད་ཚུ་བཏང་ནི་ཡོད། དེ་ལས་ མེ་ཏོག་ཏུ་ལ་སི་ཡོད་ས་ལུ་ཡང་ གསོལ་མཆོད་བཏང་དོ་ དེ་གི་ཕར་ལུ་ ཧཱ་ཝན་ཀུན་ཌ་ཡོད་ འདི་ན་མེའི་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ་ནི་ཡོདཔ་ད་ དེ་ནང་མར་ དང་བསངས་ཀྱི་རིགས་འདི་ཚུ་བླུགས་ཏེ་སྦེ་ཕུལ་སྲོལ་ཡོད་མི་འདི་ ཧིན་དུའི་ཆོས་ཅིག་ཨིན། ང་བཅས་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པ་ཚུ་ ཧཱ་རི་ཨོམ་སོ་ཧཱ་ ཟེར་སླབ་ཅི་རང་མེ་བཏང་དགོ་ ལྷ་ཁང་འདི་ནང་ གསོལ་མཆོད་དེ་ཡང་ ཚར་ ༥ ལས་ ༦ བཏང་ནི་ཡོད་ དེ་འབདཝ་ད་ དཱ་སའི་སྐབས་ལུ་འབད་ཅིན་ ང་བཅས་ག་ར་རུབ་སྟེ་གནང་ནི་ཡོད། དེ་ལས་ ལྷ་མོའི་གསོལ་ཁ་འདི་ ལྷ་ཀིརིཤ་ན་འཁྲུངས་སྐར་དང་ ཚེས་ ༡༥ དང་ ༣༠ ལུ་ ང་བཅས་ནཱ་ལུ་གསོལ་ཁ་བཏང་ནི་ཡོད།

And the feature of this temple is this is the place where we make offering to god and Pandits seat here and does the recitation. And even in water pond we perform Puja and even under this tree. And we even do Puja before where tulasi is planted. And next to it , we have hawan kunda and it is place we make fire offering, it is part of culture in Hindu Dharma. In fire offering we include ingredient like ayurvedic medicine, butter and so on. And in the name of god, we do make offering reciting HARI OM SWAHA. Here,in this temple,I perform Puja for 5 to 6 times and mainly when Dassain falls we perform Puja jointly. After Durga Puja, we celebrate Krishna Jaanma aasthrami here and the puja is performed to mark the day when supreme Lord manifested and incarnated. And we perform Puja in Buddha Purnima too. and then comes Ram Naumi, the day when supreme lord incarnated as Ram and we even perform other Puja too.

ངེའི་མིང་དཱི་ནཱཏ་ཀཱོ་ཡི་རི་ལ་དང་ ང་བཀྲིས་གཡང་ལྗོངས་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་དཔོན་ཨིན། ངེའི་ཨཔ་འདི་སྐྱེ་ལོ་ ༩༢ ལངས་སོང་ཡི་ད་ ཁ་གིས་ ཧེ་མ་ནཱ་ལུ་བྱིན་མི་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཅིག་ཕྱག་ཞུ་སྡོད་ཡོདཔ་མ་ཚད་ ཁོ་དང་སྒོམ་ཡང་རྐྱབ་སྡོད་ནུག་ ཁོ་གིས་ ས་གནས་འདི་གི་སྐོར་ལས་ ལེ་ཤཱ་སླབ་ནི་ཡོད། ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་ ལོ་བདུན་གྱི་བར་ན་མཛར་ཅུམ་ཟཝ་ཨིན་ འདི་ལུ་ ལྷོ་མཚམས་པའི་ནང་བཱ་ནཱཏ་ཟེར་ སླབ་ཨིནམ་ད་ དེ་བསྒང་ང་བཅས་མཛར་ཅུམ་ཟ་བར་ན་འཛོམས་ད་ ཨ་ལོ་ཚུ་གིས་ ལྟོའི་ལྷག་མ་ལྷ་ལུ་ཕུལ་ཕུལཝ་མས་ དེ་གིས་སྦེ་ ཁོང་ར་དྲན་མེད་བརྒྱལ་ཡི་ དེ་ལས་ ལྷ་ལུ་གསོལ་ཁ་ཚུ་ཕུལ་བའི་ཤུལ་ལུ་རྐྱངམ་གཅིག་ དྲོ་པ་དྲག་མས།

My name is Dinanath Koirala and I am also Chipon of Tashi Yangjong chiwog. My father is now 92 years old and he accompanied the Guruji who came here and even did meditation with him. He used to talk lot about this place and saint. And then after every seven years we used to eat picnic here and it was addressed as Bannath in Nepali. When we gathered here for picnic, kids offered leftover food to Devi and instantly they went unconscious and fall down. We did necessary ritual and were able to recover them from sickness in the morning.

ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་ དི་ཝི་ཨིསི་ཐཱན་ལུ་ གསོལ་མཆོད་ཚུ་དུས་ཚོད་ཁར་མ་ཕུལ་བ་ཅིན་ སྤྱི་འོག་གི་མི་ཚུ་ལུ་ ན་ཚ་ཚུ་འབྱུང་འོང་ སཱ་ལ་མི་སྨད་ བཀྲིས་གཡང་ལྗོངས་སྤྱི་འོག་གི་ དི་ཝི་ཨིསི་ཐཱན་ རཱ་དཱ་ཀིརིཤ་ན་ལྷ་ཁང་ཟེར་སླབ་པ་ཅིན་ རྒེད་འོག་དང་ རྫོང་ཁག་གི་མི་ག་ར་གིས་ཤེས།

If we don’t perform the ritual accordingly here in Devi Isthan, all people of this chiwog will suffer. And after ritual is performed, suffering and ailments has decreased. But if we don’t, we are the one who is only meant to face the all ill luck and times. We named this temple as Radh-krishna Mandir, Devi Isthan lower salami, Radha-Krishna mandir. If anyone address with this name, people of gewog and Dzongkhag will know about it.

ཧེ་མ་སྤྱི་ལོ་ ༡༩༥༦ དང་ ༥༧ ལུ་ ནཱ་ལུ་སྒྲུབ་པ་གནང་སྟེ་བཞུགས་མི་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་འདི་གི་སྐོར་ལས་ངེའི་ཨ་པ་གིས་ ད་ལྟོའི་བར་ན་ཡང་སླབ་ནི་ཡོད། ཁོ་བཟུམ་ད་རུང་ཡང་འོང་པ་ཅིན་ ཕྱག་ཞུ་ནིའི་བསམ་པ་ཡོད། ནཱ་ལུ་ ལྷ་གསོལ་འབད་བའི་སྐབས་ ང་བཅས་ར་རྐྱངམ་གཅིག་མེན་པར་ ཧིན་དུའི་མི་སྡེ་དང་ རྒེད་འོག་ དེ་ལས་ རྫོང་ཁག་ལུ་ཡང་ཞུ་དོ་ ཨིན་རུང་རྫོང་ཁག་ལས་ག་ཡང་མ་བྱོན།

In the year of 1956 and 57, saint visited this place and he stayed here meditating. And my father still speaks about him. He still says, we will hardly come across saint someone like him; we would love to serve if someone like him visits us. We are not only the one to perform Puja here, we even invited Hindu community here and performed Puja and even informed Gewog and Dzonkhag. But Dzongkhag didn’t turn up.

ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་བསམ་འཆར་ལས་ རྫོང་ཁག་གིས་ཆ་རོགས་མཛད་དེ་ ཀུལ་བྷ་དུར་ནེ་པཱལ་གྱིས་ཕུལ་མི་ས་གཞི་དེ་ ཆུ་ཞིང་ལས་སྐམ་ཞིང་ལུ་འགྱུར་ཚུགས་པ་ཅིན་ དེ་ལས་ དེ་ཁར་ལུ་ ལྷ་ཁང་རྐྱབ་ནིའི་རེ་བ་སྦོམ་སྦེ་ར་ཡོད། འདི་ན་ལུ་ གསོལ་ཁ་མ་ཕུལ་བ་ཅིན་ ་ང་བཅས་རའི་སྤྱི་འོག་དང་ རྒེད་འོག་ལུ་གནོད་ནི་ཨིནམ་ལས ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་ གསོལ་ཁ་ཕུལ་དོ། ལྷ་མོ་དགུ་གི་དུས་མཆོད་ཀྱི་སྐབས་ལུ་ཡང་ ང་བཅས་ཀྱིས་ན་ལུ་ གསོལ་ཁ་ཕུལ་དོ་ དེ་ལས་ རྒཔོ་གིས་ཡང་ ནཱ་ལུ་ལྷ་ཁང་རྐྱབ་སྟེ་ རཱ་ཇ་ཀྲི་ཀ་བརྩི་སྲུང་འབད་ཟེར་སླབ་དེས་ དེ་འབདཝ་ད་ལྷ་ཁང་རྐྱབ་མ་ཚུགསཔ་ལས་ མནོ་དོན་ཚུ་གྲུབ་མ་ཚུགས།

We want to say, if Dzongkhag supports us like gewog administration to convert wet land to dry land which is given by Kool Bdr Nepal, we have hope to construct a temple here. We even wish to come together and sweat for this temple keeping hand in hand. We are being victimized by animals; even we suffer due to ailments and we are facing problems in chiwogs and Gewog, therefore we want to perform rituals and we wish to do so. And during Puja of nine Durga, we even perform Puja here. And the Gup even suggested us to built temple and celebrate Raja tika here. But this dream is not fulfilled because we couldn’t construct temple here.
